Super happy with my visit. I made an appt for Saturday because I figured theyd be packed. I actually dropped my car off almost an hour early because I finished my other errands early. I had no expectations of getting my car back sooner than originally promised. Just wanted to drop it off while I was out. Not only did they change my oil and rotate my tires, but they even corrected my alignment like I asked and got it all done in AN HOUR! MIND BLOWN! Mike was super helfpul with transferring my lifetime alignment to my new car. Im definitely a repeat customer forever

Mike was amazing when I visited last Monday. What was about to be a 2 hour wait turned into a 30 minute one due to how hard working Mike and his team were. I watched as they handled issue after issue as well and for them to be able to get me out that quickly proved how determined this team is to customer service. Can’t thank the team enough!

I needed a patch today for a nail in my tire and was pressed for time. Not only were they able to quickly fix my tire but after chatting with Mike, I mentioned my oil light had turned on even though I had a recent oil change. They identified a possible leak and even topped me off so I could be ok until Im able to get it looked at. I was beyond impressed by their service and care. Will definitely return!

Came in to do an inspection. Inspection was speedy, but Steve is extremely rude. This was my second visit and was greeted with the same I’ll-mannered employee. Needless to say, I’ll get my tires at NTB.

Called for pricing on Travel Trailer tires and Mike Stratman got me all the Information I needed. Made an appointment to get new Endurance tires 2 days later and everything went perfectly. Will definitely use Goodyear again if needed.

Mike is a very unprofessional, condescending person who has no business working with the public. He was rude to my husband and daughter concerning an inspection that couldnt be done b/c his machine was down, which is fine but his tone and attitude about it was entirely unnecessary. Then coincidentally I called about scheduling and again his tone and condescending attitude seems to be his go to. These are not the first encounters we have had with person while doing business at this location . He is always rude and curt and unfortunately we bought our tires there and are stuck w/ the service on them for now but we will not be back and will convey this the others in our circle as well, every chance I get. You would think employees would think about the fact that with Facebook and Nextdoor which spreads the word throughout the local community that businesses would be even better about trying to provide good customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this location on June 25th. I went for a car inspection that I have had for five years, and it has never failed inspection. I was told that the tint on my windows was too dark, and that I would have to have them removed. This is the tint put on by the factory that came with the car. Then I could come back and pay an additional fee to pass inspection. The front desk worker refused to give me a refund, and told me I was welcome to contact the DMV and the local television station, and that I was also welcome not to come back. I felt very much like I was being scammed.

Called the day prior and spoke with “Mike” to clarify if I needed an appointment to get my vehicle inspected. I was told yes and that 12 noon I could come the next day. I show up at 12 the next day and am immediately told “we don’t do appointments, it’s first come first serve” and was told it would be an hour wait for the inspection.An hour and a half later I am told I need two front tires to pass the inspection, and unfortunately agree to it. 2 hours after THAT conversation I am still waiting for my vehicle. Just to clarify I have been waiting for 2 additional hours to have 2 tires put on my vehicle.The staff just seems very nonchalant as if I have all day to wait here. Had I known I would spend the better part of my afternoon here, I would have gone someplace else. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

Great place to get your car serviced! The manager Mike was very friendly and courteous. I needed new tires and he helped walk me through the best options for my vehicle. I felt that the pricing was fair and they did a great job installing them. My car rides so smooth with the Goodyear comfort drive tires. I would highly recommended Good Year Afton Ridge for tires or any service that you might need.

I have been coming here for years. Mike is very knowledgeable and has always taken time to answer my questions and concerns.

Unbelievable- our family parked in the Goodyear parking lot so my wife could get a coffee because their parking lot was full- the heavy set manager came outside and told us aggressively to move or he would tow our car (their parking lot was empty)while my daughter and wife were still inside our car! He then proceeded to make some smart remarks and call me an “asshole”...We didn’t need automotive service but believe me if I ever do I won’t go to a Goodyear location after this.

Since i have moved to the Concord area I have used Goodyear Auto Service. I used this same service at my previous place of residence. And this location has yet to disappointed me. The staff are insightful, knowledgeable, and thorough. My understanding of automotives are limited, and the staff, especially Mike, take the time to discuss to me where, why and how much it will cost. Keeping a car up can be expensive. This Goodyear Auto Service looks for quality parts, deals, and discounts where applicable. While in Concord I will continue to implement this Goodyear Auto Service, Kannapolis location because thier level of competence which makes me confident and comfortable in using thier services.

