This is one of the best places in Concord for the safety of your tires. The team made sure that my alignment and balance were good and checked everything underneath that way my car will run with nothing hanging and no noise at all. Excellent and fast service. Highly recomend!

Mike was very nice, putting that here first.Bought tires via Goodyear and scheduled an install time here only to find out they dont have me in their calendar. I was told this happens all the time if you buy via 3rd party tire sellers like Goodyear and TireRack.They accommodated me but it took more than 4 hours to get done. I initially came back after 2 hours only to find out nothing has happened yet. The other guy took his car in for an oil change and coolant service and spent 5 hours waiting. Another guy completely gave up!I am fine with their work on installing my tires but unless you have the whole day to just leave your car there, then this may not be the place. They could also do a better job of telling customers in a couple of hours and be more concrete with timelines. Not all of us have time to idle.

Very bad service. They damaged the wheels of my suv and they were not responsible, I just wasted my time with them. They are not really professional. They promised to repair the damage and never fixed anything. the admin of this site just doesnt do his job.

I had a leaky valve stem on my way home from work and was worried I wasnt going to be able to find a place that would be able to turn it around at all, let alone quickly so I had the car back to get to work the next morning.The manager (Ken) and one of the workers (Matt) checked everything out and after a few minutes said it wouldnt be a problem. ~15 minutes later I was paying and on my way home with everything knocked out.Just moved to the area and found my go-to shop for when not only when things pop up, but also routine maintenance.Very polite, laid back, accommodating, not to mention did the job right. I recently had to bring both my cars in with flat tires. I worked with Ken and he made sure to explain everything. I didnt buy my tires here but at another Tire Choice facility in Tracy. I had punctures in my tires in two seperate incidents. This place always honored the warranty of the tires and fixed the tires free of charge. Had another incident where they could have charged me money but didnt. They have integrity and honesty.

I recently found a long wood screw in my tire. It was still drivable. Ken told me to bring the vehicle in and he took care of it right away.Great service!

When I got home from work, I noticed that one of my tires looked kind of flat. After a closer inspection, I saw a screw in the tire. I rushed over to my computer and looked for the closest tire shop that was still open. The first shop turned me down since it was passed 5:30 and they still had several jobs to complete. The next closest shop was Tire Choice. Ken answered the phone and told me to come on down. As soon as I arrived, Ken came out and inspected the tire and let me know he had a replacement in stock. I called ahead and, they told me to come on through so they can have a look at my tire and, get me back on the road. I ended up needing a new tire, and the service was fast and fair priced. Great service! I brought my wheels and tires separately off my car and got them put on there per a Tirerack.com recommendation. They had the best price around! Ken made sure I was aware of the TPMS service kits that were recommended when you replace tires, he even showed me the kit so I knew what was up. I made sure it was legit and it was. I trust these guys, they went the extra make sure I was well taken care of. They mentioned nitrogen, which for a car guy is controversial but they didnt push it! I took my 2012 Honda Accord for new tires and front breaks and was very pleased with the service. I have been going to Tire Choice, formerly known as Goodyear for over 7 years at this location for oil changes and service maintenance. I have been prompted helped over the phone and I typically get a fast appointment time to come in. Ive been happy with my service thus far, my car is over 10 years old and is in good shape. Ken has always been a helpful manager not only with my car but my familys car as well.

Outstanding service. Called the manger Ken for an appointment to install 4 tires on my 2017 Toyota Sienna. Got a appointment the next day. I bought the tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Tire Choice. Got a great deal on install cost. Also found out they have a very reasonable cost for oil changes that include tire rotation. Much better and friendlier service than Firestone.

These guys are great! At 630pm I found my tire almost flat. I Googled tire shops near me and thankfully these guys were open late (7pm, when most surrounding shops close at 6) I hurried my way there. I arrived at 648pm. These guys jumped right in with no hesitation, repaired my tire and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. Ken and his team are absolutely the best. First I came in with a flat tire with a huge gaping hole, got a good deal on two new tires installed and finished within the day.The next morning I wake up, the tire that was originally the issue was dead flat with the new tire....awesome!! I only live three blocks away so I put my hazards on and rolled back down with the flat tire.The entire team was extremely helpful with my situation. They did a dunk test to ensure where the leak was coming from, come to find out it was a leaky valve stem.Because I had driven the tire to the shop flat, I essentially ruined a new tire, so Ken put a brand new one on for me free of charge. Got me in and out in 35minutes, incredible service.

