There is definitely not enough staff here at this location! Even though the employee was friendly, he was definitely overwhelmed with the amount of waiting customers. Five of us waited in line for almost 25 minutes while he process through his work. The store is busy, in a good location, but not nearly enough staff to handle the workload.
Loved when the employee was extremely sarcastic with me when I was trying to return my Amazon purchase. Unnecessary and good luck to him with his future career path at any job with an attitude like that.

Wow!!!!!! We will only go to this ups store from now on!!!!! Went way beyond what they needed to do especially since its the last weekend to get stuff b4 Christmas. So efficient and helpful. New owners have really stepped to the plate!!! We were shipping something for the first time to someone through Facebook market place and the buyer never had done this either. Adam at ups walked both of us through the whole deal and even talked to the buyer on the phone to make sure she was comfortable too. 5 stars is just not enough thanks again.
Adam is the absolute worst!!!!! He was very very rude when i asked a question. He was very short tempered and i also saw him be rude to another customer. UPS can do way better than him. This isn’t the first incident i have had with him. I will start going to another location
I called an the boxes are too high And they have Dble fee for keys$15. and set up$15. And they don’t make it simple Business people have enough expenses!
I gave them another shot to see if the more negative reviews are true. The reviews are totally split based on reports of very good or very bad service.I did find the bad side today, with seemingly arbitrary pricing on printing that starts at a $2 minimum - but no itemized receipt - where I didnt ask first. Someone else can try negotiating up front -- Ill drive up the street just a couple minutes to FedEx with public and reasonable pricing.
We went in to print out a resume. Easy. Decided we were going to edit the document first. Spent about 20 minutes trying to accomplish this task. The clerk came over and casually offered to let us use the computer if it would be easier. He directed us how to download the document to the UPS computer and how to open it and edit it. The problem was that it didnt work. He suggested a few other methods to try and make the changes we wanted. Not a one worked. Finally he conceded failure, as did we. We just printed the document as it was originally. 3 pages. Black and white. Easy.When we went to ring out he charged us for computer time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What? You offered us the computer but you never told us there was a charge for the computer.We were fine trying to solve the issue via our phones. We assumed he was just being kind.We feel like we were tricked into using a Paid service!!! The total cost was less than $3, but it was the PRINCIPLE of the thing!!!!!!!!!!!That will be the last time we use UPS printing service.
Vipnu is the kindest person you could hope to meet. He has helped me with so many shipments and is patient with me being ill-prepared to mail out. His comedic relief is always welcomed and he is incredibly helpful to provide packing supplies to make sure my packages arrive safe and sound. Hes very quick and could not be nicer - he makes running an errand enjoyable!
They helped me even though I came in like 3 minutes before they were closing. Very nice and great service
Sent a package to a university student, arranged pickup at this UPS store. They charged the student $6 pick up fee. Outrageous! I now send UPS packages next door to Michaels now, pick up there is free. Any other business goes elsewhere too.
Very convenient location in Graceland Shopping Center. Helpful staff I was shipping some items out of state. I felt the price was appropriate for where my items were going. They offer shredding, notary and printing Its not just a shipping company!
Went to get a document notarized, clerk was not friendly and didn’t even offer advice on the issue at hand. Won’t be back.
I appreciate that they have a fax service, and the guy working was Cool... because that was convenient for what I needed... However charging several dollars.... Yes, thats dollars with a very big S, at the end... Is highway robbery...for sending a fax. I get that a service had been rendered and compensation should be made however... Its a fax! I feel like paying almost seven dollars to fax a few papers was just crazy but... I was on a time budget and that unfortunately blew my lunch budget. The UPS fax profit must be bangin! $$$ So, I only gave three stars because I didnt get to eat lunch during my errand run because the UPS fax machine ate my money... On a brighter note... The library...they let you fax papers, for free.
BE AWARE*** the charge parking fee in you park in front of the store. However there is no sign to warn you about that. It’s a run down location. Clerk so unprofessional.