I used to have all of my service done here for my LeasePlan cars. The past several times though i have been met with such attitude and poor service. Just went in and asked about the wait. It was over two hours so I asked about tomorrow. Instead of asking if I wanted an appt, he just told me it would depend on how many people got there before me. Such a smart mouth out of someone old enough to act better. Ill just go to Firestone.

I have came into this goodyear located on 8590 concord mills blvd . the manager David was rude overcharged me for brakes replacement $600. With a smile. Also overcharged me for services in the past. Although i came in for brakes, he flushed BRAKE fluid $110 charge WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! also flushed my coolant system without my permission charged $115 resurfaced rotors $190 then charged me $200 to replace my rotors ripoff. I also believe they create repairs by damaging my car. I will be contacting CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, because of the mistreatment and the smug smile

I was 7 hours away from home and had a tire blowout on I-85. After getting help to put a spare on, I was lucky enough that this location had tires for me and they were only 4 minutes from where I was stranded. They were super busy but made an effort to get me in there as quickly as they could so I could get back on the road and home safely. You don’t know how much I appreciate this. Thank you again!

This location is next to other busy establishments and should invest in signs good year customer parking only. I would have been a customer today seeing I need my oil changed. But because I had my food and pulled into the parking lot I looked like I was a customer from the other establishments taking up space but that wasnt the case at all. I was told I dont care you need to get out of here.Unprofessional, careless, and rude.

I have been using Goodyear for a few years now, and mainly at this location. Ive always found it to be a welcoming atmosphere, with knowledgeable techs and have gotten to know Mike, the manager usually on duty, on a first name basis over time, and hes always really nice and accomodating. My family has used this location as well, and weve always had great results.

Good place m to have your car fixed. The manager Mike makes sure that you understanding each fixing process thats going on on your car. Definitely recommend this place

Complete rip off! Wasted $950 and still not fixed! Went in today because ac not working and they had a 20 percent off coupon. They gave us a laundry list of other things wrong but we need at least one running car in these covid times. Charged us $950 to complete the list, we paid, then they told us they found something else wrong with the ac after we paid- it will be an additional $400. This was at 5:00 when the place was getting ready to close And of course the guy we had been talking to left early. The next morning... after a phone call to corporate and a couple reviews- they were enthusiastic about making it right at no charge! Thank you to Barbara at customer assistance, Mike and Chris for helping to resolve the problem. It was a lot of grief, but in the end, we are satisfied with the results.

If you’re in this area save yourself time and visit the concord mills location the customer service is completely opposite. I visited here this morning Steve was definitely unprofessional appeared to have no knowledge of his jobs price match policy and when I questioned the charges on my invoice he told me “bottom line I can stop the guy now and you can take the car” not to mention I asked for a copy of the invoice he wrote his name and said “so you don’t forget my name is Steve”. With that being said I’d like to thank everyone at the concord mills location on the customer service it’s definitely appreciated and I will not be returning to the 6071 Bayfield Pkwy Concord, NC 28027 location nor will I refer anyone here.

The right rear tire was going flat so I went to the store. They found a nail and patched my tire. Further inspection found the rim was cracked which would have possibly caused bigger issues later. Very happy with these people.

Absolute blatant rip-off, got an estimate for two front struts, for $277.00 each. Not including labor. The same exact part with identical part numbers was $102.00 each. Talked to manager, he actually admitted that they mark everything up to maximize their profit. Absolutely disgusting, especially, during these days.

Interesting I come to a tire store for car inspection and tires failed. They gave me a failed inspection and a quote for 792.00 for two tires that will pass their inspection?? Next day I take my same car to a non tire selling inspection center and they personally showed me I had more than enough tread to pass the NC inspection. Interesting how Goodyear interprets a tire tread gauge for their benefit dont you think?

Ive used this Goodyear location several times and each time they have been fair, prompt and polite. This most recent visit, I had a poor experience with another repair shop and not only did Goodyear at Afton fix what the other repair shop broke, but they even gave me a GREAT deal on it. I cant thank them enough for this. Mike S, the service manager has been great to work with. I highly recommend this location.

STAY AWAY! The Goodyear at Afton Rider 6071 Bayfield Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027. My wife made an appointment to get the annual inspection done, upon arriving with our 3 kids the office manager said he did not have an appointment for her but he would be happy to service the car. However it would be at least be a 3 hour wait. My wife told them the actual day she made the appointment and confirmed their phone number as this location The office manager never once apologize and in short come across as it was not his problem. Sorry Goodyear we had been a long life customer but we will no longer be using your company at this location.