This place has one thing in mind, and thats customer service and making sure youre back on the road ASAP. I called Ken and he instantly took care of me, answering all my questions. I made an appointment with these guys thinking I needed new tires due to my tire pressure sensor coming on. Adrial made sure to find the best prices available and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a purchase. When I dropped my car off, Ken was very welcoming & upfront about being backed up with other cars but would make sure to be done before they closed. A bit after, I received a call from Ken letting me know that I actually didn’t need new tires and he didn’t want to sell me any if mine were already fine. He offered to check my sensors as complimentary courtesy instead. If I had went anywhere else, they would have probably changed my tires anyway to make a sale but I appreciated Ken’s honesty so much!!! Worst service ever!!! Had an appointment at 10 AM to get my transmission checked brakes checked and oil done and at 2:30 all they’ve done with the oil change and said they had no employees there but then when I was waiting to pay and customers came in he said that his employees were on lunch. They were extremely rude to my husband and threatened to take our car if we didn’t pay the $30 for a 4 hour oil change. Also very unprofessional!’ Calling my husband and harassing him bc he refused to give 5 stars. The employee working today asked us to do it! We showed up before they opened, with a flat tire on one car and a dying starter on another. We were headed out to a camping trip that same day and couldn’t risk taking it out to camping. Ken was so open to help and accommodating and got my tire good to go with just one mechanic (John) in 15 minutes!! Super quick and informative. Made our emergency into a great experience.

I ordered four tires online through the Goodyear app for my wifes car.I had an appointment for a Wednesday at 1:00.The manager Ken let me know he was understaffed for the day.It wouldve been an extended wait time.I was disappointed initially, but he gave me an early morning appointment & they accommodated me with my car being ready within 2 hours.My wifes car ran like a dream following the service.Ill definitely be coming back.

Overall great service and cheap for the area. I went to another place to change my oil and they charged me $70 for my old 2006 Toyota (over a hundred thousand miles), but here you can get a good quality oil change for $45 which is a deal!!! Their customer service is great and I was able to get confirmation on my online appointment within a day. The only downside is that they can be very busy at times, so you might have to call to see if your car is ready.

My car had a coolant leak and I took it to the shop. The technicians diagnosed the leak and they hay to order a part. They called and informed me informed about the options and the cost. The very next day the car was done!Ken and the team did a great job not only by fixing the car but for helping me to save money. I cant speak higher about their service. A few months ago I got an irreparable flat in the sidewall of a hard to locate tire. No shop in a 25 mile radius could have the same tire same day. Tire Choice was able to track one down and get it to the shop within the hour.This brings me to today. Had a small puncture that was patched at Big O. Well, they didn’t rebalance and I now have a bad vibration on that repaired tire. Brought it to Tire Choice and since I bought the tire here a few months ago, they rebalanced for free. Always great customer service from Ken at Tire Choice. Definitely recommend.

I have been going here for years with all of our cars. Ken and his team are honest and hard working. Its not just a tire place, folks. My sons truck had all the dashboard lights on and was not running well. I did not want to pay the Honda dealership prices. Ken resolved the issues. Also, they will be honest and let you know if you need just 2 tires or 4 tires. They will let you know that maybe you only need 2 now and can get 2 more in the future. Called in on a Friday within an hour of closing and spoke with Ken. Explained I had a coolant leak on my Range Rover over the phone and we discussed possible reasons. Ken was super helpful asked me if I’d been there before and I said yes. Last time I had been it was not a typically good experience, the guy I first spoke to you when I first took my car was rude to me so I was a bit dubious about going back. Nevertheless I did because it is convenient near my place of employment, I am glad I did because this positive experience I had definitely shook the negative one from me. Ken had me laughing before and after I picked up my car did all the checks for me even though it was not asked of him around a good helpful guy sometimes I am wary of mechanics because they just want to take your money even though there’s nothing wrong with the car however that is not the case for tire choice! I will be a returning customer.And for you Ken the world is your oyster!

When we recently brought our Subaru in to have a hole plugged, Ken had to deliver the unfortunate news that all four tires would have to be replaced due to the severe nature of the damage to the tire and the fact that its too dangerous to just replace one tire on an all wheel drive vehicle. I know its not easy to deliver bad news like this. Despite this, Ken took the time out of his busy day to find us comparable tires that didn’t break the bank. Ken was very transparent with the pricing and showed a concerted effort to get us the lowest price possible. That being said, I was willing to pay for additional services to my car because I knew that I was being treated with respect and decency. I believe in buying locally, and since Tire Choice is around the corner from my house, it really is a no-brainer to get my car serviced here.

I have to say Ive taken a few different cars here for some really random things like re-hanging exhaust to the latest one where my drive shaft failed and Ive had nothing but excellent customer service from ken and his team. Also knowing that they know exactly what theyre doing and theyre not going to rip you off is rare to find. Thank you all so much