Dropped off an amazon return and didn’t ask for a receipt. I should have because the package was never scanned in. Went back the next day to find out what happened and they “claimed” everything is scanned together and then picked up so there is no way they missed scanning my item 🙄. Now out a $20 return from amazon. Don’t plan I’m using again and if so will insist on a receipt.
I just want to share about an experience I had at this UPS Store. I was in a hurry, didnt know what I needed, and wasnt sure what to do. The employee that I was working with, Vinu Patel was very kind, patient and helped me through the whole process! I greatly appreciate his support and Im glad I ended up at this store because I couldnt have done it without him! Thank you Vinu Patel for your great service!! I hope UPS gives you a raise this year haha!
I have trouble making it before this location closes, but tonight I pulled into the parking lot at 7:02 (2 minutes too late), and the man closing the store waived me in and gladly helped me. I didn’t catch his name but I greatly appreciate the flexibility and customer service. Thank you and I’ll be back!
Not friendly at all. Just dropped prepaid package off. Didnt say hi or bye to me. Not even a thank you. Definitely needs to work on social skills.
I needed to ship a picture I was given to hang in my school library along with a couple of other smaller items. It was going to be more than I wanted to spend, but Mr. Patel and Jordan worked with me to arrive at a solution that worked for all and saved me a small bundle! They were courteous and resourceful, which I greatly appreciated! Ive worked with The UPS Store (mostly in AZ) for many years, and I have always been impressed the professionalism of the staff at every store. Thanks for another great experience!
Had an appointment for the Notary, he didnt bother to show up for it. When I walked into the store and told them I had an appointment the clerk said that the Notary hadnt been in for days and wouldt be coming in. He didnt offer any assistance nor advice, not even a sorry. Great business you guys run, seems like you value other peoples time.I went to a different UPS Store location and was treated very well. I will not go back to this location. Id rather drive a few miles extra then give this place any of my business.
I have been using this UPS Store regularly for over 5 years. It is the only UPS store I use because the service is consistently outstanding. The staff members that I deal with, Vinu and Jordon, are always friendly, are very knowledgeable about rates and box sizes, and exceptionally helpfully when I bring my items with me, choose a box with their help, and am able to pack it myself right there. At times such as before holidays the store is crowded, there is a line, and some customers get grumpy. Regardless of the situation, the staff is courteous without fail. This is a great UPS store and I recommend it all the way!
Dropped off a package for return of a purchase via DHL. Never received my refund so I inquired – found out they never sent the package due to lacking some sort of paperwork. They never called me on the cell phone number clearly listed on the package. I missed the return window as a result. The gentleman I interacted with was exceptionally unhelpful and rude.
BEWARE: They are not a legitimate DHL drop-off site. Dont waste your time. Once they remove themselves as a DHL trusted partner and remove their sign at their store, I will remove this one star review. Otherwise, I must warn customers not to trust them.
I have gone to this store several times. I had to send an insured package to Canada and get tracking. Done in less than 5 minutes. I have often gone to send and receive faxes....no hassle....easy....owner takes care of everything. Best service of any retail shop Ive ever gone into.

This is the most unhelpful ups store I have ever been to.. The manager and the staff don’t know what they are doing and treat people very rudely!! I will never go back or use there services again!!!!
I might try this UPS store again, its come under new ownership. They are really great folks, gotta be better than it was in 2018.

Employees there were great. The management there was awful. UPS really needs to look into the people they have running their stores.
I had to return an item from a seller, that seller sent me a return label, I went to this UPS store their employee put the item in the packet for me, he sealed it and placed it with other items to go to UPS. Several weeks went by I called the store where I returned item to see where the refund was, they had no record of receiving it, I went to the Graceland UPS Store to find out what happened to my package, they have no receipt of the package, I did not get receipt as I gave the return item to employee. The owner will not make it good even though their employee knows the package was in their possession. I am out the $$, buyer beware of this store.

Although I have a valid ID, tracking number, live at same address, have the same last name, signed door tag, etc.... They would not release my wifes UPS parcel to me. This goes against UPS policy and is a ridiculous store policy. Avoid.
I went to get something notarized and the clerk was rude and unhelpful.
Employee grabbed documents in my hand to put return label on my pkg. 2 days later I recevied pkg at my house...wrong label.Took pkg back to return no apology no nothing. I will be charged for ups twice by company I am returning to and owner could care less. Go a few miles to another ups store.
Very poor experience - took five days (granted one was a holiday) to transport a missed delivery 2 miles from my house to this location for pickup, and upon my inquiries the employee present was rude and short-tempered. Very disappointing service.
Charged me 1.50 to print a prepaid return label on a 2 cent piece of paper.... Guess moneys tight with them, but nickel and diming is not how you retain customers.
Rarely has a line, and very efficient at Christmas.
They got my 2nd day air package right at 5 (the cutoff time) and they got it in the truck for delivery anyway to avoid the extra day of shipping time.
This place is worthless if you have an account with UPS. they are an independent retailer, and will not be able to help me out. I dont understand how you can hold the name UPS and not provide a service that UPS provides.
