I purchased 2 pieces of jewelry here around the same time. One was an engagement ring. Within 2 weeks stones were falling out of it. They replaced the stone, and within 24 hours, another one fell out. They replaced the ring itself, and again, days later stones were falling out of it. Same thing happened with the other piece I purchased. We got nothing but a runaround from the so called managers there, and when they finally agreed to give a full refund, they just put the ring in a drawer and didnt refund our money. They didnt have any answers for us any time we called. It was always so and so will be in tomorrow and will call you first thing in the morning. That call never came. We had to call later in the day, and once again nobody was there to help us. Very frustrating staff to deal with. They also charged me an extra $10 over what they told me my warranty would be because of tax... There is no tax in NH. Very shady. When we got our refund resolved, it was only because we called while an awesome girl named Kira, who normally works at the Manchester location, happened to be working in Concord that day. She had our refund and situation settled in less than 10 minutes, when the other managers couldnt have it done in 2 weeks. I will NEVER set foot in the Concord store again. IF I shop at Jared in the future, it wont be that one. Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra 20 minutes to Manchester. See Kira if shes there, you wont be disappointed.
Called to double check store hours on Sunday. A very unpleasant woman answered the phone and was extremely rude. First asked if this was the Jarred store on Concord and she replied I dont know what youre talking about, then, after asking a second time proceeded to to tell us the store opens as 12pm. She then says shes only customer service for now.. Well, Im going to advise that Jareds management that they should review who they have answering the phones because well being going elsewhere. Heard good reviews about Speers Ill try my business there
This store has been part of our wedding plan now for two years now and when we went to by her ring we received nothing but A1 service from the start. They spent so much time to make sure she was happy with the end product.
Christiana did a wonderful job executing the ring we custom designed for my finance. It was everything we discussed and more. I am not the type to post publicly, but I definitely will be a returning customer because of her. Christiana at Jared in concord, NH was awesome. I desperately wanted a solitaire ring but I thought I would have to settle for a halo. Christiana came up with an emerald cut solitare and I picked out a beautiful setting. I was thrilled to have the diamond of my dreams.
Jareds in Concord, NC is the BOMB!!! Everyone was super nice from the time we walked into the door until the time we left. We walked in with fingers crossed to find our perfect rings and to have a super personal experience and it was everything and more. Cynthia helped us with so much patience and ease... everything we talked about, asked for, wanted and even considered she put together naturally and with so much personality. The rest of the staff was also supportive and interactive with our experience because we were having so much fun with Cynthia. Go check them out!! Amazing experience. 15/10. We will be going back for future gifts without a doubt!
The story is wayyyyy too long to tell. Overall, I wouldnt purchase anything here again. I gave 2 stars because not all of the problems were their fault. The Jared card goes through Genesis card services and they are terrible. The people here are trying to run a good store but corporate policies such as discontinuing rings theyve carried for decades makes it a bit frustrating to the consumer. They have good employees who try but theyre set up to fail by their credit company and corporate office, and the consumer is the one who will pay for it.
We went inside to purchase a wedding band for my husband. We noticed it was busy so we waited. About 30 minutes later 3 of the employees were standing around just chatting. Another one finished with someone and walked right past us and offered help to a man who had just walked in.We walked out.No service. No attention. Nothing.Will NOT go there again.Very poor service

My Fiancé and I were looking for somewhere to get his Versace watch resized... after going to another jewelry store, we were told the watch had a specific “locking mechanism” and it was impossible to resize unless we brought it back to Versace. We went here for a second opinion and Christiana was amazing... despite being near closing she took her time and provided amazing customer service! She had absolutely no problem resizing the watch and was incredible to work with all around. We will most definitely be returning, and bringing all of our future business to Christiana!
