Avoid taking any girl child to this place please. The store is too gender biased and would offer only dumb things to small girls. (This review is for the Disney store, looks like the place has changed now)
Short story:Terrible staff, shoddy work and subpar productsLong story:I initially had the screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy s5 in 10/15 after it cracked. My initial experience when they replaced the screen for me was fine, besides the $265 price tag. However, on March 10th 2016, a mere 4.5 months after the initial fix, my screen went blank. I returned to have it fixed, receipt in hand. The girl at the kiosk, Rosey was the name on her tablet, was extremely condescending and patronizing. She repeated multiple times that she didnt know what I did to my phone and kept hiding behind their 30 day warranty. Note - I had done nothing to my phone, the issue happened spontaneously. Her manager agreed to replace the screen for $200, and after I waited patiently for her to chit chat with another customer, who came after me, she told me it was impossible to give me a pick up time. This is after she told the other customer one hour. I returned in one hour and 15 minutes and it turns out that it was a cheap fix. She continued to blame it on me, saying that my case was not holding my screen on and I needed a new case. She ended up having to put more adhesive on the screen they replaced. I dont thing Samsung makes their phones so that cases have to hold the screens in place. I politely paid and left. I will never use this store again. I am a working professional with advanced degrees and to have this teenager at the kiosk be so overwhelming unhelpful, patronizing, antagonizing, confrontational and condescending was quite frankly a slap to my face. Plus the product they sold me at full price only lasted four months and they refused to back up their own work. BEWARE!!!!!!!
