Really enjoyed my appointment. The doctor was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. When getting my glasses, the Optician was personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They were down an employee that day but the staff was still very nice and friendly.

Renee is an absolute gem. I had called her seeking further information on getting my elderly dad in to get some glasses with a prescription we already have for him. Renee was incredibly knowledgeable but what drew us to feeling more comfortable with her was her focus on my father and his needs and her cheery attitude. I have rarely experienced this level of exemplary customer service before. She made my day and my family’s so much better just by being kind.

Great experience! Found frames I wanted at good price and deal. Glasses came back quickly and employee was knowledgeable and helpful. After a week with them they fit well and Rx seems good.

Renee and Brittany are the best!! Always remembering me when I come in and they always have a smile on their face. I get compliments on my glasses all the time and if it wasn’t for Brittany knowing me and my style I would have never ended up with them.

Well we have happen to be bad experience at this place. Doctor visit is good he is very good explaining the details and options. When it comes to the contact lenses and frames staff is not patient enough to help.Felt like rushing. My daughter is trying first time contacts and they are least bothered about helping us trying for the first time. We had to ask them several times and they come to help us after sometime and tell something go. It’s the same thing again and again. Not sure that’s how they would like to work. So we cancelled our follow up appointments and moved to a different facility.

Pearle Vision Polaris is the best! I have been going here for years, they always work with my insurance and make purchasing a breeze. Scheduling is easy. Renee is the store manager and always very friendly and helpful. The optometrists are professional and kind. I sympathize with the added difficulty of juggling patients with social distancing but everything is clean as usual, and they have transitioned beautifully.

My family are patients at the Tuttle Mall location and I was unable to get in touch with them, so I contacted the Polaris location. I was lucky enough to speak with Brittany, who was amazingly helpful.My 16 year old son was out of contacts and I was wondering when the ones we ordered (2 weeks ago) would be in. She answered all of my questions and after realizing we both lived near Hilliard offered to bring me some trial pairs for him to wear until his new prescription for his contacts and glasses came in.She went above and beyond and said it was no big deal. To my family it was a big deal. After we met at a store that was on her way home I called the office and spoke to her manager Renee to let her know what an outstanding employee she had. I wanted to thank Brittany again for being so helpful and making sure my son can see this weekend while hes playing baseball.

Horrible - strongly recommend against. Ive been going here since 2017 and generally I have had decent service but this past Monday I spent 4 mins confirming an appointment for today. After I invested the time to make it to my appointment on time this Wednesday 12/20/20 I was told by the african american secretary that she had actually put me on hold and my appointment wasnt confirmed and she therefore didnt put me in the schedule. I had made my frustrations known by telling the secretary that her service was poor. I was asked to leave. Im glad - Ill never be coming back and strongly recommend against this company for all of those of you who value a company with integrity who will commit to there agreements.

We had a job change and needed to use up our flex spending. The staff easily accommodated us with efficient and professional service. Our family of six went and had eye exams and ended up having to order 4 pairs of glasses. Brittany worked with our budget and really did a phenomenal job. Renee helped as well. The receptionist was new but you would never have known. The prices were fair and we are pleased with our experience. We will definitely be return customers.So I’m back again for another eye exam and new glasses. The staff is amazing. The safety of their patients is their top priority! Masks are required 10 people max and the staff wear masks and use gloves. I appreciate their diligence in taking the time to keep everyone safe as possible.

We had a great experience here! My husband and I went in on Saturday 10-19-2019. We both were extremely happy with our thorough exams. We were helped out front by Renee. She was very helpful! Renee helped us find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. She took her time with us and explained what our insurance would cover with the cost of our glasses. We cant wait to get our new glasses!

This is the second time my wife and I have been here for glasses, and both times the service has been incredible. Specifically, Brittany, was great--She happily walked us through the process of pricing several different kinds of glasses, and even helped me pick out frames by giving her professional opinion on the hundred styles I tried on. Ive never gotten glasses anywhere else where the staff seemed to genuinely care so much. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

The extreme over reacting by “Renee” at this location was unbelievable. Simply because my mother whom is elderly and hard of hearing pull her mask just over her nostrils, to try her new glasses.As a result Pearl Vision has lost three customers.

