Excellent service starting with Eye Doctor to picking up glasses. Thorough Eye exam. Doctor was sure I understood my prescription. Staff enursured I understood my insurance benefits. Eyeglass inventory very large & had to narrow down choice to 4 or 5 frames. The woman who processed my glasses order incredibly efficient, knowledgeable & quick. Give that girl a raise! My glasses were ready in under an hour! Overall EXCELLENT experience!

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Destinne. She took my insurance info while I looked for frames..picked out 2 frames and she told me what it would cost..we took some measurements and she told me it would be about an hour..I left grabbed some lunch and was heading back to the office when I got a text saying my glasses were ready! It was maybe 25min..I went back ..was immediately greeted again..she went to get my glasses and made sure I was happy with the fit. She put them in 2 cases for me and I was on my way..the whole process took less than an hour..it was amazing and I appreciated the service and how friendly everyone was. Would definitely go back.

Yesterday when purchasing 2 pairs for ~$40, one of the pairs was not quite right for me so the associate offered 2 options to correct the problem with very little wait for me.A customer for over 5 years, I remain confident and satisfied with this location.Keep up the good work and service.

Theyre very knowledgeable about their product and helped out very nicely however it took a 30-minute wait to actually get the glasses ask for they got the first one made Im not sure about that I would think they would have a dedicated staff member pickup but this is my first time shopping for glasses so

I went to the optometrist and got two pairs of glasses. At the optometrists everyone was so friendly and courteous! Dr. Ro was fantastic!While choosing frames I was not rushed and Kyntaja helped me choose flattering frames for my face. She was amazing and really a joy to do business with!Highly recommended!!

My husband broke his frames while on vacation. We went to Eyemart. Their policy is not to place lenses in their frames unless you bought them originally from them. Ok. We asked them to read the lenses for the prescription. It is their policy not to be helpful in this manner. We were told a faxed written prescription would be required. I came to understand that it must be their policy to know what the policies are. Since their policies are set to insure larger sales, the employee did not offer to call and request the fax.We left the store, I contacted the original optometrists office and requested a fax using the fax number on the business card. My husband went back inside, chose frames and was told the fax had not arrived. Then he was given a good fax number to be used. I called a second time and asked for the script to be faxed to the working number. The fax was received, the order placed, paid for, up front of course, in an hour he had new glasses. He is satisfied with the purchase. I am dissatisfied with the customer service.

Well let’s start with nothing is going to be ready in an hour. I spent 2 hours waiting to be helped and by then it was too late in the day to get any glasses that day. It was 3 pm on a Saturday.You want anti-glare? Have to send that out. You want scratch resistant lens? Have to send that out. If you want the cheapest, crappiest lens possible you might get them same day, if you are there when they open.Waste of time and money, next time I will definitely go somewhere else.

Called and no one picked up so I showed up, got there and was turned away because you have to call some number for walk in eye exams. Called the number and no one picked up again. Ultimately drove 15 minutes just to waste time I guess.

I would like to thank Rachel and the other employees at Eyemart on Morse Road. We waited a few weeks for a replacement frame to come in. Got home and the frame broke in half. Returned to Eyemart with the broken glasses in hand and daughter not able to see without her glasses at 6:00pm. The staff was friendly and very understanding. I had an appointment with Doctor D. Gill yesterday and I cannot say anything negative about my visit.Dr. Gill really took his time with me during my appointment, he did not rush through like most doctors unfortunately do. He answered questions I had and was very thorough. Great service!

A little wait but well worth it. Staff was real nice and pleasant. Helped me get 1st pair same day suggested second pair so I could get everything I wanted. Made sure I didnt have to wait to see the computer screen. In 2 weeks will have my second pair with glass lenses. I am excited.

Great place with very reasonable prices for glasses. Other places Ive gone have cost me twice as much for frames, but this place has a huge selection of cost effective, good quality frames. Also, same day glasses is the best part. I broke my old pair, and couldnt drive or see my computer screen to work until I got a new pair, and they took care of checking to see that they had my prescription in the back right away so I would know if I could get same day or not! Great friendly service!! Ill definitely be back!!

My first experience with Eyemart Express Easton (just across Morse from Whole Foods) turned out to be one of professional service beyond my expectations.Christa, Rachel and the rest of the staff handled an extremely busy holiday crowd (due in part by a power outage that had forced the closing of the store the previous business day) with professional and expedient service. Each staff person I observed offered knowledgeable guidance throughout various fittings.As I needed frames for glasses to be used only for night driving, I found the selection of frames more than adequate.

