Like to explore the merchandise carried by this store most appears good quality. Some have reasonable pricing, some like the journals. Really cool journals are pricing. Cool place recommend that you do check it out!

Absolutely in LOVE with earthbound. Everything about this store is unique, comforting, bright, vibrant, and warm. Management and staff are always so welcoming every time I go. All of my friends and family are regular customers by now and I can say I’m a forever customer to Earthbound.

Just a very neat store.

I found this store initially in Savannah, GA and fell in love! I though it was a local store and then the manager told me that they were all over the country. I looked them up around the Charlotte area and now half my paycheck goes to this place.

For the eclectic or just plain curious person. Crystals, incense, books, tarot cards are some of the items sold here. There are clothes, purses, backpacks and jewelry for sale also. Earthbound is a new age store without the pretentiousness. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is definitely one of my favorite stores and will be one of yours too!

My experience at earthbound was less than adequate at best. I spoke to the store manager expecting to be helped to the fullest extent. Unfortunately, that was not the case. She was unhelpful. Leaving me uninterested in the store and it’s product. Someone from above should reinstate someone better to fulfill the position.

Let me tell you... ...from how the layout and products were before, to how they are now, its like night and day. I love the fact that this establishment has become more of a metaphysical store. The girl employee that helped me out today was as sweet as ever, and I really appreciate her. They didnt have in-stock what was advertised on the website, but nevertheless this place is tops. They even reduced alot of their prices, so it isnt as expensive as it used to be. I am quite impressed, and I will be back. Even though I really dont like Concord Mills Mall, this store is the ONLY reason that I will go back.

Loveeeee this store. The vibes are always so cool. Customer service is great, they are patient and knowledgeable. If you purchase an item with a meaning they will explain it to you in depth so you can understand. Love love love.

I like this location. But when it comes to Earthbound Trading I prefer to buy online. I didnt see a lot of turnover on items the six years that I lived in Charlotte and visited this place. And at times the staff seemed really immature and could sometimes border on rude. I once overheard a conversation between two employees talking ill of a customer which should be done on their lunch breaks not in the middle of the store. Most of their jewelry tends to be moderately priced. Some of the other stuff can feel a little overpriced for what it is. They offer a lot of boho hippie Indian type jewelry hair accessories clothing. They also offer incense and Himalayan salt lamps and art on stretched canvases home decor and statues. Its a cool little shop.

There is no 0 points here. Else i would have kept 0. I purchased a yellow colour chain with 3 stones as locket worth $13 from concord mills - Earthbound trading shop. I wore it only once and when i removed it in the evening it turned black. I am really frustrated after seeing it. It is not the matter of small amount but I trusted them which i am thinking as foolish thing to do.

This is hands down one of my favorite stores. They have a Great selection of neat things, and when they run sales they are AMAZING!

Employees wouldnt stop asking me if I wanted them to take my shopping bags to the counter so Im not shopping with them. Then when I went to pay they both stood there and then questioned me if my friend and I were together and if she was gonna buy something and/or continue shopping. I felt so uncomfortable it makes me only want to shop online.
