I’ve been shopping at this store for 8 years now.. I’ve met many people who work at this location and so far Katherine has really been the biggest help! She’s extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. She has made the biggest difference in the store, it’s much more cleaner and organized in there now then it used to be. The store is also now carrying more inclusive brands and that makes me so happy. Really enjoy shopping here!

Catherine is an exceptional new addition to Conroe RDA! It is such a pleasant experience shopping here now compared to recent times before she started working here! She makes you feel welcomed and at tentative but not uncomfortable while shopping for our supplies. The store is very organized and neat. So glad I can shop at my local RDA again and enjoy it!

The Conroe store is one of my favorites to shop at.Laura Lee the manager is always so helpful and always is quick to show you new products!! I love how she always has contests and samples to give away. Always smiling and so friendly.

This used to be my favorite place for my products!New employee is snobby, and wasn’t much help.I’m definitely making the farther drive to a different store.

Ive always loved shopping here. The store now has new owners and the atmosphere just isnt the same. When the employees cant tell you anything about a product or color line they are selling theres an issue. The lady in there now has no idea about anything besides the current pricing. Ive waited 20 minutes or more to be checked out because she was walking around filling an order over the phone. I know when IHave to drop by I dont 30 minutes to wait to be checked out I use to just order from Kelley, shes absolutely the best but the new shipping is just too much in my opinion. Ive now just started driving out of my way to go to the woodlands location bc they are more knowledgeable than the Conroe location and thier customer service is far superior.

Had placed an order of curling irons and flat irons when babyliss had the sale. The “new Owners” said they would honor the discount price. I got the curling irons but not the straighteners. She said they could sale them to me at regular price only even after they said the discount would honored. I had two guest waiting for straighteners. Armstrong gladly gave me a discount.

Not always very friendly nor greeted. I have been purchasing from there for years and the customer service changed about 3 years ago. Not very assisting in telling you about sales when youre already purchasing the sale products. So make sure you get the add before you shop, otherwise you can miss out on a good deal.

The employees are always super helpful and they try to keep on top of having items in stock. Theyre very personable and friendly and I always enjoy coming in to get my color and products. I wish they had more regular deals, but thats a company wide thing.
