Where do I begin... my son purchased a car from here after searching for over a month. When I tell you they went over and beyond to make sure my son was able to get his car. Whatever the bank needed Mr. Beecher was able to submit with no problems. They are very honest and trustworthy people. I will most definitely refer my family and friends to them. Talk about no pressure auto sales! This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. In the first 10 minutes, I felt like I had known these guys all my life. We got a great vehicle at a great price and we cant say enough about the awesome friendliness of the staff. There was no hours long, back-and-forth negotiating and, well, let me check with the manager. . . . You speak directly to one who negotiates the price and they are very open book about all pricing. Bought a car here. Test drove and put a deposit down one weekend, got my financing through my bank and returned the following weekend to pick up the vehicle. Beecher was truly awesome, he had everything ready when my bank called him and was able to get them the information they needed right away. Then on pick up day, he had all the paperwork ready and waiting to be signed when I arrived. It was a very pleasant experience and will most definitely go back if/when I need another car.

I would have personally pushed our 2011 jeep patriot to the next auto shop if I knew the dishonest nature of Chris and his colleagues.My wife had our car towed to CTR after the transmission broke down at concord. Chris and I spoke on phone and he wanted to charge $4000+ for a new transmission(for a car worth about the same). I asked him how much it will cost to fix it if I get them a transmission myself and he said about $600. He also warned me that if the transmission I bring does not work or turns out faulty he will charge $150 for each day that the jeep stays in their shop.Fortunately, I bought a transmission and got it sent to CTR. I called Chris to confirm the delivery of the transmission and the cost of $600 to fix it. They fixed the transmission in approx 3 days and I was happy about that.When I went to pick up the car and make payment Chris gave me a bill of over $1200. Now this gentleman told me he actually charged $750 for just the fixing and had to buy some other things while fixing it. For a moment he made me question my sanity because I documented everything from the beginning. This Chris guy insisted that he did not charge be $600 to fix it and we even started shouting at each other in the office.Even if he did charge me $750 for just the repair, why wouldn’t you inform the customer of any other charge prior to the service?! I felt hoodwinked by these people. He stood there and kept defending the lie over and over again! I was not prepared to pay and I did not want to pay that amount for any reason. After several minutes of arguments he decided to take about $100 off the cost; which was meaningless to me. His colleague, who was sitting close by at the time, was embarrassed by the whole situation and even got up.I figured Chris was salty that I was able to get a transmission much cheaper than he was charging me.This was my personal experience with these people and I hope it informs anyone willing to take the risk. You might be good at what you do but honesty is important in business.

I would recommend going to this place. Not pushy very professional on and off the phone. Very clean and organized inside. They didnt get mad when told to let me think it over. Next day we decided to go with the mimi van that they had. They took the time to stay even longer. Was quick and explained everything.

I just wanted to give Kudos to Beecher in the sales department. My car cut off on a Friday evening across the road from the shop. Beecher was closing up when he saw that I was stranded with my son. Most want you to do what works best for THEM. I went on line as I knew CTR had vehicles for sale. We have had our vehicles serviced by Dennis crew for awhile. So glad I went out there! Purchased a beautiful, low mileage Chevrolet. Beecher and brother could not have done more to put us in perfect vehicle. We will recommend CTR to anyone for Sales or Service.

They worked on one of my work trucks, it took a week longer then they said it would. They ordered the wrong part then instead of getting the right part.. they cut up the wrong part and terribly welded it to fit. horrible customer service, expensive with garbage work. I shouldnt have to say more but I definitely can... I called multiple times and left multiple messages to resolve this issue with no call back.-GLR Kitchen and Bath

Needed to get some propane and found these folks in my new neighborhood. They are great. The do auto repairs and sales as well. They were very kind and took care of me quickly.

Ctrs communication with me was horrible, unprofessional... my vehicle was only supposed to be there no more then a couple days. It ended being more then a week and the things they charged me for for not fixed correctly, they attempted to make them right but still not corrected.

Normally don’t go out of my way for these reviews but felt compelled to add one.I was in a bind one morning. I had recently done a bit of work on my “new to me” Ford F-250. I kinda messed it up and didn’t follow through with all of the procedures. This truck was my daily driver and I work about 45 minutes away from home with two kids that i have to drop off each morning. Well, one morning my truck decided to stall out countless times. After calling multiple shops with no response or “we can’t get to it till a week later”, I was at my wits end. I called CTR and was greeted kindly and asked what my issues were. After explaining my trucks problem, I was worried that I would be told it would be a week before they could work on it. BUT NO! They said “bring it on by as soon as you can and we will get you going”. Relieved, i limped my way to the shop and within about three minutes they had my truck in the bay with the hood up and started working. A few short hours later (has to get the parts from another shop) and the truck ran like new again.With such fast service and prompt turn around, I wasnt sure if I was ready to hear what it would cost me. I am normally the kind of guy to do all of my own repairs. So as I sat there nervous, the gentlemen at the counter said that will be $xx.xx. I was fully expecting him to say 400+.I was treated with respect and enjoyed my experience at CTR. They have a pleasant staff and good mechanics. If I need anything that I feel is outside of my capacity, I will be returning to have them do the service.A+ guys thank you so much

