I was told that my promotion was $200 off new phone. I would need a New line to get free phone. Well I would consider that to be Only NEW Customers. Customer service rep a little short with me. Not really able to assist me with breakdown, itemization of bill. Only good thing, I used kiosk to pay bill which really didnt matter because I usually pay on mobile app.A wasted visit; time and gas.I wish Princess still worked here she was always so helpful.
Apparently there are no phones at Verizon. Sales gut recommended I go buy it from someone else. I dread getting a new phone, and this is why. Ill put Verizon up there (down there) with Spectrum as having the worst customer satisfaction.
My boyfriend and I showed up to try to get a new SIM card for him; we arrived at 5:55pm, and the store hours posted on the door show they close at 6pm. The doors were locked when we arrived, and nobody walked over to even just communicate with us. They ignored us standing at a locked door before the business was even closed. Piss poor management. When someone finally did walk to the door, he spoke with my boyfriend THROUGH the door. He didn’t even have the decency to open it and speak to him like another human being.

Loyal customer for 10+ years, spending almost $500 a month. I am walking out because of this company’s poor customer service model. This isn’t a company to represent a working class but instead one that cares about bottom lines and profit margins.
Only able to view a few phones, and staff unable to transfer information from old phone. Employee we talked to was pleasant, but no customer service, to speak of.
I have dealt with this location for the past ten years and thwy have always been courteous and professional. I was up there last week looking at phones and they did an outstanding job in protecting thier customers from covid. Great service!

I consider myself a valued customer to your company. However, after today I felt nothing but disappointment after visiting the front of your store. I met a heavy set gentlemen outside the door and told him I would like to upgrade a phone, possibly two, mine and my husbands. I let the first disappointment go, but this is my second and I felt I had to say something. He currently has a 6series and I was hoping to get him a new phone. The gentleman that spoke with me was not any help. I had to do all the talking. Ask him to pull up my account to see when we were up for new phone. Had I not ask for that, he would not bothered. To be in sales, I find this absurd. He ask me one question, that being what kind of phone did I want. I said I dont know. Can you tell me about what you have. He tired to explain what was available, but to not much avail.Honestly, I left soooo frustrated with having to talk with someone so unknowable or just too lazy to bother. I drove down to that REAL store, to get absolutely no where. He was not helpful to me at all.My suggestion to you would be to hire the kind of people that have a passion to help someone, ask what their needs are, give information out without having the customer have to pull everything out of you. And leave with such a disgusted taste of customer service.This use to be a great Verizon, but something has happened to the customer service aspect. Far cry when five to ten years ago.I will continue to search for new phones; but will be another store. Or, possibly look on line and be my own customer service agent.

The service was awful. Getting there I was told that there was an 1/2 hour wait. The temperature outside had to be in the 90s. Due to COVID 19 they were letting limited customers in the store. Its obvious that if you go to Verizon in that heat that it must be important. One would think that because of the temperature outside Verizon would ask customers to remain in their vehicles. I was 5 hours away home. My phone was running hot and would not hold a charge and I was using it to travel with. I stood in a line in the heat for over a half hour before I couldnt take the heat anymore. I dont get people that are supposed to be professionals. It makes sense that they would have a better system. The security officer that was walking in and out of the aircondictioning, building letting customers that were standing in line with canes and elderly know the wait time could have just as easily passed out tickets or used licenses plates to identify the next customer. If you were in line and a customer came up with an appointment, you were bumped. One gentleman backed his truck up so that another elderly man with a cane could set down while he waited which is more than Verizon did to support the customers.
Check in at 1:55pm left at 3:15pm to have nothing taken care of!

