They really take great care of their patients, Dont rush you spends quality time and will let you know if they are running behind.... Great customer service...and if you have any issues, they do their best to resolve it.Gem on the Westside!!! Been going there for years.

This year I switched to Family Vision & Eye Care after several years of going to a local chain of eye doctors and happy I made the switch.Although the office is in an older outdated strip mall, they do well keeping up the showroom and examination rooms. During my visits, the facilities have been clean and tidy.The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient, and maintain a great attitude.Ive experienced two optometrists over my last two visits and both have been appeared to genuinely care about my well-being and did well communicating the details of my visit with me in a way I can understand.I highly recommend visiting Family Vision & Eye Care for your vision checkups.

I have been going to this Eye Doctor for 3+ Years now. My first pair of glasses I got from here have been great and I only had to wait about a week for them (My appointment was on a Tuesday, I got them the following Monday.) I just recently went back last week to update my prescription and get new lenses. The staff is still super friendly and my eye doctor, the little old man the walks around humming, is really such a sweetie.

The WORSE craftmanship for glasses! I am currently wearing glasses that are cracking inside the lenses more every day. I noticed it in the beginning, and they told me it was normal (??) My husbands glasses are doing the same thing. My second set of glasses have been sitting there for a YEAR because they refuse to correct them. I cant see out of them. This is no longer Ohio Vision Center for sure. The optician was good and staff were nice, giving them the one star rating.

I went there over a month ago paid over $500 for a pair for of glasses and still haven’t received them! I have called every Monday checking on them and told them last week that they were checking on the tracking order. Called the next day and told them if glasses weren’t here by Monday to give me my money back and also to inform my insurance of this so I can take my prescription to a 1 hour shop. The secretary today told me that they ordered new lenses! Can’t follow directions at all. Stay away is all I can say!

The female eye doctor really took her time with me & answered all my questions. The male guy that helped with picking my glasses was amazing. Ive never felt so comfortable anywhere Ive ever been. It also only took 1wk to get my glasses. Youd never expect such amazing care from a business located in the ran down bottoms. Kudos to everyone there for being so amazing.

My ordeal started 10/19. I had my own prescription. I picked out frames and in 7-10 days I will have my new glasses. After 2 weeks I called to see the status of my glasses. I was told my glasses came in but they had to send them back because something was wrong. No call letting me know my glasses had to go back. 2 weeks later my glasses are back. I cant see out of them, unbelievable. The girl at the desk talked to me in a condescending tone telling me it could be my prescription and I may need to go back to my ophthalmalogist, but before that I need to come back in and let their optician look at my prescription against glasses. So back I go. Come to find out the glasses are faulty and back to the lab they go. 2 weeks later my glasses are back. This is 11/21. I got home and realized I didnt have any tint. So I immediately call back. I was told there is some tint😥and if I want it darker (there is no tint. If so you cant tell). I need to start over with new lenses. For a minute I couldnt breathe. My glasses were not inexpensive. I do have insurance but OMGOSH!!!!. Please think about this before you commit to this company. One more thing. By chance you want a refund that is pretty much out. They are not able to put a credit back on your debit card. You have to wait for when the owner comes in and writes you a check. BEWARE PEOPLE!😳

I had such a wonderful experience at Family Vision!!! This was my first time seeing Dr. Zias and had been constantly disappointed by Optometrists in the past. However, from the moment I called to set up an appointment, I was treated like gold from each staff member I spoke to and encountered! It was such an incredibly refreshing change from my previous doctor. Dr. Zias was extremely knowledgeable, to the point, and also incredibly thorough, while also being very kind and understanding. This is a combination that I have found to be rare in the health care industry recently. I was fitted for a new type of contacts for my difficult-to-fit eyes, they were perfect!! I came back a week later to double check the fit and received my prescription. I also received a new pair of glasses that were properly fitted to my face by a very kind man whose name I forgot to ask. I could go on, but suffice it to say that I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zias and his staff! Thank you all so much for your top-notch care!!!!

When did the eye doctors become such an awful place for customer service ... When did customer relationships take such a back seat in todays businesses ... I arrived for a noon appt today 10 mins late & was told your appt was at 11:15 .... Since when? ... That isnt what was told to me on the phone ... When I said that I got a huh kinda empty look .... Why didnt I get a reminder call ... You did but your # doesnt accept incoming calls ... Thats funny Ive had this same # for about 3 years now & Im pretty sure it still works ... When I asked if there was anyway they could squeeze me in the reply was oh no lunch is in an hour & there are still 2 clients here ... I wouldnt want my blindness to interfere with your peanut butter & jelly sandwich ... How sad ... Our economy is plummeting in a downward spiral with office personnel like the ones representing this business manning the ship ... Smh ....
