There’s a reason this company has so few stars. They are vague when explaining what they’ll be demonstrating and how long they’ll be demonstrating for. Their operators are rude when you state you don’t want to buy their products and take away the money the advertising workers are supposed to make if you decide you don’t want them to finish with the demonstration. It is unfair for their employees and completely unprofessional. If they approach your front door, you can tell them 10 times (like I did) that I wasn’t going to purchase the product, but act rude and unprofessional when you stick to what you’ve said when they’re done. Tyler was the young gentleman who did the demonstration and he was so kind and professional. I feel bad that he wasted his time and that his bosses were so inconsiderate to him for his time spent doing what they say they’d pay him for. The product was good, but the upper management is rude and the reason they such a low star rate. I highly recommend you turn them away if they come to your home.
I have worked for Yael Productions for 13 years in four different positions. It is a great place to work and the owner is amazing. This is a company where you can make your dreams come true if you are willing to listen, work hard and come to work every day. Most people would have to hold a degree to make the money that some of these individuals take home on a weekly basis. It is like everything else, you will get out of it what you put into it and this I promise. Like any other company, people come and go but I can honestly say that a lot of the people who have left this company have come back once they realize that greener grass only exists if you are willing to buy it.
Cant say enough good things about Yael Productions, Laurie the owner is an amazing person.I worked for Yael prod. 20 years ago I can honestly say the owner is a honest and fare, she runs Yael prod. like all businesses should be ran.
If you work for this company, be prepared to read your contract carefully. Ask for a copy of everything you sign. They say you make $2200.00 plus bonuses but thats not the case at all-A waste of time and time is money. The rich get richer while the poor get poorer! She will use her psychology skills to manipulate you during orientation! They also have in their contracts that they dont have to pay you your bonuses and its worded in such a way that they can get out of paying you all together. Also, they 1099 you. Riddle me this Batman, if they 1099 you why are they taking deductions out of your bonus checks? One person claims she has been working for the company for 23 years but the company started in 1996, that is not even mathematically possible! Its a hustle baby! #scam
When are these d2d sales people are going to figure out that you can buy their 2000 dollar vacuum cleaner online for a fraction of the cost of their same machine lol. Got to love technology that is ahead and not pressured by salespeople saying buy buy buy. The only pressure i get is when my mouse wont click after i put it credit card information. But i guess people are going to be stupid and work for pennies.
These guys are great. The young lady that helped me was so nice! She cleaned 2 rooms for me and made my carpet look BRAND NEW!!! I fully recommend all products and services!!!
I have worked for this company since 1997. From when I was 18 until now... I am 38. I have held just about every position with this company. From being here for that amount of time, I have noticed people come, and people go. Most people go. Every company has complaints, however, I would like to specifically mention the owner of the company is one of the most thoughtful people. She will bend over backwards to help you. Her passion is to help people. It is very obvious. Most people now and days do not put in the time to get good at something. Instant gratification is the name of the game. With this company, you will put in work... but you will reap benefits. You just have to be willing to give it more than a shot. Dont give up if you dont get the hang of it within a couple of days, keep with it. Hard work pays off. Always remember that.
At first when I started I was skeptical, just like most people. I even had some people tell me it was a scam. However, the parking lot was always full so I figured if people were still working here I would give it shot. The 2200 a month was more than I was making at my current waitressing job.I never thought that years later I would be making more than my parents combined who have been working for years. The atmosphere is so positive and my co-workers are team players (not like most jobs.) I ended up realizing that all of people saying it was a scam, usually didnt even finish their first week. (A scam is something you have to invest money in and ends up being fake or not what they promised.) Ive never not had a paycheck. This is a real opportunity. As someone who does not have a college degree, or high school diploma, I can vouche that coming in for an interview was the best decision Ive ever made. 5 stars all around. Well maybe 4.8 because sometimes theres not enough parking spaces.
Yeal Productions is a excellent place to work. Outstansing atmosphere & personal attention to individual goals & desires. I would highly recommend joining this company.
Ok so where do I even begin. Let me just start by saying I was so EXCITED and OPTIMISTIC about this job maybe even CAREER opportunity with Kirby VACUUMS (they want you to call it a home care system) well it’s more like the home don’t care system. No one is actually INTERESTED in a Kirby you have to SCHEME your way into their household and ride in a truck or van all day long with FAKE down right ignorant rude fake ass people. I know this sounds pretty rude and a horrible review for this place, but I’m trying to warn you before you start here. They LURE YOU IN WITH A $2,200 A MONTH GUARANTEE. the only thing you have to do to qualify for the guarantee is to do 48 demonstrations within a month after your start date. If you’re a go getter like myself you would think THATS AMAZING I COULD SO DO THAT. Well that’s where you would be wrong. in my short two days with this company I learned that NO ONE HAS EVER QUALIFIED FOR THE $2,200 GUARANTEE. It is down right deceptive to say the least. They just want you to sell their VACUUMS and earn the commission off of them. They don’t actually care about you they care about what you can do for them. Basically if you can’t sell a vacuum you go a month without getting a DIME until you sell one. Do NOT work for this company, do NOT invest in this company, DO NOT EVEN GIVE THIS COMPANY THE TIME OF DAY.
