I have never in my life had such a FANTASTIC experience with an AT&T store like I have this one. I walked in due to losing my new iPhone in the ocean. I was dreading going to the AT&T store but that’s when I was welcomed by Mike(manager). He guided me through the process of getting a new phone and even assisted me with setting up my internet for my new apartment. I had no idea it would all be such an easy process but thanks to him he took a huge weight off my shoulders. Between the good stories, funny jokes and professionalism I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to this AT&T store. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.
Came into this store since I was turned away from Costco phone kiosk. Eddie was my first, and best interaction. He was able to resolve my phone issue in a fast and professional manner. I, not being tech savy, needed help uploading a picture to my Facebook, and Eddie was there guide me. I highly recommend new and returing customers to come in to this store for their phone needs.
Mike never fails to amaze me especially his multitasking skills. He is the main reason why we come to this location although there’s one in pleasant hill closer to my house. I have been coming to him for years and will continue to bring my business there. I’ve also referred my family and friends to him. Thanks Mike for the excellent service as always!

Very helpful, went above and beyond and explained to us about pros and cons of our decision.. I highly recommend this store if you needed help upgrading phone or anything about At&t. On top of that we came late and the workers still gave us a good treatment.
Andrew patiently answered all my questions about the Samsung Note 20 before I purchased it. Then he transferred all my data off my old Samsung Galaxy Note 4. He and Michael at the Ignacio Valley store could not be nicer or more efficient. They have handled phones for the four members on our family plan without fail and without a problem. They are highly recommended.

We thank and appreciate Mike’s assistance replacing my broken sx max 10 (unexpectedly) we just went there to ask for replacement from insurance but end up leaving with 2 brand new iPhone 11. Mike did the whole process so easy that I was even convinced to switch my internet right away. Mike’s customer service was above and beyond expectations and He will go beyond extra miles just to please his customers, we’ve been with AT&T for quite some time now and this was the first time we experienced this kind of customer service. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. (But I have to list something, so it’s technically a 1 Star.) WITH 5 BIG WHOPPERS. How do I list these LIES? 1) I was told this was a corporate store by the owner, Mike. This is FALSE. It is a franchise. NOT CORPORATE. We have complained to corporate and there is now an internal investigation going on. LIE!!! 2) I very specifically told Mike the owner that I wanted the Internet only and over the phone corporate said they could do it for $59. Mike then tells me he can get me a “better deal” and do it for $39. (With an extra $10 for equipment. No more than $49 per month with everything) I sign up expecting that to be the case. Get my bill. It comes through as $59. I speak to multiple people at corporate over the phone who only offer unhelpful “I hear you’s,” “apologies,” and “understandings”. To the district manager, local corporate, or national level manager reading this, I want what I paid for exactly. To be very clear, Mike even approved it over the phone when I came back into his store the next day with Derek, the sales associate. To sum up, that’s $10/month difference x 12 months = $120 LIE!!! 3) Mike also explicitly promised he could get me with an Internet Only deal with HBO Max FOR FREE FOR A YEAR. Mike confirmed and verified this to be the case 2-3 times. When I read my bill, HBO Max FOR ONE YEAR FREE was NOT ON THERE. When I complained to corporate, more apologies, excuses, and not taking responsibility. Looking at the bill, HBO MAX for FREE for the first 30 Days.That’s $15/month difference x 11 months = $165 LIE!!! 4) I was promised by the store that the installer would actually set up HBO MAX FOR FREE for ONE YEAR when he was in the home. The installer to his credit was super nice, but told us that he didn’t need to install it for us and it was easy to do ourselves. When we tried, there was NOT a ONE YEAR FOR FREE OPTION! LIE!!! 5) When my wife and I went into the store, to be fair, Derek and Andrew looked us up. It was entered as we stated. They confirmed the initial terms Mike initially set forth of $39+HBO MAX FOR ONE YEAR FREE were correct. They then promised my wife and I that this would be RESOLVED that we would get what they had agreed to within 2 DAYS. They DID NOT. LIE!!! Instead, we had to chase them down and finally, Andrew got back to us was an “OOPS! We made a mistake. I’m just the messenger.” $100+$165=$265 MISTAKE! Which no one has taken responsibility for. And simply given us what we were promised. And what we agreed to. At this point, we’ll be reporting this as a case of CONSUMER FRAUD. This is some of the shadiest, sketchiest business dealings I’ve ever experienced. This store should not be representative of AT&T. As a multi-gazillion dollar corporation, I expect them to take full responsibility and CORRECT the mistake. Still waiting on that. Do not give this store your business. I should also add when I went into the store to dispute the bill the first time, Mike LIED to me, said he never saw me and blamed it on his partner. I said, what’s your name? He said, “Mike.” Hey Mike, you’re going to be out of business tomorrow if you keep this up! And to be honest, the amount of headache, hassle, stress, and fighting this has caused me during a pandemic where there’s enough of that going on?! Not cool. But you know how you can do this right? Because we are still AT&T customers? Fix this. Save your reputation. AT&T NEEDS TO FIX THIS. I don’t mind mistakes. Clean up your mess!!!
We recently went into this store to upgrade and didnt want insurance or next up and he added extra features without telling us and when we brought it up to Derek he said its a standard with upgrades and comes with all upgrades we asked to take it off he said it will fall off in a month. Very disappointed with the integrity of this rep.
Mike and Dorian are so much help. They go the extra mile to help there customers. We are so please to have AT&T and your wonderful employees. These two young men are the best. They even don’t a take lunch until it’s late. I would say they need one more person so they could take a lunch in time.