The sales person only cared about making the initial sale. She suggested a ring to my fiancé to purchase for myself and told the sales rep Christiana that it would need to be sized lower but of course she just pressured her to purchase the ring. When I went to bring it in to get sized they said no problem couple days later I get a phone call from Christiana stating that ring is not able to be sized to my size and then a whole new ring would have to be ordered that she would put a rush on it and it would take about two weeks. This was at the end of December. She purchased it a week before Christmas. So after two weeks I called Christiana who stated oh it looks like it’s back ordered. Which I replied nice to know that why didn’t you call again she only cared about the initial sale she also made it a point that my fiancé took a long long time to pick out the ring is how she put it she probably did take a while as we have made about $20,000 in purchases and I’ll in 2020 alone from Jerads as well as Kay’s their sister company. It’s my fiancé is hard earned money she was spending and it wasn’t like it was three or $400 it was well over $1000 ring. Her engagement ring I purchased at another Jerads which I would recommend because the staff actually cared about us was about $7000. So after a few more weeks not hearing anything I contacted the store spoke to Christiana who said the ring would be there by February 14. My fiancé was upset and called and spoke to her and what she replied and actually won’t be there until 16 February. So 14 February we receive no call we called her again and she said it’s not in then on the 16th we called she said well it’s not here and maybe it’s delayed due to weather. So finally the ring did come in. I had a digital scale and I weighed the original ring which was 8 g and the new ring which was 7 g a difference of 1 g. It’s obviously gold and gold It’s worth it’s weight I asked the representative who helped me when I get some type of refund or store credit considering the price didn’t change for a ring that way to Graham last at the going rate of gold and almost $2000 an ounce we’re looking at $70 that I got screwed out of again they don’t care. I will not recommend nor will I ever return to the store for anything as a matter of fact I might as well never purchase anything from Jerads or Kay’s we have consumer credit cards for Zales And Hannoush. After the experience we had again the initial purchase Christiane was pleasant she was pushy and obviously wanted to take as many customers as she possibly could I understand working on commission but when she fail to realize is the lady that she sold this ring two would probably come back to her and spend thousands and thousands of more dollars and she loves jewelry. So she needs a little lesson on why it’s important to take care of your customers not just at the point of sale but also after the sale not make rude comments to their significant other about how long she took to pick out a ring that she spent her hard earned money on. Also she needs to follow up with her customers especially a situation where she sold some thing that she said there be no issues with sizing in actuality there was and the customer got a product that weighed less than the original product with no offer of any type of discount or store credit. Also they had our money for three months and we didn’t have our ring.
My husband and I had great experiences here! The first time we went was to fashion my engagement ring--we wanted to take the stones from a family ring and have them reset into a new band. Jareds did a wonderful job! We then purchased our wedding bands here (both beautiful pieces and great quality). I later had my engagement ring and wedding band soldered (which was conveniently covered under the protection plan we purchased for both rings). Were very satisfied with the services weve received here! The staff were courteous, respectful, and professional as well as personable.
We went to Jareds for a Mothers Day gift the night before. We were treated very nice, the person who helped us was very patient and friendly. She was not pushy at all and really let us make the decision for what we wanted. We found a perfect necklace which reminded us of our daughter and made our purchase. We are long time customers and got our engagement rings and wedding rings with Jareds. We have always been treated great. Thank you!
I am very disappointed in Jareds. My husband brought in my favorite necklace to replace a stone and it has been less than a year and the stone they replaced already fell out. It was like the dabbed some Elmers glue in it.

Sheena helped me coordinate everything in a timely fashion, ensuring I had the ring for our special day. I would recommend waiting for either of these 2 ladies if you want the best service.Ps. Five stars for the stores, as I have always received great service. From years back, when I bought my wifes engagement ring, her wedding ring, my own wedding band, outstanding service. When Ive purchased the occasional anniversary/birthday gift for my wife, outstanding service. When I bought my watch, outstanding service. When I stop in to have my wedding band and watch cleaned, outstanding yet again. However, only one star for their credit department/division. Their service representatives need to learn some manners.
I was in there for like 10 minutes and no one came over to help me I was looking to buy my girlfriend some thing nice for our anniversary. I have never experienced such awful customer service... my fiancé and I went in to get him sized and pick out band/wraps for the both of us. We walked in, two different employees saw us and not one person said a thing to us. After waiting well over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us... we left.
Great service and price! Stone fell out but were able to upgrade and have it resized promptly.
Jareds has been my jewler for about 5 years now. The employees are very sweet, and they actually listen to what you want. The reason Im giving 4 stars is because there has been one single employee who made me feel poor and acted like I couldnt afford the higher priced jewlery. I only felt with that employee once and never saw them again. Aside from that I will continue to go there for all my jewlery needs. I have purchased rings, necklaces, earrings, and pandora charms. The quality is amazing, the jewlery is beautiful, the prices arent bad, and they do well to help you keep up with cleanings. Their full warranty one any piece covers everything from cleaning, resizing, and even redipping old rings that are looking worn out.

Not pleased that I called twice today to see if my piece was finished, and they assured me it was. I told them I had a very tight window to pick up. They said it just needed to be polished. I asked if I could get it at lunch, and they said no. I came at 430 and its not done. Not a very professional place if they cant polish a ring in 4.5 hours.
I go to Jareds for Pandora Jewelry. The sales people are great !!!Management not so much. They never have the same Pandora on sale in the store that is available on thier website . Find someone who keeps on top of what is included in sales. I will go elsewhere to buy.
I cant say enough about the amazing customer service I have received at the Concord, NH location. Mary particularly went above and beyond to help me. Over the course of a year I lost 50 lbs, which made my rings spin on fingers. Unfortunately, I ended up losing my right had right which meant the absolute world to me. In tears and frantic, Mary worked diligently to have my ring made for me again even though it had been discontinued. The ring took two very long months to get once the order had been placed and Mary personally called me every other week to check in. She really understood the emotional attachment to this piece of jewelry. I am so thankful and I will never forget her compassion, understanding, and empathy through the whole process.