Took phone to get some minor problems with locations corrected,also updated and he adjusted color,font size.I have MD so my eyes are slow to adjust to different light, he made letters bigger and changed lighting on background.
How can I put zero stars? Horrible experience as I did an internet order and went to pick it up. Stood outside the young lady was pleasant, went in to grab my phone and case and brought it out quickly. Unfortunately they had a rose case instead of a smoke grey. When I let her know she started helping others. I stood there for a few minutes and filling ignored she said she didnt forget me. Then a young man comes out and starts talking to her and looking there pads. She told him I was waiting on a case exchange and he looked and then looked back at his pad and started calling other people. When I inquired about getting my case switched out he told me I would have to wait as he had a list in front of me. Im not on the list as I have been standing here and all I need is a case swapped. My receipt had the correct case on it and when I asked for the manger he informed me he was the manger....Christan J Ruiz Ayesta is his name and it would have taking him 40 seconds to view my receipt and give me the case. Again my receipt was correct. I asked for a full refund and he put his hands up like he wouldnt take the bag. I left the bag in front of him with phone and everything......maybe its time for a new phone provider. For what I spend monthly and the money Ive given Verizion over the past 20 plus years this is absolutely unacceptable. Lets see who wants my business.......absolutely stunned by the service from Christan and Verizon!!!!!I find your respond on par, you still havent even responded to issue and refunded my purchase but you are hoping to earn my business back!
Great location, had an issue with my Galaxy S10 not connecting. Line was out the door. Manager came back and asked me why I stopped by, took my phone and reconnected me on the spot. Brought my Wife back 2 days later to upgrade her iPhone with all the accessories!
Grayson, the technician at Verizon, treated me very well. He kept me appraised of a very difficult situation that occurred with my wifes iPad. The work that Grayson put into the job was tremendous and his fee very reasonable.
Great folks, a lot of help, but a call center answers the phone when you call....and those folks tell different tales.
So my phone decided to DIE last Friday! There were only two payments left on the phone-smh.Upon entering the store I was greeted by a friendly sales associate who took my name and let me know there were a few people ahead of me. The store is very easy to navigate. There isnt a lot of clutter so it makes easier for me at least to not get overwhelmed trying to see the products offered. My sales associate was Lena. I knew what phone I wanted so there was not much for her to explain in the way of that. She was helpful in me picking my accessories and gave me enough time to make my choices without making me feel rushed. Lena was also wonderful enough to get my phone assembled and get it up and running. Verizons network was moving slow that day. So Lena and I chatted while waiting for my phone to get set up. Lena never made me feel like it was inconvenient or bothered that the set up took a little while. I will be returning and will ask for Lena.
No straight answers to questions. Have been with Verizon for more than 20 yrs. It appears knowledgeable & courteous customer service are a thing of the past.
My wife and I switched from Sprint to Verizon, and did so with the help of this Verizon Store location. To spare you a novels-worth of reading, the salesman by the name of Ryan Connor was deceptive in his conversational tactics with us, and omitted providing instructions on how to redeem a switch credit to pay-off the remainder of our agreement with Sprint. We both stated and reiterated we did not want the Hum by Verizon service added to our account, and he spun the deal to appear and sound as though it was part of the package which could not be removed. I wound up canceling the Hum service and returning the device anyway, but the headache and extra steps could have been prevented if Ryan had listened to us from the beginning. If you visit this Verizon store location, I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this salesman. Because of his deceptive behavior and ineptitude when it comes to explaining the process behind things like switch credits (carrier provides funding for switching to them over a competitor), my wife and I both now have to foot the bill to Sprint for $400+ dollars. At no point was it explained to us that we had to submit online forms to process receiving such credits within 30 days of account activation, and I only discovered these facts by calling Verizon (for an hour and a half) after the 30 day time frame.Again, I STRONGLY encourage avoiding this salesman (Ryan Connor).The store itself is well-kept, and presentable. All the other staff (save Ryan) were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, no amount of aesthetics can earn this Verizon Store location more than a single star. Perhaps some training in people skills is necessary.
My daughters phone wasnt working. We have been paying insurance for years through Verizon. We went in to get a replacement or an upgrade. We were told because there was a small crack on the screen we could not replace or use do get a break on an upgrade. I would have to go get the screen fixed first and then we can replace it or apply it for an upgrade. She was home from college for a short time and we did not have time to go get the screen fixed. Otherwise I would have been credited $300 towards the new phone. Not sure why I pay Verizon insurance. They should have waved this broken screen and giving me the $300 credit towards the new phone which I ended up buying. Seriously Im looking at a different carrier even though Ive been with them for 13 years this was horrible service.
My first time at Verizon on Dec. 29th at this location. The Sales Associate that was assigned to help me VERY NICE, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, will return. Thank you! Need more people like her.
Thanks to the manager Jamal how helped me switch to a different carrier. Promising if switch more lines to Verizon to expect one bill and whenever you switched he changes the story and the bill of course went up. Will not reccomend and wouldnt even try to help you. Verizon is a great company
This store in particular use to be great service but out last two visits left my wife and I frustrated and wanting to switch services. I went to have my phone checked and possibly upgraded took 2 hours and left without anything. Then my wife went back to get a band for our sons watch and they would not give the discount she was entitled to as a Gap employee. Even when she produced employee issued ID they kept asking for more and different ID. For a lousy 10 percent off. They are rude and ridiculous. We will not be back to that store.

