It was great. If you are just looking for a good sub or stromboli I highly recommend this place. The people nice and friendly.

First time coming here, found online as a closer to home option for getting bubble tea. Stood by the registers trying to make eye contact with any of the 3 young employees for over 5 minutes, all 3 of them were leisurely preparing food or smoothies for the one family of 4 seated in the restaurant. Not a single one acknowledged that we were waiting but they definitely saw us. We walked out after 8 minutes and will never return.

Husband and daughter love the food. Boba is really good also. Decent price for the food.

Poor customer service.. came in to pick up an order and wasn’t acknowledged for over five minutes. I understand being busy, but I don’t understand neglecting to acknowledge a potential customer standing and waiting to be served. A simple “hello we’re busy we will be with you in a moment would suffice. When confronted about my issue the guy showed obvious anger and went on to curse and further express his displeasure with me bringing this to his attention.

I absolutely LOVE their Bubble Tea. Always made correct and so good 😊 they’re subs are also so good. It’s always a pleasant experience going here!! And the staff is so nice!!

Never open at 11am as their hours say. First time manager hadn’t even showed up and it was 11:30. Today they couldn’t open because they hadn’t set up yet and it would be awhile.

I hadnt been there for 6 months because every time I go the sub is wrong. I decided to try them again and the same thing happened. I called in at 11 when they opened I always order a club no mayo Xtra honey mustard. She said 10 minutes I got there at 11:10 .I told her my name and she said we dont have it ready it will be 5 minutes. The man who was there had nothing up there to fix subs. He was running around trying to get stuff he had go back and get bread. Its 11:30 I get my sub I open it and its all this mayo I tell no mayo. So I waited until 11:45 I finally got it. This is the 3rd time and Im done with this place. My order is not that hard just ridiculous.

I had an Italian Sub and my daughter had the Ham and Cheese Sub. We both really loved them. The subs were delicious with just the right amount of toppings and the bread the crunchy.

Me and my whole office ordered sandwiches from here and they were awful and not fresh at all would never come back and there sirloin is roast beef and if wanted roost beef. id order one above it that said roast beef no real steak come on yall ... yall gotta do better awful awful awful food dont order steak anything

Formerly W.G. Grinders, the store is now under new management with a new owner. They still serve amazing subs but in addition to old favorites, they now have delicious Bubble Tea and smoothies. The new owner is very nice as well as the rest of their staff.

Went here for a stromboli and bubble tea. The bubble tea was good, but the (italian) stromboli was amazing. Theyre made to order so expect to wait a little bit, but it is well worth it. Will definitely be going back to try their subs, desserts, and other stromboli. 6/5 would recommend!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We all came in for bubble tea and tried the taro coconut. So good. One of my favorite bubble tea joints in columbus. Look forward to trying different flavors in the future.

I love this place. Food portions are beyond enough. One sub can feed at least two people. The price is well worth it and their pasta salad always sells out early (its amazing). One of my many favs.

Used to be really nice, but ever since they changed names I dont know anymore went there on 8/25 placed an order of 3 spicy chicken subs it literally took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my order out. Placed the order at 2:18 pm got my order out by 3:30 and my brother was waiting on his food before going to work so he waited for nothing. Tbh Ill rather drive all the way to the west side at least there they know how to get the order out on time, because at this location they wait until you arrive there to start making your order....

They almost always have buy one get one coupons for their sandwiches.

The subs are very good. Fresh ingredients and plenty of meat and toppings. Fantastic customer service. Friendly, quick, prompt.(very hard to find fantastic customer service like this these days) I’ll definitely be back. Keep it up!!

