Appointment was at 12 folklift broke down they got a new one here at 1530 and they still taking their time to unload 7 piece and this place is a joke drivers stay away from here

Had a 1PM appt to get unloaded still not been locked in the dock

It takes way too long to get unloaded at this facility they average about 1-1/2 hrs per truck very inefficient operation if you have an appointment try getting here as soon as possible they are first come first serve

Had an appointment to get unloaded. Have been sitting for over 2 hours and they cant tell when they can get me in a door to unload. Other drivers have come in and turned around and left
