I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with the store manager at Concord Mills! Went in the weekend before Christmas to return a pair of sun glasses I just didnt really like. I love the Oakley Aviator style, but the ones I love are being discontinued. The store manager worked magic and found 4 pairs we thought all were coming from a California location. It wasnt that easy and she has spent countless time the past few weeks finding 4 pairs from 4 different locations. Then they wouldnt send the glasses to me so she had them all shipped to her and now she is shipping them to me. I just want to say THANK YOU! Not often these days where you get superb 👌 service and she definitely has that quality about her!

Angela was amazing. Some of the best customer service I have ever had. She was patient and attentive. Explained everything without me having to ask and gave her honest opinion on each pair. She didn’t force us into buying the most expensive pair. I don’t know if these reviews are read by corporate but she definitely needs some type of acknowledgement.

Two visits at this store and both times they had the doors closed during mall hours. The first time was at noon and today was right at 7:00. After standing in line, they said they’re closing. My money will be spent elsewhere.

The customer service here is the best! We called in two styles and colors that we wanted. They had them in stick and immediately held them for us. They recognized me by name when I came in and assisted me in trying out additional colors. Great, unexpected warrantee included. When I changed my mind on the color 2 hours later they gladly did a no questions asked immediately equal exchange. I could not be happier!
