Justin was incredibly quick, friendly and punctual throughout the process of fixing my phone - not to mention, he did all of this in less than an hour. Even better, he was willing and able to come to my personal workplace and replace my cracked iPhone 5S in the comfort of my own office (and business hours)! Justin is a very professional and poised young man - confident and well-versed in his craft; I would recommend his service to any individual in need of device repair/restoration! Very happy that I chose Justin.I made an appointment and was unable to make it on time, he was very accommodating and made sure that he would be there to meet me.Gave him my phone he told me it would be an hour, grabbed a couple of beers at the Lazy Dog and returned, wallah, my phone was ready as promised and good as new.I hope that I never the need to see him again but if I need repairs, Justin has earned my business.

My husband and I were late to our drive-in movie in August 2013, but it was worth it to get my shattered screen fixed by Justin. A small fingerprint on the inside of the new screen didnt even bother me. Unfortunately for me, service from Justin was great until about a week after he fixed my phone and my screen fell off. That bothered me, but at least I knew it was fixable.My husband and I called him again after doing some research online. We asked if he had used the tape to go around the edge of the screen, since we had watched him repair it. (The phone wasnt ready when he said it would be so we waited ...and waited...and watched). He said he used the tape, but when we ordered a new screen kit online and did it ourselves, the screen had a much tighter seal and my swipe feature worked again for texting. After Justins repair the swipe didnt work the same as when it was new.If you are brave, replacing your Galaxy S3 screen is cheap and easy. Getting the tape around the edge was a couple dollars extra online and took the longest, but was so worth it. We did it just fine and its lasted a year. Cost less than $20. It DIY repairs arent your thing, hopefully youll get a better repair than we did. I learned my lesson and bought a protective case :)

I came to Justin shortly after when I cracked my screen on my brand new MacBook :( He told me that he was able to repairs laptops as well but had to order the parts as he only carried smartphone parts on hand. Once the part arrived he called and I came in, dropped of my MacBook and got it back the very same day! Awesome to get my laptop fixed so fast and at a reasonable price too. Very knowledgable in the industry!
