This place is so friendly and professional. They are honest and to the point. They call you at each step of the way if any additional testing/ work is needed. After the work is done they send you an invoice with descriptions of everything that may be wrong with your vehicle.Every test,work and old/new part is included with pictures.I am coming here from now on.

I must say that my experience at Accomplished Auto was a unique one. They text you when they start your car, they email you pictures of everything they are doing throughout the process along with pictures of all the diagnostic testing results and parts. You know everything they are doing as they do it! So cool and so isnt my AC in my car. I would definitely recommend anyone to Accomplished Auto.

Clint was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of the issue with my fussy 2017 Mini Cooper S. He inspected the car and remediated a challenging engine stumbling issue the dealer and others could not pin point. Professional and great customer service! Had my car inspected in a very timely yet thorough manner and had a full alignment done. Clint went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced being the only one there that day and was both professional and courteous. Really liked having constant updates and pictures sent to my phone as I waited. My initial appointment had to be rescheduled by the shop and Clint offered me a great deal on the final price. It is always difficult finding an auto shop that is transparent, open and honest. When your vehicle goes behind the wall you are hoping that the person doing the work is being truthful in what needs to be done and then completing said work using best practices. Clint and his team have incredible technology that shows you the entire process from analysis to recommendations to solutions. Photos are typically provided when suggested services are recommended (brake rotors, for example) so you are not left guessing if the brakes really need to be corrected or not.The checks done on your vehicle, even for the most basic service is impressive. Getting snow tires put on a vehicle but knowing that someone is doing work on ancillary items such as your lights, indicators, etc. is important.I highly recommend Accomplished Auto for any and all of your auto repair needs.

My truck went in for inspection and they found a transmission leak. My truck was fixed the same day. My 11 is old truck rides like new!! Awesome job!! Thank you!!

The best mechanic I have ever been to. There is no questioning what step in the process they are at or what they did with your vehicle. It is all documented with pictures and a check list. You have to approve each repair before the do it and the cost is shown in real time as you approve each repair. On top of that Clint and his team make you feel comfortable even you dont understand cars at all. I know each time I bring my vehicle here it is being taken care of and I feel safer driving it after.

What impressed me most was when I called in thinking that my alternator was shot and was asked why did I think it was the alternator. No other place I called asked me that. It turns out it was the battery that was shot. I got called back as promised and was kept in the loop through the whole process. My car was ready the next day. Couldn’t be happier with Accomplished Auto. I will definitely use them again.

TLDR: Thorough and high quality shopBest shop in town by far. Not only did they find a MAJOR brake issue that another shop {and the dealership that the car was bought from) missed, potently saving my life. Every appointment i have made here was spontaneous and at my own whim and they fit me right in with no wait. on top of all that they give a thorough check and detailed report along with pictures of any problems or things they worked and all this was still at a lower price then everywhere else in the concord area

I was looking for a trust worthy mechanic in the Concord NH area for a while. I believe I found it at Accomplished Auto. The new owner Clint is very knowledgeable and I cant complain about his prices. I had a U-joint replaced in my steering rack and it only cost me $498. I know enough about how cars work to know it would have been $700+ somewhere else. My steering felt like a brand new car when it drove it away I couldnt believe it.

The BEST mechanic I have ever been to. Honest. Kind. Thorough. I live out of town. I was here for a teaching workshop and my car broke down. Luckily, I found Accomplished Auto on my phone and called them, and they let me come in without an appointment. I do not know very much about cars and Brian took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and did an extremely thorough inspection on the rest of my car and found some things that the place I go to back in Maryland didnt catch. He even drove me back to the high school that my workshop was at. When I came to pick up my car he had everything ready for me and had printed out an overview (thats very easy to understand) of all the work he had done and recommendations for work that may need to be done soon. It should be a nightmare when your car breaks down when you are out of town but Im actually GLAD that my car broke down while I was visiting New Hampshire because I had such a good experience here - because Brian took the time and care to explain what was going on with my car, I feel empowered the next time I go to a place in Maryland instead of lost and confused like I normally feel when I go to get work done on my car back home. Our three car family does not know know what we would do without Accomplished Auto. We found them through word of mouth years ago, as happens with most of the best service providers. Just drove my car home after having Clint go through it, its an AWD vehicle, front struts, wheel bearings, 4 wheel alignment, state inspection, etc etc, it has 102,000 miles on it and I drive it 110 miles a day back and forth to work, it now drives like a brand new vehicle, amazing, the car is so quiet now and smooth, Clint put the fun back into driving the car, he was very very thorough, checking everything and missing nothing, very impressed and will return again and again!