Fantastic! I called in for an eye emergency before hours. The on call answering service told me they were booked today but they would let the staff know to see if they could fit me in today or tomorrow. Not only did they fit me in but they were prompt and kind about it as well. They definately appreciate their patients and care about the patients well being.

I can not say enough positive things about my experience at the Polaris Pearl Vision. The selection is by far the best in Columbus. They offer brands most retail stores do not. When I walk in the retail store I am always treated like the only customer there. Renee goes over and beyond with customer service. I have also found that the sunglasses they offer are amazing and my new go to!!! Highly recommend the Polaris Pearl Vision. The ease of making an appointment is so nice and they even call and remind you.

Excellent and friendly staff! Brittany came into my work letting us know they were located closely and wanted to say hello. Got me in a couple days later, helped me pick my glasses and get them ordered accepted my insurance making everything very affordable. Very please with my experience and love my new glasses!

I have been coming to this Polaris Pearl Vision every year for about 10 years now. They are the best. I live near West Jeff if that tells you anything. Renee is awesome. She hooked me on my first visit, took excellent care of me and still does to this day. Her and her staff are the reason I keep coming back to this location. I cannot express the awesomeness these folks are. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. They are very kind! If you leave here dissatisfied for any reason, it is probably you! NOT them! I say this because I read the negative reviews and couldnt help but laugh at them and think those folks are just negative folks that can never be satisfied.The glasses frames selection is fantastic. You can always find something you like. I am waiting for my new frames and am excited to go pick them up next weekend! Thank you Renee and staff for being so awesome. =)

This place is absolutely amazing!! Brittany was so awesome! She spent three hours with my husband and I helping find the perfect glasses! And she did all of this with a smile and jokes! Ive been to Pearle vision twice. Once for myself and then for my daughter. On the examination side, the tech ( Sorry forgot name) was very nice and attentive with the kids. He explained everything very well and made my children feel very comfortable for their first eye exam.Brittany was sooo awesome!!! Customer service was very professional and lovely. She helped me choose the right glasses for me and my daughter, on two separate occasions. We even have a mommy & daughter pair! :-) Brittany also took her time to help me get the best deal!!Thank you!!!

The horrid reviews do not reflect AT ALL upon Dr. Seagraves! She is an absolute delight! Terrific, CARING doctor whom takes the time not only to get to know the health of your eyes and vision needs, but to get to know you as her patient. Just had a quick repair done by Brittney. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Managed to browse a great selection of frames while waiting.

Little pricey, but thats my only hang-up. Went in to find frames that fit my tiny face. The gal that helped us was very friendly and super-helpful. She offered to order smaller sizes in some of the frames (when available) so I could try them on, and also told us when a representative from a designer who could offer other options would be in the store. Service was fantastic, even when we ordered just the frames, not a complete pair. Would definitely go there again!

I had an eye glasses emergency where the arm on my glasses broke in a way that was unfixable! When i came in i was pretty heart broken because they were my favorote pair of glasses to date. Renee was extremely helpful. Because my glasses were almost 2 years old the style was out of stock. But Renee was willing to call every Pearl Vision in the area. She even called the rep for the company that makes the glasses. Low and behold there was a pair in a different color! I was ecstatic! I ordered it and within 5 days my glasses were in! The team there improved my quality of life and raised my spirits! When Ive lived in other cities i still drive back just to work with these people! They are amazing!!!

From 2017 -- So far they have been extremely slow. It took over a week to get a quote on my glasses. Once the order was entered it has been 12 days so far and I still dont have glasses.From 2019 -- A reply came in to this review 2 years after it was submitted. Seems to support the issues I noted of timeliness.Referencing 2018 -- I went back to them in early 2018. I had several issues that had to be dealt with but, the woman I dealt with was wonderful. She did an excellent job of getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. I also didnt have the timeliness issues with this attendant as I had previously had in 2017.So I would raise this star review to 4 now (It had been 2 from the original trip to their store).

