The staff was friendly and organized. Optometrist was thorough and answered all my questions. Felt good about the overall experience.

The Dr. Lara Leach, OD explained, literally every facet of my eyes. I have very unique eyes, they are completely different and are in constant battle with each other. I live in WI. I chose to travel, and was quire fortunate to have stumbled upon a kind compassionate Doctor and staff. I will return to Ohio for my future eye exams. And,I most assuredly would recommend any one to have their eyes taken care of by Horvath Vision Care Inc.

My appointment started on time! That alone is a big win in my book. All staff members were courteous and professional, but also personable. I was asked up front about any tests or products that would incur an additional charge, so there were no surprises on the bill. Dr. Leach was great to work with and went the extra mile to help me find the best fitting contacts, as well as spent extra time with me while my eyes adjusted, since I hadn’t worn contacts in over a decade, to be certain I was comfortable. Great experience, highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff from start to finish.I just needed a quick prescription update, so I ran through the usual eye health tests before meeting the optometrist. After a brief wait, she came in and we got right to work. She explained everything clearly and was efficient in her exam. Once complete, they asked if I wanted to look at frames, but did not push the subject at all when I declined.If youre looking for a quick and easy eye exam, I would highly suggest Horvath at LensCrafters.

Staff is incredibly helpful, nice, pleasant, and engaging. Doesnt feel like a medical visit at all (other than when you get the puff in the eye but nothings perfect). Kept going to HVC even after I moved to a different part of the city, unbeatable.

Yesterday was my first appointment at Horvath Vision Care and it was great. Lily, Dr Leach, and the young blonde haired woman was the front desk were all very friendly and attentive.

Went in for an eye exam and contacts consult. Everyone here was incredibly friendly, covid compliant, and very price-transparent. I saw Dr. Sleiman at the Lane Avenue location and he was super kind and knowledgeable in explaining my prescription and astigmatism results in a very easy-to-understand way. I got my glasses from here in the past and have always had a great experience, I would definitely recommend this location to others. I was also able to make an appointment somewhat last-second which I really appreciate. They also applied a student discount for me, which was great. As any college kid knows, every little bit counts.

Ive been seeing Dr. Leech at Horvath now for several years. I have worn glasses since the fourth grade and have been going to optometrists since then. Dr. Katie was just the best. She spent time to be thorough and brought to me new information that no one else had shared about multi-focus contacts. I have been wearing glasses recently because when I remove them I can read perfectly up close. However, since COVID and needing to wear masks, glasses are always getting steamed up. Now I have contacts where I can see both far and up close without the need of readers! I can not say enough about Dr. Katie and her patience to help me try several pairs of contacts to find the best ones for me. Also, the office staff were very pleasant and all were following CDC guidelines to make the visit feel safe. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Very impressed!

The level of best practices at Horvath during this super crazy new normal we are all going through is evident. From before entering the building I felt cared for. The welcome and reception was warm and Comforting. The technician and Dr. Simonovitch were amazing and very thorough. Horvath vision care has a very forward thinking and conscientious team.
