Came into the store(7:49a.m.),very nice lady helped me with copies, rung me up made my copies and I was out of there. She was quick. Told her I would be back for more copies in the future.
I went into the UPS store on yesterday and the little short lady was very nice. She got me in and out. Great customer service. She deserves a raise!

I was using this store as a UPS access point. I sent my stethoscope for servicing to 3M and these people lost my stethoscope somewhere in their store, either that or someone stole it. Im a nurse, obviously this is a very important tool in my profession. Beyond the practical value my stethoscope held it had sentimental value. It was my very first stethoscope given to me as a gift by a dear friend when I got accepted into nursing school. It had been with me since nursing school and now it is lost forever and no one is taking any accountability! My husband tried to request it be sent to a different access point when he tried to pick it up and they couldnt find it. Obviously that didnt help because the package containing my stethoscope was already lost/stolen! The tracking shows it was received by Tiara on 10/2/2020. It is now 10/18 and I am STILL getting the run around not just by management at this store but also by corporate. Dont trust this store!!!
Not impressed at all. No one ever answers the phone and I think they are closed more than they are open. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also be contacting UPS corporate. Last package I received was ripped open and I was charged a $5 pick up fee and not offered a receipt.
Most of the bad reviews are older. The current staff does an excellent job at shipping and printing services. I am in there almost daily, and they are always kind and friendly to the customers. I maintain a mailbox there for packages, since Columbus thugs like to steal them from my porch.My only compliant is they do not open on time (7:30) and close early sometimes (before 6:00PM)
So many times I’ve gone to the Columbus, MS store during the posted open hours, only to find no one there. Today, was the last straw. I saw the big OPEN sign on the door, so I parked and lugged a 33 lb box from the back forty of the parking lot to the store only to find it locked up tight! Good grief! If you are not open, take down the OPEN sign! I’ll just use the post office from now on.
The staff were so friendly and so helpful, a pleasant surprise during the holiday season!! The woman who helped me did so in a timely manner, with a sense of humor, and even used a coupon that was running in the paper, even though I didnt have one or know of its existence. I will definitely be returning to this ups store for all my shipping needs!
Dont go by the opening times Their Help shows up when they feel like it. EVERY. PHASE OF UPS IS A JOKE The sad part they are making money at being worthless.
Dropped off my package at the wrong destination and let someone else sign for it. It’s been two months and every time I call they’re “investigating” basically I lost $70 because they gave my package to someone else and they don’t even care to try to help. They never answer any calls and when I finally get in touch with someone they either transfer me or tell me they’ll call me back. They don’t care about their customers even though our business is what pays their bills. I will never ship with UPS in this town again.

I am in a different city every week and visit the UPS store every Monday. Valyer all franchised out, in most of them have different procedures, I have never experienced poor customer service, until today.
Calendar shows to be open at 7am and it is almost 8am and nobody is here and door is locked ... not reliable

Terrible dropped a package off for overnight and the staff did not send out till two days later. Terrible cost me a lot of time, money and aggravation with UPS, will use the post office next time