Ask for prescription to be into brand new fames and stated don’t recommend went to another eyemart and the took very good care of me without any biases. Sam the manager told him not to help me and I wonder why

My 5 year old daughter recently had her eye exam and she ended up needing glasses and from the manager to all the employees that worked both days we came in were truly amazing with her and made it super fun to get her new glasses to where she didnt want to leave the store because she had so much fun trying both pairs she got and looking in the mirrors and loved how they looked and then just looking all around because she could see clearly. Over the years I’ve bought lotsa glasses from Eyemart Express and there’s been a turn over of employees. Some of them have been helpful, nice, respectful and service oriented. The manager and the crew working at present are not customer service savvy. Common sense is not on their agenda. I just spent two days of disrespect for my time. With the new procedures in place for the Rona virus people walk into this store and no one including the manager take a moment to acknowledge the person. I took it upon myself to tell the people what was going on. If they are with customers they just leave the people pile up at the front door. Hopefully by the next time I need glasses they’ll have a different crew of employees and it’ll be a good experience.

The doctor was GREAT. Very friendly & made me feel very comfortable. He also took time to answer any questions I had as well as explain to me what he was doing or testing for & why. Once it was time to move out to the store Angie was a huge help! She took as much time as I needed to listen to what type of glasses I like & then picked out several pair for me to try. She also gave her honest opinion on what looked best on me & even encouraged me to try glasses in a color I never would have thought to wear & I get so many compliments on my glasses now!! I highly recommend this store & Angie! Thank you all, my kids & I will be return customers for sure!

The staff who I interacted with during the process of getting a new pair of glasses were very positive. Staff were very personable and professional.My only complaint is that I never received a call when my glasses came in. Eventually I called only to be told that my glasses had been there about a week and no one called.

Terrible customer service, i rushed through 5 o’clock traffic to get there only to sit for almost 2 hours because I was skipped, and eight people were taken in front of me, my name was on the list i was simply skipped over. When she did finally get to me to order my glasses she had a very nasty attitude and act like she was doing me a favor by finally waiting on me. I would happily pay more for a decent customer service .

My experience at eyemart was amazing, I visited with dr.gill who told me things about my eyes that I never knew before. I actually feel like I can see out of my glasses. I got two wondering designer frames for the price of one with my insurance. Even the people that helped pick my glasses were friendly and helpful. The only down side was the wait time but it was well worth it cause I can see.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the high quality of service that I recently received from Eyemart Express. It started with the moment I stepped in the door and extended to the next week when I picked up my glasses that had to be special ordered. The customer service of the staff and quality of product was top notch. I am a recent customer of Warby Parker, but, I would not hesitate in going back to Eyemart Express. I originally only tried Eyemart Express because it’s five minutes from my home. I think the pricing was reasonable as well.

As this was my first time buying glasses I have to say that Ill buy my next pair at Eyemart again. I had went to 3 other place looking to get the best deal and Eyemart had the best deal hands down. Great staff great price. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the wait. They need 1 or 2 more people to help customers.

I ordered polarized sports perscription sunglasses. The Denalis are sleek and good looking. Ive been looking a pair sports glasses that still looked good.They worked great for night driving glare. Im confident theyll be fine early morning sun, too.

This is a very busy store, but the staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I needed a pair of glasses same day after a recent cataract surgery and they were happy to help me. I went to the store around lunchtime and ordered what I needed and was able to get my glasses a few hours later. The glasses were very nice, reasonably priced, and fit great. I was having a very difficult time seeing properly after my surgery, so I was extremely grateful they could help me out so quickly. They even told me to come back after my second surgery and they’d make the appropriate adjustment to the lenses once I had my updated prescription...at a discount since I’d just bought my glasses there. Machine was down so they couldn’t honor their promise of same day service. Waited for promised “next day text” but didn’t receive. I called to find out glasses were done after all. Went in on a Saturday to pick up the 2 pair I paid for & they were short staff - so wait time was bad. They forgot to tint the sunglasses so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Other than this, I would recommend them.

Nice selection and very helpful staff. As long as you dont change the colors of the frames or have a super strong prescription, you can have your glasses in about an hour. Mine were ready in 11 minutes! I wasnt using insurance so I told them the price point I was willing to stay within and they were very helpful. Single focus, plastic lenses are $50 and frames start as low as $19.95 all the way up to $100+. There was a good selection of frames for less than $50. Thanks eyemart!
