The guy at the entrance always greets us,feel right at home. I go for all my homes need and garden. As a women sometimes I dont feel comfortable asking for help so the home Depot app comes in handy. I look up what I want and it tells me what aisle it is in and what bay so I go in get what I need and out

The Home Depot was not finished setting up for Christmas as fast as others. I was looking for a Santa that has been sold out at other locations. I was told by a man who works there that the section was closed and I have to come back. I was told by my husband that the assistant manger was standing right there. ❤️I went to go talk to her (Tracey) and asked if I can just purchased the Santa that they had set up. ❤️She gladly opened and moved the gates so we can look. We could not find the Santa’s box’s. Once my husband asked where they are she immediately dropped everything she was doing to help. TRACEY went above and beyond giving my family and I a wonderful experience going the extra mile for us. We will be returning to this location because of TRACEY. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love this store its almost like home to me I could bring my my companion my dog inside and everybody so happy to pet her and and that just shows a lot of of care and concern that its good this Home Depot gets two thumbs up

Home depot is one of the places where real men and women love to shop. I was very impressed with the customer service we received from our cashier. I went there to buy a dryer power cord and left with not only that but two roach motels AND a Honda Lawnmower haha

I’ve had some mixed reviews about this location, and that’s why I’m not giving 5 stars. If every experience was like the last, I would give 6 stars if able. In the past, I’ve had to beg for help, and the help wasn’t all that great, due to lack of knowledge and/or enthusiasm. However, this last visit left me pleasantly surprised. A young man in paint was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with several things, including stain selection, sealant, and caulk. Very helpful young man. I had a follow up with the store manager, Tracy, and that went extremely smooth, even though she was busy. I was attended to quickly by yet another pleasant and helpful guy in lumber in her absence. This is the kind of customer service that used to be common. It seems to me Tracy has a plan of attack on how to take customer service to a new level.

We always go to this store multiple times a week, and employees seems to be consistently courteous and willing to help. They always have what we need in stock. I particularly like the plant selections they have in their garden center as well.

I really like going to this location! It’s near the school and it’s easy to get help from the employees. Hours are early open late close and the garden center is to die for (but I wish they still sold compressed soil/coconut coir!) It smells fantastic inside, like my dad’s wood shop, and they now have self serve checkouts with immediate help when something, inevitably, goes wrong! I also like that they have curbside pickup because the way this virus is going we will all need some curbside delivery. I’ve never purchased an appliance or flooring but it seems like they have a huge selection. Give this location a try, tell Keelyn in Lumber hello, and enjoy your shopping excursion!

Never going to buy my appliances from Home Depot! Home Depot sold me damaged washer and dryer. That I paid in full $1,550. Now I’m having to wait 2 months to get my money back! Living in these troubling times and for these people to give me this much stress should not be tolerated! My advice, find a different place to shop. Saving you time and money!

Way better than the one in Katy Texas, where there was a bunch of staff members standing around in groups not wanting to help AT ALL! This is my favorite Home Depot location. Friendly staff that are easy to locate without having to go on a journey around the whole store to find someone that works there to help you. There is always an associate near by read to be of assistance. The store is clean and their displays are set up well, which always inspires me to take on new projects at home, and the Home Depot staff helps this novice handy-gal get the job done RIGHT!

Used the free curbside pickup for the first time at this Home Depot. I let them know I had arrived and which designated parking spot I was in. In just a few minutes he brought my order to my car and loaded it for me as well. I received exactly what I had paid for. The young man that brought it out and loaded it for me was very nice and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. I highly recommend this Home Depot and the curbside pickup.👍👍

This home depot is decent, I dont visit it too often unless my local Lowes does not have an item or is out of it. They do not have help present in every department like Lowes does. I will say that Home Depot has a way better user friendly website.

I purchased a lemon tree and a table lamp. The plants were well maintained and organized, though they were also organizing at the same time.The lamps were easy to find. I wouldve liked a larger selection, but I understand that many stores are light on stock, as of the time I write this.The staff was friendly and helpful - but not pushy or overbearing. I even enjoyed a brief chat with the lady at the register in the Garden Center.