I actually had the pleasure of purchasing my daughters first car from Beecher and his team here . This was the best car experience Ive had, Beecher, his brother, and father are the epitome of customer service. Four months ago in March I bought a 2016 Ford fusion, my engine light came on two weeks after having the car I did buy the car as is, not thinking the car was going to give me problems right off the bat, I did not get to test drive the car nor did I ask(smh)I really was going off of faith and the word of the salesman I was told the car did have a recall something about the gears but it was fixed, thats not the problem I was having, I got the car towed back to the place they did look at the car for me and said nothing was wrong the engine light was off but it came back on about two days later and the problem was still reoccurring, I took the car somewhere else and they told me what was wrong still to this day the car is giving me problems and I wish I never purchase the vehicle now Im stuck with a 12000 payment, the salesman was very NICE he made me feel very blessed for stopping there, but deep down in my heart I still feel he knew the car had more problems then what he told me .

Exceptional service! Yesterday i called to see if they could replace 2 tires. They didnt have my size in stock but were able to order them and put them on my van the same day. As I was on my way back with my partner to pick up the van, our car stranded us 3 miles away. We got the car towed to CTR and even though they were closed we were able to drop off the keys to the car so they could find out what was wrong with it this morning. They diagnosed the issue (alternator) and had it replaced the same day, along with repairing another smaller issue. I spoke almost exclusively with Jay, but every associate we came into contact with was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this shop!!!

I would not recommend this shop and have posted it on Facebook. I walked in and waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me. I walked out side to find someone and noticed a two short gentleman one in a red shirt and the other in a grey work shirt laughing and cutting up. A young man working on a car yelled someone is up front but I continued to wait until he finished his cigarette. After I was finally greeted the gentleman in a red shirt was pushy and had attitude. I was trying to get tires for my car but decided to take my business elsewhere. I was told this place was good but my experience was not. They definitely need new management.

I have always got great service and reasonable prices here. Everyone that works there has always been very friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. I felt at ease knowing that the work to be done would be done correctly. I have had no follow up problem with the major service performed several months ago or the more recent maintenance.

Went here for an inspection because it was the closest to go and my tag had ran out before I noticed it was that time again. It passed everything except for the exhaust system. I found that odd because I had gotten my exhaust worked on a few months prior to this. They offered to weld it to fix it for a discounted price of $80 and that it would pass after that. I called a relative and he said dont do it. I paid $23 for a failed test. I had never had to pay for a failed test. I usually get told to come back when it was fixed and then I would be charged for the inspection. I went somewhere else that didnt do inspections but offered to fix it for half the price. They didnt find anything wrong with it. I took it to another place to get it inspected. Of course it passed and later I asked about the exhaust. They said there was nothing wrong with it and that it passed. So long story short, two other place told me there was nothing wrong with it and that this place was just after extra money. I wasted $23 on a failed test and he tried to get what money he could from me. Thank goodness I got other opinions before doing it. I called around and only one other place said they do the same with failed tests. Everyone else said they dont charge for a failed test and charge them when they pass it. What a ripoff!!UPDATE: I later learned that a few other females that I know also almost got ripped off here. My mom said she wished I had mentioned to her because she would have told me to avoid them. They WAY OVERCHARGED her for something most places do for free or a few bucks at the most.

I moved to NC from OH and had trouble with my Ford Explorer shortly after I relocated. I took it to Hometown Tire and Auto because it was the closest shop to my new house and was nervous being new to the area. I couldnt have received better service. I feel that Todd has always been very honest about the repairs and was more than fair on pricing.... so much that I later made the recommendation to my employer to start taking the company buses to Hometown Tire and Auto. We have had nothing but positive experiences there and wouldnt go anywhere else :)

Terrible service. I asked up front how long it would take for an oil change. The woman said that someone could get to it in twenty minutes. I said that from there it would only be ten to fifteen minutes. She confirmed. So it should have taken 30-35 minutes. An hour later, I got my bill, which was $40 for an oil change!!! When they dropped off the key, they had to go find the receptionist to ring me up. She gave no apologies for misleading me on the amount of time this took. I will never go here again.

Not just one both sides were broke off. They just layed them back on thinking no one would notice. They sold me on the catalytic converters and now i hear an exhaust leak. And that isnt half of what ive been thru
