I was so happy to have dealt with such a great lady at this facility. I have been in a few times with other ladies at the front desk, could be very nasty. However, I believe her name is Tina, she was exceptionally helpful. I was having a very hard time offloading a trailer for my aunt and she went upfront grabbed 2 carts and came down and gave them to us. I wasnt even aware of the carts. Nobody has informed me before this day. As we were leaving I seen her picking up trash and wiping windows down. I loved that she is that motivated to do her job, help others as well as keep the lot and face of the building looking great for current and future customers! I will continue to refer people to this location!!

Awesome staff - Lyndsey is super helpful, she went through all of our options for upgrades and potential cost savings. The units and building are kept clean, and as a bonus they offer carts to help transfer your belongings from your vehicle to your storage unit! My only wish is that there was 24 hour access!

This is the beat storage unit place I have ever been to. I have been an owner of a storage unit here since I was in college. Great air control within the units and the most reasonable priced places in the city of Columbus. The manager, Lindsey, has phenomenal customer service skills and gets the job done.

I have to share my experience at this store ! I went into the store this morning with a whole host of issues due to a loved one passing . Tina was incredible . She was more help than I could imagine! Long story short it is because of that young lady me and my wife had one less thing to worry about it and the thing is you felt it! From the moment we walked in she greeted us with her words and solid eye contact and as she heard our store and why we were there I could tell her sympathy and responses were genuine and very organic in nature ! I went into life storage today for the first time ever, and i was super nervous. I just recently graduated and i needed help moving some of my stuff into a storage unit, i had no idea how to do any of it. Im almost positive Ive already left a review, and the same manager that saved their online reputation before... saved them again. This time was the west location. Now about the Whitehall location... had some confusion, exchanged words with a on site manager. Went home, slept on the interaction. Returned the following morning, exchange with the same manager went totally different. We exchanged pleasantries, apologies and auction stories. Funny how things turn out when you communicate. Earned my business and respect.

The indoor units are climate controlled and I feel safe leaving my items in my unit. The space is very clean. I chose this location because I felt safe and welcomed. They let the main doors break and I came to get my Christmas stuff just to find out they office is closed so I effectively cannot access my property that is paid for. Really unprofessional. Should definitely be able to afford to have the doors fixed immediately.

What a Great experience I had today here. I currently have a storage unit here. I purchased a new bedroom suit and it would not fit in my current unit. Tracey whom was the customer service person found another unit for me to lease just a few units down from my current unit. Then as I was struggling to unload (by myself) what was a very tricky piece of furniture, Tracey came out and helped guide me down the ramp and opening the doors. Not only once but at least four times. In the current times it is veey rare that you find people as Customer Service oriented aa Tracey. Hey Cube Smart.......give that Girl a raise lol!!!

We are very pleased with our experience at the West Broad Street CubeSmart. We found the facility to be very clean and the inside temperature very comfortable. Tracey was most accommodating and friendly. Extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend the West Broad location.

Being a previous tenant of cube smart I was satisfied with the location and the unit but the customer service piece was missing. I found myself needed another storage unit and decided to go back to where I knew but this time the experience was different. Traci was phenomenal in her customer service. Traci was very thorough and efficient In her delivery. She ensured we got a good unit and even assisted us with our move in by watching our belongings. I was very pleased with the service.

The general manager, Tracey L., was such a pleasure to work with and her efforts to accommodate my needs were greatly appreciated. This location is a converted K-Mart store with climate controlled storage that competes price wise with outdoor storage facilities. I had rented an Enterprise box truck with lift gate to move some of my larger items including some large pieces of machinery that were loaded with forks. Upon attempting to unload at the facility, I discovered the lift gate on the rental truck was smaller than promised. Tracey took me to the back to show me the old loading dock to see if I could unload there, but the truck also was not dock height. Since I could not safely unload with the pallet jack and lift gate, I had to leave the truck parked overnight in their lot and make arrangements the next day. She was helpful in securing a padlock for the truck and her overwhelming kindness showed how she took such pride in managing this storage facility. All this was happening while she was busy taking repeated calls and making reservations for OSU students who were being forced to leave the dorms early due to COVID-19. Thank you Tracey for such a positive experience!

We were referred to this location, and, since its convenient to where we live, we went to take a look. The staff was very helpful, and the facility itself was extremely neat and clean. Their on line pricing is very aggressive and we found just the right size for our needs. They arranged for us to use their truck which saved us a lot of time and money...and they even gave us water to drink. This was a very wow experience - I highly recommend.

Clean well lit indoor storage facility with several customers perks. One is that the facility has four entrances that three of them with large overhead doors where you can back your moving vehicle up to for easy u loading. The other is that they offer the use of a small box truck free to current customers for moving stuff in or out of a unit. Only requirement is that you have proof of insurance and put down 100 cash deposit. Which is returned minus a $10 Administrative fee. Drawback is that you can only get it for four hours

I used to rent in Roberts location, but I moved here because of the manager. Maritza is a very professional and she is the the best one. I moved in here because of her. She is super nice and she helped me with the right option for my needs. The place is great. I highly recommend this facility.!

The place is nice and the rates are good but I DO NOT like how they allow purple to live in their cubes. They can deny it but need to look back at video footage. I see it all of the time!!

I am a current customer at your facility and needed a bigger storage so I reserved one online and when I showed up at the location with my reservation number I was informed It was not available. Therefore, I had to reserve a second unit without any accommodation for the difference in price. Also, the manger that was helping me with my contract, got right up in the middle of helping me with no manners as to why she was needing to give our information to the other associate working. She abruptly got up to go home and asked the other associate to finish my paperwork. So I told her she was very rude and she proceeded to jump in my face and threatened to call the police.If it wasnt for the management at this location I would absolutely give them 5 stars.

I reserved a unit online to start renting 5/21 and someone from the location called me 2 days later to confirm. I went in on 5/17 to do the paperwork and was told I had to start the rental contract that day, not on the 21st.The person on the phone said insurance was $11.00 a month but when I got there I was told $12. I was paying $8 at my current storage facility for a higher coverage amount.I had to purchase a lock from Cube Smart for the unit, at $12.99. My current storage company gave me the lock free. Theres also a $24.00 Administrative Fee when you sign the rental contract.The facility is clean, the staff was helpful and the rates are competitive. Just be sure to find out about the extra charges before you decide if this is the right facility for you.

I reserved my storage unit online which was very easy. My exit date from Houston, TX changed, so I was able to change my reservation date online as well. Once I arrived in Columbus, I visited the site to check out the exact storage unit I was renting. Izzy and Rick and other staff were most helpful in answering my questions to make sure my 3 relo cubes could be dropped on site and left while I unloaded them.

This is a great storage location. The service was quick and accurate and just the right price for my college student. I highly recommend it.
