I thought that Id gotten a good deal. Then I found out the truth. The rims werent for my truck. To make the rims fit they installed the TPCM wrong. I found that out when I had to replace the rims. I replaced the rims because when I had my routine maintenance performed they couldnt remove the rims to rotate them because the center cap screws were stripped. Mind you Deals on Wheels were supposed to order me extra screws I didnt know that the screws werent extra but that I needed them because apparently they knew that the screws were stripped. Wheels are a safety issue, even when theyre cosmetic. Through it all, Juan was a nice guy and always seemed ready to accommodate.

He was patient with me and making sure Im satisfied while taking care of phone calls and everyone else asking for help. Juan is professional honest, fair and runs a great business.He has done a lot of work on my vehicles and does excellent work. He researches the products he sells and makes great recommendations. I had a problem with two tires I purchased and he stood behind them without a question.

Before we went to concord to but a full set, i called and gave the details of what we were looking for. The sales associate said, yeah yeah we have our in stock. When we got there it was 20 minutes before he came out from the shop to see what we needed. Told him that w called 10 minutes ago for the specified tires we wanted. He said he had to go make a hard check(physically look). What do you mean hard check? He assured us on that call which was just 30 minutes ago by this time, that he had them. I waisted my time!!! Too bad I will never recommend them to anyone!! Incompetent and ignorant as well as knowledgeable..he should be fired.

Called yesterday to get my tire replaced, they told me to bring it in today. I dropped it off this morning and were done with it before 5. They did a great job, the people that work there are very nice and were extremely professional. Thank you guys for a great job and squeezing me in. Best deals on tires too

Came in the afternoon with a emergency tire replacement, they looked at it and told me about 30min. Pricing was great, so I waited for a opening, but they had the tire change done in 30 minutes!! I would highly recommend them to everyone. I know i will be back to replace the other 3 tires next week.

Bought 2 new front tires with warranty and had a tire blowout on the freeway one month after i got the tires and they wouldnt give me a new tire even thoe i had a warranty . Dude was saying excuses that my tire was low on air even thoe i just got them a month ago .
