The people at this store use to be so consistent and reliable - very friendly. A pleasure to visit. The team now - SIMPLY SUCKS! They rush you when ordering - are not friendly at all - not a welcoming experience at all! And they often do not have items that are on the menu for some reason - shameful
The service at this location completely sucks; attitude needs a serious adjustment. People really do need to reconsider working in customer service if they do not know how to serve the public respectfully. Very nasty attitude and definitely need to consider other non customer service job prospects. Bad representation on the parent, the company, and as a human being. Low class, no integrity and definitely no character!!
Drive thru worker was inexplicably rude multiple times and at that point we just drove off. As somebody that worked customer Food service and drive thru lines at a MUCH busier food chain, she needs to reconsider her profession if she can’t handle a Tim Hortons drive thru. That sort of attitude and nastiness is absolutely unacceptable especially in customer service. This store needs to reconsider who they employ because that isn’t the first negative service experience I’ve had there. Absolutely horrific.
I recently visited this Tim Horton and received the worse service and customer service.I ordered 1 medium black coffee and 1 medium coffee with cream and sugarThe person taking the order kept telling me that I had ordered a triple triple (whatever that). I had to tell him three times that no one had ordered that.I had to ask him twice what the total was going to be so that I could have money ready.The y at the window opened the window and said that.we needed to drive on that. We would not be served. She was so unprofessional and rude. I have been in customer service for 27 yearand never treated a customer like that. Needless to say, never will I patronize any of these places.
Called to ask a question. I was friendly, kind, and gracious. I didnt get frustrated or upset at all. Yet the man who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me three times!
This is a much better Tim Hortons than the one about a mile north on Sawmill in the Kroger shopping center. Even though this one is run better, I dont really find the food at Tim Hortons to be worth the price.

Most of the interactions I have had are with very rude people. They give hot coffee without a sleeve and every time I ask for one they are rude. This morning I asked for a sleeve and the lady shut the door and started to eat a sandwich with her same gloves on that she touches customers food and cards with. Not a good location. A couple of people in the afternoon are good enough but I have some low expectations. The coffee is okay sometimes tastes burnt. I love time Hortons but not this location.

Love Tim Hortons but the service was pretty darn slow when we were there.
This Tim Hortons has fast and friendly service- I go here almost every day for my lunch break. I’m giving 4 stars because the speed comes as a detriment to their grilled cheese paninis; either it’s soggy or the cheese isn’t melted at all 9/10 times I get it and since I’m on break I can’t correct them. That’s the only negative at this location though, otherwise it’s great!

DO NOT GO TO THIS FRANCHISE!!In May, I ordered a 2 for 5 special. I was charged for each individually, overcharged by over 3 dollars.Last week I ordered 3 orders of Bagel Bits, which should have been 9 Bagel Bits. I received 6, but was charged for 9, an overcharge again, of over 3 dollars.Today, just 30 minutes ago, I order a medium dark roast. I was told there would be a 4 minute wait. 20 minutes later, still no coffee. They obviously forgot about it.They are inaccurate and inattentive.I am DONE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS FRANCHISE!!

The service I just received was absolutely unacceptable. I will never go to this place again. I ordered a #4 with a hash brown and a coffee and an additional large coffee and glazed donut. I get to the window, and they hand me one coffee with my sandwich and a donut. When I asked about the missing items, the woman rudely said, “You didn’t order one. Bye!” And shut the window. I handed her my receipt, and said I did actually. She then hands me another coffee, and rudely says “Bye!”I STILL NEEDED MY HASH BROWN!!! She kept the receipt, and literally threw the hash brown through my window into the car. It was so unbelievable, and ridiculous, that it’s almost funny. I sat there in shock. Never again.

Very disappointed with this location. I was there 2 days ago, ordered 4 drinks, and my total was $14.56. I came back today, ordered the same drinks, the same way, the same sizes, and my total was $15.51. Also on both days the person that was handling the money was also putting the drinks together, which is not very sanitary. Lastly, 2 days ago, the drinks were too strong and didnt taste the way they always been and today the Mocha Ice Capp had all the mocha sauce on the bottom as if it wasnt mixed right.
Enjoy Tim Hortons coffee and who doesnt like Timbits. Fast and super friendly staff. Great location to get in and out in a jiffy
I have given this Time Hortons one too many chances. They have gotten multiple orders wrong for me in the past and today was the last straw. I ordered an iced coffee with one cream and when I got it it literally looks like milk with a little coffee in it there’s so much cream. I also ordered a bagel with just bacon and cheese, no egg and they gave me egg. And this isn’t the first time either of these things have happened. There were four people working at the window that I could see when there are usually only 2, you would think someone could check to make sure the orders are correct. I know right now is a difficult time, but please, take the extra few seconds to make sure you’re giving your customers what they order.
I came here to order my meal and drink thru the drive thru and there were two people talking to me at once and it was very confusing to hear and i told them my order and the man yelled at me but the women was over all nice, they arnt very organised but the food and drinks were fine. i ordered two large drinks and they gave me one medium yet i still paid full price for two large. they took forever to get my order and they were not very busy. overall i’m going to a different place next time
This is a great place to come to to eat and drink coffee. The inside is pretty nice and always a place to sit and listen to some music and relax a little bit. They make the best looking donuts out of any Tim Hortons besides Henderson and Reed, theirs always look nice to. Cant wait to come back and see Vicki and Andre, they always make your day better!!!
Not even worth one star for my visit today. I was trying to support you guys and yes I drove through the drive-through and skip the ordering as I do not want to get soaked during torrential down pour‘s more than once. The lady was completely rude at the counter no please no thank you did not even listen to what I was asking. Way too much creamer in my iced coffee. Very unhappy

