Debbie at the Cooke Road location was so helpful and accommodating. I Called at 10:40am and got my storage unit at 11:25am. Excellent service here and I will be recommending to all.

My unit got broke into... They put a better lock on it and called me to let me know... Luckily only a few things were taken and nothing of real value.... But they are on top of things to help with getting stuff replaced (so far).... Im calling insurance company today and will edit this as needed

The location is great for storing things from OSU. Lisa is friendly and helpful. I would encourage anyone who is renting a space to check with your homeowners insurance to see if you have coverage for personal property while in storage. Then bring the EOI, with Simply Self Storage as an additional insured with you to avoid paying their mandatory insurance. The option to use your own insurance will likely not be offered to you otherwise.

Dont trust the 5 star ratings! People were more than likely under pressure (caught off guard) at that moment...The moment you sign papers and pay for the unit, you are told to go to Google Review for the place and give 5 stars. Catching you off guard for sure. Wow! Give me a moment to see how I feel about everything! I most definitely dont like being told to do so right then, at that very moment and in while theyre there. I have other issues as well.

Service was excellent! I was there Saturday 1-1-2020 and both people were cheerful, and helpful. They were truly above and beyond friendly and made sure everything in my new lease was clear and easy to understand. Honestly I was blown away by the top tier customer service from a storage company. Excellent . Lots of supplies there to for when I start moving stuff in. Definitely exceeded expectations!

Lisa is the store manager who helped us. I made the reservation online before coming and she was ready when we got there to move in. She was very friendly and helpful.The unit is generally what you expect from discount storage. Concrete floors, dry and mostly clean, but a bit dusty. The entry on 5x15 unit is quite narrow and made getting a couch into the unit difficult. We had to take off the feet and still ended up damaging the couch :/ Rent was competitive, which is what got us in the door. Unfortunately, that is not the whole story. They force you to pay an additional $10 per month for their insurance covering up to $2000 of property that they do not tell you about upfront. You have to read the lease and study your invoice to understand the costs. Tax on storage is apparently 7.5%.For an interior 5 wide x 15 deep unit, $64 rent, $10 insurance, $4.80 tax (7.5% of rent) for a total of $78.80 per month.

Best price but not 24-hour access. Dont really need that if you have your life together I guess and operate during daylight hours but it definitely comes in handy when you want to do some late-night rearranging. if you need the 24-hour access youll have to pay about 20 bucks more elsewhere or so which wasnt that appealing to me. Friendly place but right next to the railroad track so be prepared to wait on the train pretty much every time you want to go in and out. Just kidding its not that bad but seeing trains is cool sometimes its nice to have to pause for 5 minutes to enjoy something not seen very often such as a train passing in front of you.

We chose this facility because it’s close to our house and very convenient. We couldn’t have hoped for a better storage facility! Lisa is simply awesome! Called Simply Self Storage and left message. Received a call back within 10 minutes. Went to meet the staff less than 20 minutes later and she showed me the different size units. She was so pleasant and welcoming. When we went back to sign paperwork she was stopped by 2 others and I excused her so she could help them. When she returned she quickly got my papers signed, handed me my pass code and I was done. Q is who helped me today and she was outstanding. I was an emotional wreck as I had to get a unit quickly. I have rented two storage units at simly self storage since 2013. Lisa, the manager of this facility is incredible to work with and one of the best at customer service I have ever come across. She always has a smile and a story for her customers. 2 years ago, I moved to a different side of town. It would be more convenient for me to get a new storage unit closer to my new home, but I am loyal to Lisa and won’t move. If she ever leaves, so will I!

Lisa is simply THE BEST! I have been renting from this location consistently since 2014, as well as briefly over the summer of 2013. While the trains can get really annoying when they block the tracks (sometimes illegally for upwards of an hour), Lisa more than makes up for it with her upbeat attitude and willingness to work with you to find the best deal. I hope the company continues to keep her at the helm, and provides her with the resources she needs to maintain this high level of service that I have come to expect from this place.

Lisa was absolutely amazing! When she returned my call when first reserving a unit she asked what I expected to place inside. I gave her a general gist and she advised that we go one size up. I was very hesitant due to the price different. When I actually came in she continued in showing the size I requested along with the unit she advised. I have to admit she was absolutely right. She has such great customer experience and knows her stuff. Ive had storage units in the past and can already tell this experience will be nothing like the awful ones in the past. Id actually enjoy coming in every month to make my payments. She is such a big bag of fun. I already love her!

Storage units are storage units so what differentiates Simply Storage from the rest is the service.Linda is amazing. She took my reservation on short notice with no hassle. She was able to check me in with the bare minimum and absolutely no redundant paperwork. She has a strong intuituon and could sense my forgetfulness so she offered to sign me up for auto pay. After we successfully completed that, she seemlessly walked me through the insurance coverage and associated cost, which by the way, is a brilliant plan.The only problem I encountered was that the 5x5 unit I rented was smaller than expected. Linda knew this and offered to show me the unit before I purchased it BUT I DECLINED. I had an impending appointment I didnt want to be late for. However, I only had two carloads of stuff,s the 5x5 unit is actually more than enough room. We were successfully able to thwart a disaster, together.Thank you Linda for your amazing service and this a very strong 5 stars.

Love this place, thanks to Q and Lisa. While visiting family in Ohio during the holidays, I wanted to check out storage places for our move in February. Feeling overwhelmed with the whole process, Q put my mind to rest and helped me figure out how much space I needed and gave me helpful hints for packing and storage. She was sincere and caring, telling me to wrap things well to keep them from getting dusty or damaged. This was the first and only place I checked out because I knew I didnt need to check any further. I am looking forward to moving my items there and seeing the ladies so we can visit again.