One of the companys salesmen came to my home selling Kirby vacuum cleaners and I was going to buy one. My only request was that I give my personal information directly to the finance company. Well the owner of the company took it upon herself to illegally obtain my social security number by having him ask my name and birthday and proceeded to give it to the salesman. Luckily I saw it on his paper work and snatched it and destroyed it. I am very skeptical of any company that will try underhanded tactics to make a sale.
Went here for an interview and it was such an unprofessional environment. The company has a dog running around the office which scratched and jumped on me as they walked me back to the office for the interview. I was hired and put in orientation as well as I did training. Everything sounded too good to be true and it was. I worked here for a month and was only payed $50 the ENTIRE TIME after being told I would be paid $500 a week plus bonuses. WORST experience of my life. On top of that they cram you in a vehicle with 5-6 other people and make you knock door to door and leave you in random peoples houses who arent even interested in their product. Such a bad experience and I big waste of time.
Horrible company to work forThey have no idea who to actually canvas for a sale. You will waste hours and hours on unqualified people and they still wont let you leave. They are pushy and dont respect peoples homes when asked to leave and say they are not interested. They will tell you to just keep cleaning and trying to convince the sell.DO NOT WORK HERE
In January 2011 around 9pm during the week I had a knock on my door from a door to door sales man, Selling Kirby vacuums he wanted to do a demo I told him I wasnt comfortable letting him in since my husband was at work night shift anyway. He said it was free blah blah 30 mins later I said okay fine and he came in did the demo and wanted me to buy it. I said well I dont work my husband does I go to school during the day and he wont be back until tomorrow he could come back then and show my husband. He said I could sign for us BOTH and I had X days to call and he would take it back so I could sign and we could talk about it and give him a call. I knew it was a bad idea but he kept on and on and on and I was just so exhausted it was late I just finally said okay I signed for us both and the next day my husband came home to find our new bike sized silver vacuum he said how much was that and where did I get it I have him the contract we signed . He called the guy and told him to come back and get it we did not want it could not afford it. The guy went on and on about its only 50$ a month . The game he played on me wasnt working on my husband who told him flat out it isnt even legal yadda yadda the dude suddenly went from nice to hostile and told us regardless I cant come back to get it wont be in the area and my husband said well u told her we had X days and youd take it back and he said yes but I cant get there to bring it back and my husband said dude your office is in Conroe we will bring it to you we live 30 mins away the guy said thats not an option as nobody is ever at that office . And my husband said well you better come up with something we dont want this vacuum and the guy said sorry dont have anyone to get it... So my husband said well we are loading it up and it will be sitting outside your office. The guy said if you do that we will add storage fees to your account of X amount per day until you come back and get it. And my husband said no its in the grace period your taking your 1000$ vacuum back. Itll be outside you might wanna have someone come get it. And the guy said no regardless it would go on our credit. About a month after that me and my husband separated and divorced and I forgot about it until recently when I got notified from transunion (I just started working on my credit report) that I had new info on my account . I looked and there was an account a new account from united consumer that was new and open previously closed and old. It was now a secured loan it was an installment sales contract and it showed some payments and some late payments and its a derogatory account. So my score dropped . I called United consumer and got waited on hold got transferred to account services where I waited on hold until a recording came on saying they didnt have any reps available busier than normal to call back that Mondays and Tuesday are the busy days (its Wednesday) and I should call back or I could leave a message. That was it. No option to wait on hold. I left a message and tried a diff number waited on hold and got a lady who told me it was a secured cash loan. I said no its an installment sales contract she said no its for a vacuum we loaned you the money so its a loan. I said I never got any money I got a vacuum from the door to door guy and she said yeah we loaned you that money so its a loan and u never disputed it u actually made payments on it I said I have never made one payment on that thing we took it back the next day she said show me proof you have NOT paid on it fax it to me and I said well mail me proof that I did pay on it. She said youll have to call Yale productions I said who is that she said its who sold u the vacuum and I said well who are you? She said we bought it from them and you bought it from us, what did the guy look like who sold u the vacuum and what was his name by the way. I said I have no clue lady that was 5 years ago she said okay well youll have to call them.
If I could give no stars I would lucky my husband has a wife who looks at reviews and found out they are scam artist and they lied to my husband wouldnt tell us the name of the company we only found out by coming and getting the aapplication it said yael productions and i looked it up and scam.selling vacs out of a van for commission luckily we only wasted gas :( and not time I read a bunch of bad reviews and horrible things thanks for the honest peoples reviews thank you all.
Nothing but scammers. Stay away.
The closest thing to a slave trade there is. One person becomes a millionaire off of millions of free laborers.
They lie saying you get paid weekly but you dont get paid unless you sale one there products, they promise you get paid 550 a week but in reality its only if you sale
Awesome place to work.
If you get a call its Kirby.
Awesome place!!!
Scammers!!!
