This dealership is great! I had a flat on my new ultra and they were the closest dealership. We called them and they sent a truck right out to us. They picked my wife and I up, took the bike back to their dealership and took us home (close to dealership). They treated us great and had my bike back to me the next day. Everyone there was so nice and they had great customer service. We are so thankful for them and their good service.
I am three hours away from Farrow Downtown Harley Davidson so getting there to see the bike I was interested in took a bit of planning. In short my salesman Zac made the entire experience a pleasure.Patient, Professional and as it turns out I am happy to say I made a friend. The bike was everything he promised it would be and then some. The entire team at Farrow Downtown Harley Davidson was absolutely first class. Although I plan on keeping this one the next Harley in my collection will come from Farrows.😎🎸

Came in with the Idea of buying a Forty Eight. The staff asked me all the wants and needs and switched me to something that was more on the lines of what I wanted to experience with my new Harley. Left with a 2017 Dyna Street Bob. This place took great care of me and has my business for any future needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Harley Davidson

Poor attention to detail. Poor communication. Full of excuses. All around bad service that’s easily bested by other service providers. I gave parts and service every opportunity to step up and act like a professional outfit but they kept dropping one ball after another. And the excuses... it’s telling. I would not recommend this place. Shop around.
Excellent inventory and a friendly helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get much needed new helmets, even getting us one from another location.

Ben came in on his day off to finish the sales and deliver the bike. The other Ben from the back came to find new to congratulate me in my new bike. Corey stayed well after closing to finish the paperwork. When I walked outside, Tiffany, who was of the clock for at least 20 minutes, was waiting in her car to show me the particulars of my bike. On top of everything, I got excellent value on my trade and a great price on my new ride. I dont know what else they could have done. It was an awesome buying experience.

Lost my hometown Harley-Davidson dealership. I just used A D Farrow for a warranty repair and I cant say enough about their excellent service. Great dealership had a look around when I picked up my bike . I highly recommend.

Stopped at A.D. Farrow when we went through Columbus. They were having a buy one get one half off sale so, of course, I bought a few items. It was a couple of days later I noticed they had overcharged me. None of the sale discounts showed up on my receipt. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady who in turned called her manager, Doug Cole, to see how to fix this. (2x) We live 100 miles away so driving back was not really a good option. Apparently, to the manager, this was the ONLY option. They viewed my receipt on their computer to verify their mistake and apologized. I asked for other options ....mail me a gift card for the diff. None were offered. Drive back..within 30 days of purchase... or forfeit my money. It was under 60 bucks. Not worth the gas to go back. Very disappointed. If the mgr had called me back himself to explain perhaps it would have went better.
In 2004 I came all the way from Tennessee to buy my 2005 Night Train! Bought it over the phone, good salesman . He knew I was from out of state, still picked out the bike, serviced it, did the paperwork, ready to ride! I arrived the next Saturday, finished the paperwork, paid for it on my MC, got it registered at my daughters house, got my insurance and was on the road in less than 2 hours! What a team!!! Oh yea, absolute total cost to get on the road was less than dealers in Tennessee wanted without taxes or anything else ! Figured I actually saved $ 2,800.00 with one phone call!
As the review below mine states: these guys are a joke. My bike sat in their service shop for 3.5 weeks because they accidently ordered the wrong part. Not once .. BUT TWICE! - I constantly had to call them for updates and to remind them what needed to be done to my bike. It was as if they didnt have a database to record anything on. I was told we will make this right but nothing was offered at check out. Full price and extra work that wasnt authorized. And just to put the icing on the cake: they forgot to order a new set of keys that I reminded them I wanted every time I called for an update (which was 6 separate occasions) ... Do yourself a favor and take your bike somewhere else. Most unprofessional experience Ive ever had.
This is where I got my first bike 06 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 back in 2008. I probably paid a little bit more than what I should have but to be truthful I couldnt care less I enjoyed my bike I owned it for several years longer than most people would have owned their first bike in fact I didnt get rid of my bike until 2015 when I upgraded to a Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic. Great place to buy a brand new Harley and their service department is super friendly and their parts department is also really friendly. One of only three places I recommend people shopping for a new or used bike.
Total clowns. Should be even more of a circus with Ricarts involvement. were dealin lol. Bought my first bike from this location in 1990. Tim Sherman sold it to me. This was back when Al Doerman owned ADF. Its had to believe this dealership has sucked this long. Yeah that includes when Al ran it too.