These guys were so good to me. I was traveling for work and on my way out of the Charlotte area for a 3 hour drive home when my tire light came on. I checked my tires and one looked a little iffy, but not anything drastic. I was planning to just push on, but something kept gnawing at me to stop at a gas station and check the pressure myself. There is a Starbucks at the Kannapolis Pkwy exit and this is my refueling spot before making my way home (I drive to Charlotte frequently). I really never noticed the Goodyear next door and as I was leaving Starbucks that intuition told me to just stop in and ask if they could take a quick look at my tires. I ran in and explained the situation to the guys at the front desk and they were happy to have a tech check my tires and ensure they were all inflated appropriately. No charge. They checked the pressure, got all of my tires inflated to the appropriate level and got me back on the road quickly. I had peace of mind driving home knowing that I didnt have anything major going on with my tires. Thats small town service you just dont get everywhere. Thank you!

The guys at Goodyear Auto on Bayfield Parkway did a wonderful job! My family and I were on a trip out of town and our oil pressure gauge started to malfunction and we found out we desperately needed an oil change. With three kids, including an infant, in tow, we were in a tough spot. Mike and Eric got us taken care of quickly and back on the road, well ahead of the 1.5 hour estimated wait time. Excellent service!

Took 2 hours for a basic oil change WITH an appointment. I can go anywhere else and get it done in 15 min. I have actually been to this location several times for different things. Almost every single time I feel like Im being talked down to and they make me feel like my car will just explode if I dont do this or that or get this extra service. I work retail so I get upselling but it comes across as demeaning. This was my final time going to Goodyear. Done after this.

I had an appointment scheduled for a state inspection and after driving 20 minutes to get here they call my wife as soon as I pull in (9:50am) to tell her they dont have anyone working that can inspect my vehicle. I go inside to speak to the manager and after waiting ten minutes and having an employee walk right past me playing on his phone I finally shouted to the back is there anyone working here?. That is when the manager walked out of his office to say he did not hear me walk in. I asked him why 10min before my scheduled appointment would they call and inform me it cant be done today? His response was the scheduled appointment dont know whos working and I asked him, as the manager was he qualified to perform the inspection? His response was no with a bit of attitude that I felt was unprofessional. So to sum it up it sounds like the managment at Goodyear is under qualified and dont even have the knowledge to perform every service they offer. In the future I will scheduled at a qualified dealership and pay a little more for the work being done but know that the people working there are qualified technicians and not some greasy unprofessional teenager who calls himself manager because his uncle owns the building and has no clue what hes doing.

Went and got a alignment on my lowered honda today. The people were awesome and polite, got my car in quickly and did a magnificent job on my alignment. Will be bringing back my service.

Great experience here both with having my tires installed (purchased through employee purchase program at work) and afterwords.

Not enough employee very slow service . Wasnt no helo or hi how doing when i came in just pure silence. Then they say it will take about a hour and half which was fine untill a hour later and said they could not replace my tire because it was all wheel drive and i wanted just one tire replace so it couldnt be replace but my car is a rear wheel drive. So they end up fixing my tire they need better service and more experienced mechanics cause obviously they didnt know my car was a rear wheal drive not all wheel

Tried to take advantage of my younger brother after doing an inspection. Gave him an estimate for $800 to fix low transmission fluid and leak. Worked fine when he took it in and shifted very hard when I took it back to complain He couldnt even drive it to work. I asked how they measured low trans fluid when this car has no dipstick. 2005 chevy. Asked how it leaked with no mess on my driveway. They reset the computer and suddenly it was fixed. I will never go back and feel they adjusted the computer to cause a problem just to trick my unweary brother.

Do Not Trust these PeopleI am a disabled veteran and I will never use this Goodyear again. I had an alternator problem that turned in a power steering pump problem and over $900.00 I find out that the mechanic who repaired my car tore up my shifter cable and repaired it with a top off a gas additive bottle and a zip tie. I had just repaired the shifter so I know they did the bad repair and I got stranded on I 85 in the fast lane during rush hour. And they are denying to repair my shifter and parking brake saying it had nothing to do with my alternator.

Worst service at this location. Went in for an inspection and was told 1 1/2 hrs as there was 1 car ahead of us. Went next door for breakfast and watched several cars go in. Thought maybe we just missed ours going in. Returned to store after 1 hr and 20 minutes and was told Oh, its just now going back. This is not the first time we have had bad customer service here at this location. I can tell you though it will most certainly be the last.