I am always excited, and sometimes cautious, when a restaurant serves bubble tea.Most of the bubble tea shops around Columbus only serve bubble tea and sometimes pastries; rarely, do they also serve actual food. And then those restaurants that do serve bubble tea...well their tapioca pearls aren’t that great.However, my experience with Pochi Cafe both times I have been there have been wonderful. Not only is their staff friendly and nice, but they are also knowledgeable about their food and drinks, and most importantly patient.The first time I tried this place out, I only got the bubble tea. And for those who are unfamiliar with what bubble tea is. They are pretty much these amazing flavored teas (or smoothies) with tapioca pearls at the bottom. Tapioca pearls (if done right) are these chewy balls of heaven! Also...they have flavored jellies (YAY)! Anyways, so I tried the taro coconut smoothie with bubbles and in all honesty, their tapioca pearls are AMAZING. They are not overdone (you know, where the tapioca pearls almost just start dissolving the minute you start chewing), and they have flavor! Their tapioca pearls are chewy, yet soft, and they are the perfect amount of sweet!The second time we went, I wanted to try their food. We ordered an Italian sub and an Italian Stromboli, both combos, which comes with a drink and either a bag of chips, a cookie, or a salad. We both got the greek salad. Both the sub and Stromboli were delicious! At the end of our meal I was so full, I wasn’t sure if we would have room for bubble tea. But, we live on the West side, and we drove all the way over here to the North side really to get bubble tea....so we got two larges! This time I tried their almond milk tea and pearl milk tea, both with bubbles, and again, both were AMAZING. The tea has flavor and their tapioca pearls are seriously, as Drake would say, the best I ever had.Pochi Cafe - you guys are doing something right because I will be back again and again from the West side for your bubble tea!If you are weary about trying out a new place due to the name change and new ownership, I get it. However, go here and at least try their bubble tea! Best bubbles around town!

This is a really great group of guys who run the place. I was skeptical to head in there since the name changed. But honestly I am happy I did, Grinders is kind of a tired concept anyways. I am excited to see what the guys do with the atmosphere and the menu over time. The new drinks awesome and the food is good. I will be back for sure!

First time back since it was W.G. Grinders -- most of the same menu as Grinders (which we loved!), but the place is much cleaner and just well taken care of. Highly recommend returning if you havent been!

Great ambiance, great food and amazing drinks. Ask Vicktor to whip up a special house tea and you will not be disappointed. One thing I do know is a good Italian and this place delivers.

First time here and it was AMAZING!!! Custoner service immediately is inviting and the food was top notch and such a good price. We had Italian and meatball subs they were awesome. Definitely recommend.

This was previously WG Grinders. Its under new ownership but the food is the same. Theyve added some extra stuff, primarily something called bubble tea. Thats not in my wheelhouse, but I go there because they make a good Reuben. Service has always been good and I can count on the sandwich tasting the same every time I go in.

Great subs! Bubble tea is always refreshing. The atmosphere is very chill, a good place to come eat and chat.

There was fear in my eyes when I returned from college to find that my former after school eatery, W.G. Grinders, had been replaced by Pochi Cafe. I wasnt sure to expect, but what I found was a restaurant that had some of the old favorites from the Grinders menu, with the addition of new items like bubble tea. I dont think I knew how much I wanted a place that served bubble tea near me until coming here. My only thing is I kind of wish the inside could be renovated to fit more of a cafe feel, but that is a minor complaint compared to the excellent experience I had.

Got here 15 minutes before close. As I pulled up they were still open. Walk up to the door it is locked. Then then shut off the light. Bad service. Do go there.

They didn’t have pickles I was given a not so good looking cookie instead.. by buffalo chicken sub did not have spice or flavor to it at all. And it looked very odd. I hope my stomach is okay later

I have visited twice and really enjoyed my visit both times. The food is delicious. I ordered a stromboli and my husband ordered a steak sub. We enjoyed both but definitely recommend the stromboli. I am thrilled to find a local place that serves bubble tea especially as the tapioca is fresh so it absorbs the flavor of the tea and is not overly chewy. They have so many flavors to choose from! We couldnt resist ordering an extra drink and split a mango passion fruit smoothy, and it is my new favorite treat. It is a quirky location with a good amount of room to meet with a group of friends or just read a book. I enjoyed their Halloween decorations particularly this tisel dog holding a pumpkin. It is very cute and I want my own! The service is a little slower than other places I have been to, but everything was made fresh and the staff was very nice both times. The second time, the boy at the counter brought out my tea to me and the whole container of bubble tea straws so I could pick my color. Im definitely taking my sister here on our next day out!