I know that sometimes the only people that post a review are disgruntled for a variety of reasons. Some real and some imagined. Prior to and still today when I tell people I bought my motorcycle at A.D.Farrows they tell me I should have went somewhere else. However, I must admit that I have been pleasantly surprised to find that not only did A.D. Farrow beat the best deal I could have gotten anywhere else but their Sales Staff and Service Department have been nothing but outstanding since I bought my Ultra Limited 13 months ago. I have yet to walk in the store that I was not greeted like I was family and the service department has bent over backwards to accommodate my needs when servicing or repairing my motorcycle. Not only would I buy my next motorcycle from A.D. Farrow, I would have no problem recommending them to my friends.Keep up the good work.
Went in there on Saturday to look at buying a new Street glide. Their were 4 sales man in the show room and no customers. For 30 min of me looking at bikes and sitting on them, not 1 sales guy came and asked if I needed help. Was not impressed at all.
5:05pm while finishing up selection of another item I was getting ready to purchase I was very rudely reminded by the parts counter that I needed to hurry up and get what I needed because they closed at 5pm. Needless to say, I laid down all items I was getting ready to purchase and left. This place will no longer get my business.

There is nothing on the website doors or their phone msg that indicates they are currently closed due to holiday.They closed early last night when the holiday was celebrated but no holiday event today.Either let us know or get your ass in here.
A must visit, simply because of its history.Unless I keep missing some other room, theres not actually very many bikes for sale, though - mostly HD brand clothes. If it keeps this piece of history open, Im ok with that. But dont visit anywhere within 30 minutes of closing time - they will make it obvious they want you out.In person, the parts counter was very helpful, but usually a bit slow getting to me (they seem to get a ton of calls). Over the phone, Ive had the opposite experience. It has been completely unproductive every time and i end up either going and ordering in person, or going online (which i try to avoid). Maybe its a matter of who you talk with?I have no experience with their service department.
Excellent service friendly staff, except for the service department, evidently I didnt look like I had enough money for them to look at my bike and give me an estimate for the repairs so I wont be having any work done on my bike there, I will buy the parts and do the work myself, or take it to another shop

Had no idea Harleys legendary service was so shisty. Attempted to order part (small electrical component) online and was denied and customer service would not say why only that I would have to order from a dealership. Place my order on june 17 and as of July 1 have yet to hear from them or be able to contact them. I have had things ship from Japan faster than this with standard shipping.
Its a clean place affordable the people are great even the people that you run into coming in there to do some shopping is just good people you will have fun

5 stars bc of its free and active HOG chapter membership, free pizza n soda at their monthly HOG meetings, knowledgeable parts counter and Cool Factor bc this is The Oldest HD Dealership in the USA w an old time ice cream soda fountain and small museum of sorts. Staff friendly.-1 star bc it is small, interior is mehh, selection limited by its restricted floor space....I hear they are going to be addressing all that soon. Of course, being a dealership service is $$$ but you know itll be reliably good and anything with the famous bar n shield logo on it will be twice as much as equivalent.
Better for parts and accessories than the Sunbury location. Had everything I was looking for and more.
Every time I go there its a nightmare. The service department at best is lackluster. They actually did a service and didnt do what they said they did in the report. Would not recommend unless you have the general managers phone number on hand to get to work fixed.
Poor customer service, parts manager somewhat lazy to look up things. Other guys on the counter pretty good and very knowledgeable some of them and the salesman are excellent.
