I like JC Penney s and everyone is always helpful. And the personal in Sephora are always willing to help

I have been shopping for my grandson and myself since this store opened. We get out hair cut in the salon. Everyone is friendly and enjoy their jobs

Horrible service, was the first standing in line to check out my purchase, and two of the cashiers ignored me,But asked the white lady behind me if she was ready to check out, the customer asked me if I had been helped, and I said no I hadn’t been helped, then the cashier had the nerves to ask me if I was ready to check out, no apology for ignoring me.. won’t be returning here again.

Much better than driving to the mall. Staff knows their products so much better than the mall. Helped me find exactly what my wife wanted.

The Sephora had the most amazing and sweet girls! They were all so nice and helpful. Specifically the twins! they were so sweet and patient with me and they complimented me and just made me feel very welcome and happy. I had a great experience, the girls are wonderful!

The few times I have been, I have had a fantastic experience. Everybody is very helpful, and knowledgeable. Took time to help me find my shade in foundation and heard put my concerns about my skin issues to help me find products that would work with my skin.

Well, I have never used Sephora before but have tried to reach them at this location for the last 10 minutes. No one is picking up and it makes me wonder what kind of customer service I would receive for my make over and new products I planned on buying. Too bad. I was looking forward to redoing all my makeup. I guess I will go somewhere else

Long, long lines. I had to exchange an item for a different size...otherwise the same item. I found a coupon to use when I came back, but Ed at the cash register told me I couldnt use it because it was an exchange! Them all the registers went down. Too long to wait and explain to Ed that I can return one item and then buy the other. Wont ever be back.

They were out of stock in many items. When I went to pay for my items? Their cc machine did not work & wouldnt take my American Express! I will NEVER step a foot in a Sephora again. Thank you but Ill do my business at Ulta

Renna was amazing she helped me find my lipsticks. She was just amazing she had a great attitude and was very helpful. She helped me at check out, then mentioned the big deal to me. I would definitely recomend this store!

Really enjoyed my visit, nice place.

The twins that work there were so sweet and helpful and really guided me towards amazing products. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products and honest! They werent pushy for sales and gave me samples to try and Im going back today to get these amazing products olehen walnut facial scrub and good genes Sunday serum for starters !!!! I never leave reviews but saw that this location has poor ratings and couldnt believe it. I could go into ultra or other Sephora but I have had such amazing experience in sticking to this one and the advice from the sweet helpful and knowledgeable twins.

This Sephora is so disappointing. I live nearby and would love to shop there however it seems they are not well stocked. Every time I find something I would like to purchase they never have it. Whats up with that???

I went into this sephora and the woman were rude. I went into the other sephoras in the woodlands mall the actual store and they were amazing!!! So nice and helped me with everything I needed. Definitely recommend the actual store verses the one in jp.

Poor service. Went in for eyeliner bought like 3 other things. She rung up everything except the eyeliner. Was following me around everywhere until I needed her to help me then she forgot me to go to someone else.
