I shouldve posted this months ago!He got resized, and we looked at a terrific selection of mens rings while she patiently explained difference in band materials, and stones,while gently considering our budget and style preferences. No pressure, just great customer service.

This place is truly amazing. I have had a number of rings resized and the service is impeccable. I feel so lucky to have found Garen and Khoren are so friendly. In addition, they always offer to clean my engagement ring for free whenever I visit. I know I will work with Ritz on future projects. They have a customer for life!

I used to love this place. Ana and the rest of the girls always received my mom nd me with a smile but the guy there was not even trying to understand my problem. It seems that the repair service doesnt work as you expect or associates are not measuring based on ring design and available options. If I go back wont be for repair services unless I have the service plan

I went in to ask some questions about a ring I had after zales where I bought them didnt seem to want to help me little did they know I was going to most likley buy a new one. And they sent me to other stores for a better price on sizing and recoating. I stopped at Helzberg on my way out. Amy helped us for about 25 min. Even thought we didnt by it there. She told me the ring was beautiful and could be resized for 45 dollar sless than zales Im so happy Amy helped us and it was a great experience I will always go there from now on thanks Amy