Few months ago my husband bought a new phone from this location. Service was decent. Come to find out they added Total Mobile Protection for $13 a month on our bill- we just discovered this and this was not something we authorized. We have removed the insurance from our account, but are pretty pissed that it was added in the first place without our knowledge.We will be switching carriers.
Bought a phone from them about 4 months ago with a screen protector with lifetime warranty. Absolutely the biggest waste of time considering they sent me out the door to another place that warranties them. Well the other place does not! Wasted my time and gas. Why sell something if you’re not going to offer a replacement!? Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to.

Sat in my car for 1 1/2 waiting to be given a phone I purchased, went back to the door, only to be told sorry were closed. I checked in with a rep and on my phone. I was parked directly in front of the door!!
Mr. Ruiz One of the so-called managers was very rude to my wife who came in to pay a bill and did not want to use the ATM type terminal and asked for Assistance multiple times. Mr. Ruiz advised he would help but abandoned her and pointed her back to the ATM machine which I did not want her using -so he could to attempt to make some personal commission money with a new customer rather than take care of a existing customer stay away !!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would definitely give it less than 1 star. This is by far one of the worse stores that I have been to, the store clerk hadnt told me that there were going to be fees that would raise my bill to the roof. Nevertheless, it took the store clerk and the manager more than 2 weeks to resolve my issue regarding my bill when I had came to the store on several occasions. If you plan on choosing Verizon as your new carrier, please feel free to find another location... this is absolutely disgusting.
It was unusually quiet for a Saturday in here. Just came to pick up a phone that my wife ordered. Took them about 10 minutes to get it to me. Seemed slow considering the email saying the phone was ready came about 3 hours before I got there.
Extremely pleased with our experiences here. Princess helped us and she was great! Our time here has never been wasted, they are always super nice, and super helpful. We live in Salisbury but would rather come to the Concord location.
I usually hate these stores last time I came to this location it was the opposite. Had a great experience. My phone was messed up usually I end up paying a ton before I get out. They determine it was a defect and they had me fixed up in up 30mins. I will becoming back to this location.
Took 3 hours to get new phone and plan. Still not sure how to use items sold me. Was told to send email and make appointment with questions. Worked hard to get me the best price for phone and plan.
My bf just got a new phone and the store wasn’t super crowded and Ryan explained everything to us clearly. Would definitely recommend this store over others.

Ty, the young man I worked with showed great customer service skills, knowledge of the issues I was having with my phone & he wanted to help. Ty was pleasant, patient & had me laughing at my own mistakes. I was in Concord Mill shops & was so glad he stepped forward to assist me.
What a disappointing experience, poor service and felt like they were more interested in up selling me instead of helping me with a solution. Went to an independent Verizon store and the service was much better than this “corporate “ ran store. Associate could never answer question of trade in value, said “you have to upgrade first before I can tell you. Really????
Sometimes this place is aggravating other times you great the answers you came in for. Not happy about my bill going up and up and up almost every other month. $300 for 3 phones is ridiculous.
Online experience promised one hour pickup. After two hours, phone was not ready when I arrived. Staff did not apologize or acknowledge my concern.

Poor customer service I wont ve back. I was looking for 8 iPhones total for my business but I was very dirty from working and they all ignored me like I wasnt there for an hour!!! Well AT&T helped me with no issue. If you need cell service go to AT&T on spider drive by the Kannapolis wal mart way better than this place!

This Verizon store was great. I spent 4hrs total between another location and customer service to be told to go to a corporate location. Upon being there for 1.5hrs my problem was finally corrected but there was not a need for me to of had to go there as problem was fixed over the phone. Frustrating but the female employee was a pleasure to work with.
John was terrific. Handled the problem easily and proficiently.

A++ grade in their helping us with upgrade from iPhone 4S to iPhone 6S including pairing the Bluetooth headset and installing the iPhone 6S into a new Otterbox Defender protective case.Special kudos to Zach who was our technical sales person for his courteous manner and excellent knowledge of products & services.Will recommend this stores team in Concord, NC to anyone looking for Verizon wireless products & services regardless of where one lives or has lived in this country. Went in for a screen protector and Bluetooth headset. Sherri was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Would highly recommend going! Other staff who were not waiting on me were very nice as well. I wanted a Bluetooth headset that could be paired and connected to two phones at the same time. I didnt think there was a product out there that could do this and they found one for me. Got home and tried it out, was easy to set up and worked flawlessly! Put my screen protector on for me and was very good.