I could not be more happy with my experience at your Clayton store. I was originally a customer at sprint and it was time for me to upgrade my phones, I went into their store and was not pleased at all. My monthly plan almost doubled as I was already an existing customer, crazy! The guy was very short with my questions and couldnt find me any good deals and my son was getting really antsy and started asking him questions and he pretty much just blew him off. So i walked into AT&T and starting talking with Mike to see what he could offer. He answered all my questions and beyond what he needed to. He also answered and interacted with my son (mind you that is probably not part of his job description) The reason I bring my son up and how he was treated is because he has Autism and ADHD. It is very difficult at times going out to places for long periods at a time but Mike brought him a chair let him play with their phone displays and just made him feel comfortable, he even answered all his questions! I ended up getting 4 new phones and a new plan with AT&T and dropped sprint. Not only was the pricing better but you couldnt beat Mikes professionalism, honesty and customer service. It was already late in the evening and the store was closing soon but he stayed with us after hours to make sure we knew and understood everything about our phones and service plan. If I could rate the store more then 5 stars I would!
Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted my husband and I in purchasing and setting up our new phones. We are so happy with them. He also saved us some money by helping us switch our cable and internet service.

My experience at this store was extremely positive. Employee Mike was very helpful, efficient, polite, and friendly. Purchasing my new phone could not have been easier.
Showed up at 9:45 and saw the guy setting the store up. The hours stated 10:00am for opening. I waited till 10:30am while the guy sat in the back office, went to best buy and the doors were still locked at 11:00am.
Horrible experience getting my phone replaced after the previous one almost burned up while charging. Waited a long time while the one I experienced employee tried to figure out what to do.No concern whatsoever for their product being a fire hazard in my home. Asking what my insurance Ive been paying for would get me and not getting a lot of information in return.When asking about new phones I was given one sentence descriptions such as better camera, wireless charging and fingerprint security. And why was a paying $800 for a new phone when their last phone went up in smoke AND I had insurance?Didnt have the phone I wanted and had to drive 40 minutes to another location. At the 2nd location they told me they could give my old phone a wireless charge in order to retrieve the data. First store told me it was too old for wireless charging.Had I known it could be charged that way I might have kept it and just bought a wireless charger.Also come to find the new phone doesnt come with wireless charger despite this being literally the reason I bought it. So add another $100 for charger, protective screen and case.All for a phone that should still be working, and had, apparently, worthless insurance. One star because the first salesperson was out her depth and should have had more guidance and the salesperson at the 2nd store was excellent.

Once we confronted him, he would not even speak to us and pond us off to his coworkers. He is a big time scammer!!!! Gives you false information about your account. Please be aware!!!!!!

Arrived at 8:45 for their 9 AM opening, The time posted both on their door and online. At 9:10 everything was still locked down, and nobody was in the store. What a waste of time. I will be using a different location in the future.
