I presented Keith with a beast of a table to be shipped and he was beyond patient and kind and helpful! It was heavy and oversized and not one bit easy to deal with and he went above and beyond to make sure it and I were both taken care of. Katie has also been extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this business - these guys are an example of how to do things right for everyone involved. BRAVO!! Bait and switch at this location!! I will not be back. I was quoted rates from FedEx because I explained that rates at USPS (across the street) for Express mail were $26. I was quoted rates for FedEX at $36, or $16 for 2 day delivery. He put the package in a FedEx envelope and put it on the scale. Told me rate was $16 for 1-2 day delivery. I assumed he meant FedEX since he put my package in a FedEx envelope. Well it turns out he was selling me USPS Priority Mail for $16. If I wanted USPS I could have gone back to the Post Office and gotten the same thing for $8. His explanation of his misleading sales practices: I have to mark up the USPS rate-Im in business to make money. I cant charge you the same as the USPS. No thanks!

The guy that runs the place is fast on his feet. Doesnt mess around and takes care of the customers. Good place to get your packages and mail.

I would strongly encourage you to find any other method to get your package to its destination...to include walking it there personally. Maybe the store works as a concept but the man behind the counter ruins the experience. He’s rude and condescending and quite unhelpful. With so many options to ship things, it’s a wonder this place can tolerate that. Even if they do, you don’t have to and have a choice.

Great place to utilize for your shipping and receiving needs. The owner and coworkers quickly know you by name and greet you by name. They are helpful and professional.

When my husband and I decided to become full time RV nomads, we were nervous about transitioning to a mail forwarding service. I must say, Pak Mail of UA has not only allayed my fears, but they have gone above and beyond exceeding my expectations. Due to a medical condition requiring medication on a timely basis, I need certain items expedited to our location. Keith has always promptly responded to any request, and he immediately updates me when priority packages arrive so I can overnight them. Even with managing hundreds of different mail boxes, he always answers quickly and gets the job done for me. I can’t thank you enough!!!!! I highly recommend, they won’t let you down!

Keith and his team at Pakmail helped me do what I needed to do with professionalism and kindness. I was unable to get to Columbus, due to covid, and had a deadline to remove some things from my father’s condo after his death. Keith packaged everything safely and securely and shipped it off to two separate destinations. He was responsive and communicative with me throughout the whole process. You can trust him with even the most valuable items. He went above and beyond and made it seamless for me. I could not have done this without his help. And knowing now how good he is at what he does, I would never trust anyone else. Thank you Keith!!!

I’ve been going here for year - love that it’s family run and I always try to support local. During this year’s Christmas / Covid shipping slow down, my husband had stopped at Fed Ex to ship something ( bc of biz account ) and was told Fed Ex only doing air shipments at much higher cost. I had 5 boxes to get somewhere before Xmas and was panicked when I walked into Pak Mail that they wouldn’t make it or I’d have to pay through the nose. Christine and Keith both assured me that Fed Ex ground running normally, and they happily helped me label and ship my packages that even arrived before schedule!

I sent cookies to my father and shipping and packing cost me over $35.00. The clerk assured that they would be packed and shipped fragile and when they arrived to my father, they were all broken. When I called the store, nothing was done to rectify the problem. Will never use Pak Mail again.

*PRIDE & CARE taken in packaging large cabinet shipping order!*A hiccup in communication left me pretty upset at first, but this story has a happy ending!Somehow we did not understand that (CURB-SIDE meant outside) and I called & was upset with the manager. To his credit he was very calm and elegant in his stance...He proceeded to tell me the *PRIDE & CARE taken in packaging the large cabinet*Anyway, the driver delivers outside in the garage unless you order upgraded service, well I must admit I stopped being upset when I saw the great care they took!Packaging everything using thick construction insulating foam that took all shocks of transport and unloading.This elegant cabinetry arrived in elegant shape and the folks at PAK-MAIL have been waiting for this rating as I am too embarrassed to call so this is my way of saying SUPER THANK YOU!