Only because have to give it one star will they get one star. I went to this Verizon corporate store as I always have avoided the factory authorized stores because I have always been told by Verizon that they could have helped me if I had gone to one of their stores but since I went to Joes Cellphones dba Verzion that I wold have to go to that store... But I digress. I went to the Verizon store in late January with the intention of purchasing my wife and I new phones and upgrading my sons plan. He salesman informed us he had been here 21 years and would be happy to help us. He asked for my information and a drivers license to verify who I was. I told him I wanted a note 9 and my wife wanted a Galax s9+. My wife also wanted a Samsung smart watch. The salesman spent about 40 mins talking in a circle and confusing my wife and I. Telling us how he could put my son on a sub account and get him a completely unlimited plan and save us money. In the end he did set up a sub account for my son, he did get unlimited everthing, but it ended up costing us more. We then looked at phones and watches and was told that we cold only get a smart watch if we added a line and the same went for the buy one get one sale.... And oh you missed that sale anyway. Ok but why do I have to add a line to get a watch? These smart watches require a line to work. I informed him no they dont because I have the same watch and mine doesnt have a seperate line it works through my phone via Bluetooth. My wife and I then went to Best Buy the next day and spent about 1400.00 buying phones and a watch. When asked about geek squad protection, I refused because I had insurance through Verizon Assurion. On 23 March 2019 my wife moved the chair that her phone was on, dropping the same and breaking the screen. Went online to file claim and found they only offered 3 colors, none of which was gold like my wifes. Called the Ubreakifix store who does the assurion repairs and was told gold was a special order, but they suggested I call Verizon and get it exchanged. I called assurion she told me that I did not have insurance, and I was transferred to Verizon who confirmed that and said that Best Buy had probably switched me to Geek squad. So today I go to Best Buy to try and get to the bottom of this because I refused Geek Squad because I knew I had assurion. The Verizon Liason/Manager at Best Buy confirmed this and said that they didnt not have the ability to cancel my Assurion Insurance that even if I had opted for Geek Squad I would have had to call and cancel my Assurion insurance my self or go to the Verizon store. Armed with this information I return to the Verizon store, and low and behold who greets me but the salesman from January. I inform him what has happened and he asks for my account information then a photo identification then looks it up and says, I will be right back. So for thirty minutes I talked to another sales associate about school and teaching while I waited. Then here returns Mr. Wonderful who then stated we had no insurance and there was nothing that he could do because we bought our phones at Best Buy. What??? Get me a manager. Again we wait for another 20 to 30 minutes before the manager comes out to try to tell us how we canceled our insurance at Best Buy. I again stated, no I did not that I told her that per the Verizon liason at Best Buy, that they did not have the ability to change Verizon insurance that it had to be done through Verizon. She then told me that we cancelled it in store on the 25th. I said no I didnt that request was never made and show me where I signed to have it cancelled. She said that when the sub account was made I took me from 3 lines to 2 lines and that automatically canceled the Insurance. I told her I was never informed of this and I had 4 lines and it took me to 3. She said he said she said situation. Asked to speak to regional manager and after watng 30 minutes was given card for general manager. Absolute worst customer service experience ever! Its not over trust me I will tell everyone who will listen!
I came here today and service was horrible the dude who helped me ( Jon) was rude and lacked knowledge about how to solve my problem, I was instructed to go into Verizon with my ID and have a rep call to verify me. He reluctantly called !! Kept rolling his eyes and just looking at his own phone ! He even had AirPods in while working! Kept telling me some lie about waiting 48-72 hours, he supposedly called customer support but after he went to the back of the store I waited 21 minutes & my account was locked he made it worse than it was prior and didn’t even care just kept telling me to wait for fraud department his colleagues were just talking not welcoming and no help at all ! So I got home literally 10 min later I called them myself and the representative simply said “ why didn’t he tell us he verified your ID “that’s all we needed and 10 min later my account was unlocked ! I went to place my order and called for verification and instantly she approved my order. He was no help at all. They need a brand new staff ! Only 1 lady was welcoming everyone else was lazy and just talking about other stuff. I was able to unlock my account No wait time or anything several even fraud representatives didn’t understand what he was doing because the process was a simple call ! I would NEVER recommend coming here unless you wanna be around lazy people I guess they assume because I’m young I’m not important enough to actual pay attention to which is ridiculous!Waste of my time !

Horrible service, they do not explain what you are getting, now I am stuck with a 2 year contract that I did not ask and want. Went back to complain and they told will take care off and they didnt. They offer me to pay 350$ to leave the contract . I cant wait to leave this company.

I go into the store today to upgrade to Apple XS and sales person told me Apple ran out of iPhones. She didnt state Verizon was out of stock but that Apple ran out of iPhones and they needed to make more before Verizon could sell them. Obviously this was ridiculous and I went right down the road to Best Buy. They of course had the XS in stock and laughed at what Verizon told me. Overall horrible customer service who are either oblivious or come up with lies about their inventory.
