Upon first arriving, you are greeted by a wonderful lady named Greta! She is very pleasant to speak with, and is very knowledgeable about the facility! She made signing up for a new storage unit a breeze, and it made the experience that much better. The units themselves are very nice. Clean looking just like the lot it sits on. No noticeable damage or garbage anywhere. The prices are very fair for what you get, and for loving right around the corner, the location is absolutely perfect!

Ive used many different storage units in the last several years in a number of different states and Wilson Road Mini Storage is by FAR the best experience Ive had. Its conveniently located, very affordable, and extremely secure. I left all of my earthly belongings here while I was deployed in Kuwait. There were ZERO issues with security, water leakage or pests. The customer care, however, is what sets this place even further above the rest. Greta is the most caring, gracious, and understanding person you could ever hope to trust your valuables with. She has come through for me personally on a number of occasions and continues to take care of me as Im still a renter. You will be completely satisfied if you decide to store your things here!

Greta was an amazing help when I needed a storage unit. She was extremely helpful. Helped me through the process of the lease and even showed me where my unit was. The security they have there makes me feel safe leaving my belongs in a unit. Super glad I am renting from them. Very reasonable pricing.

I have a few storage units in different facilities, and this one is by far my favorite. Greta is always willing to help, and the parking lot is always clean. It is well lit, which is so nice in the winter months when it gets dark so early. Greta, that manager is friendly and great to work with. Ive looked at a lot of storage units, and the security here is top notch. Each unit has its own alarm, there are multiple cameras, and it seems to be well lit.

My experience on 9/16/20 with a very handsome youngman who helped me at the Wilson Rd location in Cols. OH around 5:30pm. He was such a blessing even to the point where he took ownership of of some information that was missed represented or not clear when I live chatted with another specialist when I had trouble reserving a unit online for $16 and the chat specialist reassured that he will note on the system that my unit was reserved by him at $16. But when I got at the store the $16 wasnt honored and now the price had went up to $20. It was so frustrating especially when you already have a budget amount quoted to you. So this young man work with me because I was going to complain to management and taking my business elsewhere. But he took control, did some configurations and made a seasoned lady very happy. So thank you for your patience, kindness, understanding and being such a blessing. Sorry I dont have my paperwork with his name however, he told me going forward I will be dealing with him personally due to he currently has been promoted and assigned to this location permanently. I just want you to know he will be a great addition to your management team (Hint). I will amend his name to my post soon.

Location is very easy to get to off of I-70 and Wilson Road. Close to everything. Unit doors are alarmed so thats a nice security feature. Property is always clean and well maintained. Manger there is super helpful and friendly.

Facility is o.k. but difficult access

Wilson Road Storage was great! Although I was not able to reach them by phone, I went into the office and was able to secure the 10 x 10 storage unit I wanted straight away for move in the next day. The staff were very friendly and also helped me get a U-Haul for free and were super helpful. The unit is clean, secure and for a great price.

Greta???? I think us her name asked if I was in Mr. Clarks unit, when I said yes, she ask how he was doing, very concerned. So nice and so caring. She offered to check the date I could be out and not be charge again for another month. She also offered my son and I water. But the main thing asking about my uncle, Mr Clark. That was nice.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Wilson Road storage. Their units are clean and reasonably priced. The manager is also very friendly and eager to help if you have any issues. I find their online bill payment service very convenient as well.

Ive been using this storage location for about 8 months now. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Location is great just around the corner from my home. The facility is always clean. The security is top notch. Ive never had any problems. Ive had storage units in other locations and the security wasnt so great at the other storage place the unit wasnt completely enclosed and I had some things stolen from people reaching over my unit and taking things. One of the main reasons why I chose this facility is because of the enclosed units all around. Thank you for making this a great experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. My sister also has a unit there as well.

The place was spotless inside and great 10 x 10 units for easy storage. The lot is large and very secured, only one way in and out, with cameras to make you and items feel safe. I would recommend anyone needing short term storage to visit Wilson Road Mini Storage. Also the online bill payment and communication from Facility Manger via email has been great bonus.

I love renting from Wilson Road Storage. They let you use their truck for free and they have reasonable prices for their 5 by 10 units. Also they have security cameras watching all of the units, so I feel my valuables are kept safe. I have recommended them to friends and family.