I have never been more comfortable with the friendly and considerate staff at jareds. They truly strive to provide you with the means to make a great gift turn into a lasting memory. Thanks for all you do.
Anything Ive gotten here has been great quality. I got my ring and diamond here, earrings, Pandora (for myself and mother in law), watvhes, necklaces, and bracelets. Truly a great crowd of people to work with when looking for jewelry for myself or others.
Dont stand behind there repair work after I lost the same stone they replaced 9 months ago. They like to blame the customer for the jewelers shotty work. I must have caught the prong on a thread on the bedding because I sleep with my ring on. Really! Come on. Not a place to bring anything you need repaired. I suggest for all to look at reviews first. Kays I see is not any better. They just sell rings that stones fall out of. They lost my business. Probably everyone I know when they here what I went through.
Nine years ago i went into jareds in concord nh to purchase a new wedding band to go with a new engagement ring that my husband that had bought elsewhere. While we were looking at bands, a young lady took my oringinal band to be cleaned, which i told her it wasnt necessary. When she brought it back my beautifully brushed band was now as smooth as a babies butt. I could have cried. I didnt say anything since every time my husband tries to do something nice for me, something goes wrong. I purchased a diamond enhancer that the girl convinced me to have soldered together and they would warranty the whole set even though the engagement ring wasnt bought there. So they were to size them and solder them together. When i picked them up, i knew something was wrong but couldnt figure it out. Since it was closing time for them, the girl said i could bring them back the next day it i figured it out. Not long after i noticed the ring werent sized and the setting was bent. I brought them back and had words with the jeweler who said she wouldnt size them since my fingers are quite crooked due to rheumatoid arthritis. Again i wasnt happy. She convinced me to put jewelers beads in them so that they would fit tighter but my fingers could swell. Then told me it would be another $95.00. No way. Again i wasnt happy. When i got them back, i wasnt prepared for what i got. The inside of the band had all the metal hollowed out and was black and green inside.i tried to call the manager many times to no avail. I was done. I took them to local jewlers to see if they could be fixed and was told they would not touched them. I wore them for a short time but they just reminded me of the whole awful experience so i put them away and decided that i would give them to my granddaughter when she got older to do with as she liked. This past february, i kept seeing ads for jareds on facebook and decided that i would warn people not to go there and that i had that a horrible experience. To my suprise, jareds contacted me and got me in touch with a jewelry expert at corporate. I worked with a very nice woman whose name was kathleen hicks. After a few emails to got me in touch with adam, the manager at jareds in concord. I met with adam and a jeweler, mike, to see what could be done. I end up leaving my rings with them to be fixed. I picked them up a week later. Cant tell you how nervous i was. The rings were absolutely beautiful. All sized, not bent and the band was filled. And not only did they fix my rings but they re-brushed my original wedding band. The reason for the details, is not to bash jareds but to let people know that they went out of their way to make thing right. As much as i felt bad for the facebook remark, im glad i did since i can wear my rings and when someone asks where i got them, i can happily say jareds. I was recently helped by Doug with a complicated issue involving a Wedding Ring Set ordered online that could not be sized properly. He was super helpful and very friendly. I am writing this review because I was unable to do the Jared Customer Survey and wanted to do something else to show my support. My experience with the Concord Jared was night and day from the Jared location in Manchester. I highly recommend them.
Mostly cookie cutter jewlery, nothing unique😞. Got the feeling that the employees felt I couldnt afford to shop there by the way I was dressed. Nice to look at but I like unique and didnt find it here.
Anna was GREAT, as were Devon & Adam. Went in to shop for anniversary gifts and also had a damaged bracelet replaced.
My husband and I came here after a really bad experience with Kays and traded a ring in for a custom one which the woman we first worked with Kim i believe was awesome! The ring was done in 3 days and she surprised me with the call because she said a few weeks. I dont think she works there anymore. When we come back now to have my ring cleaned they are rude pushy and have no emotion, they even sigh when i ask for a cleaning. We recently wanted to put blue sapphire in the side stones and was told it would be about a week. Called after over week without hearing anything and they said it was done and then called back and said never mind the stones just came in it will be another week. We expressed that it was a little annoying not to be updated and we were just pushed off and the lady was very rude and said well this stuff takes time.Just the lack of communication and less friendly personalities is really pushing us away from this place.

I received a Bulova watch for my birthday from this store and have had nothing but problems. One of the pins that holds the band together was falling out, so I brought it in to have it repaired. They replaced the pin but shortly after I was having the same problem, Ive made three trips to Concord to have them fix it. Now they refuse to fix the watch or replace it with another. Poor quality products, poor customer service, save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. Manager Adam was not helpful at all. I would never purchase from this store again. We purchased a defective product and this manager failed to make it right.
