I called at 810pm for a vehicle to be picked up from my driveway. Lady said they would dispatch. I called back at 857pm for an ETA and the lady sounded annoyed and explained the one and only driver they had was at another scene. She said i could go to sleep and the vehicle would be picked up next. This morning the black trail blazer is still blocking my driveway. No phone call from them, no communication at all. Dont waste your time or money with this unprofessional company!!! They obviously dont care. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fast response on getting my motorcycle out.

Had a flat tire on 45 heading home to Dallas after a 7 day cruise. (random tie down with S hook flew up and got the rear pass wheel. thanks to Chrysler for not providing spare tires on new vehicles). called my insurance company who dispatched a tow service, after an hour they could not find me and cancelled the service call. a second call to insurance results in them sending out Del Harris Wreckers, Charlie took his time to find me on the service road. he was not given any details and only came with a tow truck which did not work (we had 6 people in the car and a blow rear tire). Charlie called one of his other trucks ( a flat bed that could also fit the my family)to get to our location ASAP. in the mean time he took me to the store to get drinks and snacks for the kids, waited around with us and protected us form traffic until the flat bed arrived. Once the flat bed was there they took us to the shop to get our tire fixed.a big thanks to Charlie form Del Harris Wreckers for his service and patience...after 4 hours on the side of the road due to insurance company mess up, charlie helped us out big time. if you need towing service these guys are It!

Gentleman came out after hours. Don’t remember his name but he was an older man in small S10 truck and was so comforting and nice with speedy service.

Giving the Circumstance of the flooding During Hurricane Harvey they were very slow about communicating with people who were trying to take care of business. They would never call back (Nor Answer) to let us know anything about our vehicle. Meanwhile over time the price per-day was going up. True Definition of Price Gouging.

Worst wrecker service I’ve ever had an encounter with. Poor customer service, take forever after hours to release even when it’s a 24/7 release. And to top the the 2 hour inconvenience they’re credit card machine wasn’t working so I had to leave to get cash. I hope I never have to deal with them ever again!