Despite receiving text messages this past week confirming my appointment ( I replied YES to the texts asking for confirmation) and an email plus another text this very morning confirming my appointment this afternoon, I arrived 8 minutes early to check in and they didn’t have any record of an appointment. I showed the very unhelpful associate my text messages and email confirming my appointment and she seemingly couldn’t have cared any less and said that this just happens when the appointments don’t make it into their system and that we could wait for several other appointments ahead of us since we weren’t on the schedule. This appointment was scheduled several weeks ago and was clearly in some system because of the text messages and emails I received. There was no apology, no attempt to perform any customer service. We have gone here for the past 3 years and will never go back. Awful, careless service.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was undecided about getting transitions, even told her I really don’t think I would like them but she convinced me I would and said there was a 30 day guarantee so I went for it thinking I’d get my money back, not knowing that “guarantee” only refers to the glasses replacement but no real money back. You can’t advertise 30 day satisfaction guarantee as like if you’d get your money back then say sorry the guarantee only covers the replacement? That’s bs I was misinformed and felt swindled not to mention the lack of urgency to the situation. I returned the glasses over a week ago it’s been 3 weeks now and the manager took a few days to call me, But when I wasn’t able to call back due to being slammed at work, a whole week went by without the issue being resolved. And after getting ahold of her a week later, speaking with the manager all she could say was we can’t do refunds there’s nothing else we can do. Very disappointed with the customer service. The insurance and 30 day satisfaction guarantee is BS they won’t really do anything to take care of you. this is my first time ever buying glasses and I do not recommend

Employees were extremely rude and lazy. Took over a month for me to get frames, the doctor said they would call me and schedule another appointment and the employees never did. I had to follow up, after asking questions to determine the need for another appointment the employee refused to ask the doctor and locate more information.

Please take your business and hard earned money some place else. Uninformed and unprofessional staff cant decide on the price of frame and lens. The manager and staff and are not coordinated at all. Each step needs manager interference.

Came highly recommended by a friend, if I could give minus stars I most certainly would, after 3 visits still cant see using my new EXPENSIVE prescription.On the 3rd visit the store manager took my old pair of glasses compared them to my new prescription and in an effort to solve my issues with not seeing correct proceeded to adjust the nose pad to match that of the old pair, now mind you the old pair is a completely different shape and size to the new pair, not once did they consider re-measuring to ensure that the first measurement was correct. End result I have a pair of expensive glasses I still cant use because obviously the prescription was not accurately measured.I regret, and I emphasize REGRET, that I ever considered giving them a try, Ive used several Eye Care companies and this is the first time Ive had issues like this where the employees are either ignorant as to how to correct problems like mine or simply could not be bothered to implement the correct measures. As a side note the doctor was extremely professional, friendly and courteous and he did everything correct to ensure that I had the right prescription so it was not his fault.I was so angry and disappointed that when I went to pick up my re-done prescription sunglasses and computer glasses I just grabbed and ran, did not hang around to try them on, thats how disgusted I am with this place.UPDATEI appreciate the response, however my issue was never addressed, using my experience to avoid similar events with future customers does not help me. I still have a pair of glasses my insurance company and I paid for, frames messed up by your store manager, prescription in the wrong place and theyre sitting in a drawer because I cant see out of them.

The absolute worst service ever. The last time I went here I was rushed out the door and not allowed to pick my glasses after my exam. i was told that I would need to come back becasue they are closing. I dont know what made me come back a 2nd time, but I did and it was still awful. 2/5, Iw en tin and stood around for nearly 15 mins before someone even acknowledged iwas there. After that, I finally got tow ork with someone to pick my glasses, and here it is 2/23 and I still dont have my glasses. since when does it take 3 weeks to make some glasses. I have NEVER had to wait this long before, EVER. I will NEVER EVER EVER COME SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.

I was Distressed when going in to replace the glasses my daughter had lost. Even though I wasnt the most pleasant person, once I was there Brittany and other members of the staff were FANTASTIC! Left the store completely satisfied with the service received. Will be returning.

Dr was ok but the staff could care less about helping you. They would have to get off of the internet first.