This was one of the best Home Depot stores that I have ever been to. It was well stocked, clean, and the employees were helpful and friendly.

My wife and I have been to this location on multiple occasions. We have always had a pleasant experience, staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Items that we were looking for we’re neatly organized and easy to find. The isles were spacious and had plenty of room for you and multiple people to walk up and down, which is uncommon for some home-improvement stores. I will definitely continue coming back to this location.

Great experience with the employees. They were very nice and helpful. They knew exactly which aisle to help me find what I was looking for.

My curbside order was filled very promptly. When I went to pick it up this cute little Australian lady loaded it in the back of my car for me and then told me that she noticed the concrete bag was torn and she would go get another one. In a while she came back and told me she was sorry for the wait but that it would be right out. Shortly, a young man brought me my sack of concrete and put it in the back of my car. Sadly, when I got home, he had thrown it on top of one of the concrete blocks and broken the sack of concrete open. So this is going to have to be a mixed review.

If i could give the Conroe Home Depot on Davis less than 1 star I would. I have been given the run around by every person I have talked to. When my appliances were back ordered, the asst manager Tracy said she would send me a $100 refund for my inconvenience. It never happened. It would have been nice, it might have made up for the fact that I was told I couldnt use my veterans discount. Next time I will go to LOWES.

I used to watch a show called King of the Hill. Hank used to go to Megalomart. He would get lost cuz it was absolutely huge. Thats Home Depot! Yes, they probably have what you want if youre doing home improvement, construction, gardening, etc. Youll find 9 out of 10 things you want, but the 10th one will be impossible. Still I go because my home needs to be improved! 😆

They usually have what you need unless what you need is a knowledgeable and willing staff member. To date there has only been one young man in lumber that helped us select and cut fence boards who was helpful.

There was no staff to assist me. It took over 1 hour to get in and get warranty for a Husky tool. Definately will be purchasing from Lowes from now on. They gave much better customer service

Really Bad service no one wanted to help my husband out. He was going to buy them a whole palet of cement but they didnt want to sell it to him they told him that they couldnt sell the whole palet.How can a store like that not sell a whole palet? Anyways. So He had to get a cart as you can see and load it himself because they couldnt even help him with that. And he could only buy 30 bags they didnt want to sell him anymore. He bought it from home depot just because he had no other choice he needed it to finish his job if not he wouldnt of bought them anything.Really bad service i wouldnt even put a star but if i didnt google wouldnt let me write my review.

Im huge on customer service. I asked 4 people where an item was and all were incorrect or didnt wanna bother helping my mom and i. Very sad. I love this place and the way we were treated made me not want to come back. Lowes offers better service. They will even pull a phone out and locate it for you. Step it up! Not a good representation of your company

Only thing hire checkers to check us out. We dont want to do the work ourselves. And THANKS for Veterans and Military discount. But you dont get it if you check out yourself as staff told me computers wont apply it even with manager trying to override. Was disgusted all registers and cashiers jobs GONE replaced by computer. Tractor Supply has cashiers welcome you to the store and welcome you to the cash register and check you out and wish upon you to have a nice day when you leave. Home Depot might have more stock but based on the human touch I suspect will be losing business and closing stores. People like human interaction and ask questions and getting help. H.D. has outgrown itself and no one to help the customer. I try not to go here anymore. Nice people used to work here. Now poor sweet beings seem like slaves to the store and no one to check you out. Only 2 registers open. Line stretched from 1/2 the store. And man said he was in day before and line was longer. Forget welcoming the customer to the store and also on their way out wishing them to have a nice day. Now you must interact with a machine. And the few employees you do see too busy head swimming being pushed by corporate to do their greedy deeds forgetting about the customer and customer interaction. Good bye H. D. Will only see you advertised on the side of race cars. Thats all you want to get your hands dirty with customer interaction. I can see you in my rear view mirror. Stock Holders BEWARE what your company is doing to you. Remember Furrows hardware? You too shall become a thing of the past.

Rude employees are present in this location. Manager was attentive and heard my complaint but it was after I had to encounter two of his rude employees.

