Please dont go anywhere else but here. I was so nervous to come here because it had been years since I wore a wig but the man was so amazing and helpful. he even cut the lace front wig that I chose. I will definitely come back here. they also have a black history month sale all February hell yes💛🌻✊🏿!!

I got a wig for me and my friend . And they told us it was 100% real hair . We got home and not even had them for a week and the hair is already falling out . So we tried to take them back and exchange them for something else and they said we couldn’t do it . So needless to say They WILL NEVER get my money from me and I hope they go out of business!!! Don’t GO THERE!! I spent over $70 there and they wouldn’t give me my money back or anything!!!

The guy was very helpful and he even greeted me when I walked it and asked if he could help find what I was looking for.He only 1 of 2 items I was looking for though

Service was great. I was able to shop freely without being watched or rushed. However, it is an older store and a bit small for the amt of product there. Limited jewelry options and its scattered out. No pearl earrings!

I do appreciate some additional knowledge that was shared but the prices need to be lowered and the quality of hair needs to be better. I spent over $100 on hair thats shedding like an animal. Not happy. When you know a great beauty supply you rate it as such. Customer service was ok but the quality and prices need to be better. We need more beauty supply stores in this area.

Great customer service but the contacts were torn or something because the first time I wore them, they had to be removed because they irritated my eyes so badly. However, they have a great wig selection and hair supplies.

God forbid your child lets go of your hand for a second in here! Its beauty supplies not fine China! My hair extensions were not Remy like stated on the package, they were frizzy and unmanageable for $60. I ended up taking those out after 1 week for real Remy that lasted me over 4 months and was BOGO at $70.

Another of Conroes hidden gems. Those of us who go once go back.Been back again & took friend from Houston who was dumbfounded by the great wigs,etc. She got a wig looked just like her hair on a good day after lotsa work! Also picked up some other hair items & things. Still 5 stars!*****

Being that this is the only beauty supply in Conroe the products sold here are quite expensive. Its not a lot of variety of hair and even colors...ex: Out of #2 in this hair or only had #4 in this type of hair. Sam needs to come down on its prices and go to a better vendor for hair products.

Fair prices on the hair products. No strollers,car seats, backpacks allowed though. I was asked to leave my baby stroller outside and find someone to watch my baby. Needless to say I took myself out of there.

Whoo! I am from houston where the wings are $20-40 and the lace fronts from $50+ they are sky high! Nothing is less than $3.99!!! Someone should open another beauty supply in conroe and take all that lil business with HOUSTON PRICES! . They staff were so sweet and helpful. Good parking. And a lot of products inside!