Do not buy from this store Beverly a manager in this store is absolutely horrible, she treats u like a 13 year with an attitude. I purchased flooring that was marked wrong and they would have lost 900 and because of that I was treated like a theif. No one should be treated this bad. Home depot has gone so far down then I would have ever thought.. yes over 2 weeks no one called me until I called them shame on them, they r all about their end of the year $$$ my friend works at this store and these people care nothing about the customer, besides Curt, I pray curt runs and gets his own store, he dose not to be left alone with the wolves. The more of us that stops shopping here the more we the customers will be respected. Shop lowes, shop local, shop anywhere but here. As a contractor I have used every single Home Depot in the greater Houston area multiple times. I must say this location is my favorite. They have the largest selection, the most productive load crew (shout out to the older gentlemen that has managed the loading area for years, great job), and Patti at the ProDesk is one of the best pro-desk associates i have worked with out of many.

I really like the people that work there. They are helpful and friendly although overworked. They have decent reasonable policies and they usually have someone available to load for you.

My most recent trip was amazing. I needed help and the employee who helped me,she had to be in late 70s, full of energy, new what I needed and where.Found a cart and got me help to get it loaded in my car.

My husband and I come here all the time. And all the time it’s a struggle to get a employee to help. When I did the employee threw what he had in his hand and WALKED AWAY to “look busy” somewhere else !! Well we finally found someone who would help and it was time to load. Who’s job is it to load the same unhelpful employee who I HAD TO LOOK FOR and who again after asking for help walked right past my husband who was holding the sheet rock that we needed help loading WALKED PAST him!!! By the time I found a “manager” another shopper at Home Depot had already helped my husband when he saw the employee ignore us. Who does the hiring?

DIY Toy store for everyone who wants to work with there hands.

I came to this Home Depot to rent power tools and found what I was looking for.The rental process was fast.The guys hooked up the trailer and made sure everything was in working order.The explanation in detail in how to use the equipment was great.Also I went inside the store for few items I still needed and everything was available in stock.There were other items I needed and those were on line order only.The girl and guy that were working at the pro shop went above and beyond in helping to make sure my order was correct and complete.The delivery was as promised on my order.The return of the rental equipment as well was fast.The only thing that happened to me that morning was that my truck battery died, and in no time the tool rental clerk helped me with a battery boost.Just a quick note, my truck battery was 7 years old on my Toyota Tundra, so I went and bought another 7 years battery at the Toyota dealership.

Ive been shopping here for years, and literally every single time I come here they tell me someone broke their cutting machine and they wont cut wood or other materials. At this point Im positive theyre lying, because like I said Ive been going here for years and never been able to get anything cut- even though I read you should be able to get a few free cuts with your purchase and be able to buy more cuts if needed. This place is lazy, whether it be taking years to fix or replace the machine, or the employees being lazy or not trained. I also bought a new water hose from here and it kinks terrible even though I wrap it every time and the washer is came with broke right after installment so it leaks water all over. Their products are hit or miss and they wont cut any material.

Was shopping there today and I must say this place has hardly any workers. I bet most of them are sick with the new variant!! Why else would everyone be wearing masks, I felt sick when I noticed it, not even 2 weeks ago everyone was mask free and the place was full of associates. One of the worst trips I took there a man named Jack in plumbing was one of the rudest people I ran into. Claimed he was an expert but was with no help with anything. I had baught a bathroom faucet there and the drain didnt fit right. Had to find the solution to my problems myself and did a good job doing it.Thats why I enjoy shopping at lowes so much better. At least the employees there appreciate your business.

Went to get supplies to fix pipes following the freeze of 2021. They were very organized considering the number of people who were there for the same reason. Unfortunately they were out of most of what I needed.

Their customer service is non-existence! A cashier at the garden entrance got rude when she said I needed a mask and I said, NO. She doesnt know my medical condition and making rude comments caused me to take my business to Lowes, which has great customer service. I know that just my $200 a month average spending alone wont do anything but hopefully more people will quit going to them. RUDE employees

I live in Montgomery Texas so my go to place now is McCoys Lumber where I have an assigned sales rep that I can make orders anytime of the day up until about 7 PM over the phone