This one of the worst stores I have been in, floors look like havent been swept in awhile. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with extra cheese and didnt get my extra cheese. The only thing that was good was the donut.
Just tried to go to this location. All of the lights are on, and it was about 7:30pm. Sat in the drive thru, for a bit since all of the lights were on and it was before the posted closing time. No service. Tried to go inside, doors locked, no signs indicating that they were closing early or because there was a problem. Again, all of the lights and signs are on inside. Quite disappointed!
Food and service have both taken a nosedive in the last year or so. Drive-through reps tend to be rude, people working inside tend to sit in the lounge chairs on their phones when things arent busy. I used to love the kettle chips, but lately they taste like theyve been cooked on bad oil or burnt.
Recommend for the donuts and coffee rather than the food. Portions are small and prices are more expensive than similar restaurants. The taste is OK. This particular restaurant was clean and had a comfortable and modernized interior.
We ordered a box of Timbits for our grandson at drive-thru. We have always paid $1.99 at other stores without a coupon, but were overcharged $2.79. When I questioned the clerk, she said no, $1.99 is only with a coupon. We were also not given a receipt. We wont stop here again.

Update this place still sucks. I just want a coffee with some cream is that too much to ask for?This Tim Hortons never seems to get my order right. I ask for a vanilla coffee and get a vanilla latte. This is the third time in a row my order has been incorrect. The staff either doesn’t pay attention, hear clearly or just could care less. Definitely recommend visiting another location.
Went to this Tim Hortons a few days ago and the employees where beyond rude and snappy as soon as I got to the window. After I told them give me a second when I pulled up, it was down hill from there .
The Sunday 3pm staff was incredibly rude. Order was taken incorrectly - coupon not applied and topping left off of drink. When asked to correct I was told I could not receive items I didnt pay for (coffee topping), although the order was incorrect. After debating that the order was wrong, it wasnt my fault the topping was left off and I shouldnt have to pay, I reluctantly gave the additional .60 and had the straw thrown in my face. Of course no receipt given. It was a sad display of customer service....and being assaulted with a straw nonetheless.
The guy working was the only one staffed and was fast and filled the orders correctly

Went in this morning for some timbits about 5:30, pulled up to the drive through and they told me oh sorry, we dont have any donuts ready. Very very frustrating. If the sign on the store says they open at 5, I should be able to walk in at five and order anything I want off of their menu, and on top of that, whats the first thing most people are going to walk through that door and want? Donuts! But to be fair theyve had excellent service in my past trips, usually around 8 or 9 in the morning. But disappointed to say the least.
Its good always go there for the coffee and the cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese
This was by far the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. From the moment we started our order the employees were rude and basically yelling at us. We ordered standard meals but the hashbrowns were in the oven. They got on the speaker and yelled that they couldnt serve them to us... because they were cooking. We got to the window and said we would wait (maybe 2 more minutes) and they made us pull around so they wouldnt mess up their internal drive thru timer..... uhhhhh what? We got a side of bacon that was not cooked, so we went around again, were again told to drive around (again no one behind us) and wait so we dont mess up their times. Worst. Workers. Ever. Sandwiches were barely heated, bacon was uncooked, donut was thrown in the bottom of the bag without its own site, and almost everyone was rude.
The service was terrible. The kid who took our order seemed to be stoned. He only got one item correct. Then the cook got our order wrong too. When I told him the item I ordered wasnt on the tray he threw away one of the items (the wrong one) then when we told him our order still wasnt right he got loud and said I told him to throw the item away (I hadnt).The manager intervened, gave us our money back plus a $5 gift card, but based on that experience I wont go their again.Nobody working there seemed to have a clue what they were doing.
I went through the drive through and placed my order. I clarified 3 times -twice at the order board, and once right to the guys face at the window that I wanted no tomatoes or peppers on my wrap. I get home and theres both. I call and the guy says to come back and theyll remake it. I go, and he doesnt even offer a free donut or something for my trouble. When I get home with my new wrap, I take a bite and my chicken is cold! Horrible!

Love the place. I dont think I can write a detailed review that would help anyone...! Well, I just found out they serve XL coffee not on the menu so theres that. Tip, use the drive thru instead of coming in, even if there is a long line. They seem to have a larger drive-thru dedicated team vs walk-ins.

Sunday May 5th around 11am.This had to be the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. A couple in front of me was ordering their food and the cashier Pedro was calling over to the other employee Victoria asking about a sandwich and she rudely barks back at him asking why he would build it that way. They continue to go back and forth arguing with eachother in front of everyone and making childish comments. That went on for almost the entire time I was there. I stood there waiting for about 4-5 minutes as he prepared the couples order when another employee finally came over to ask for my order. I just wanted a doughnut. I couldnt imagine if this location was actually busy. There is a lack of management at this location and some serious training needs to happen. Wont be coming back.To add to this, as I pulled up an angry looking customer is storming back inside with food in his hand as if he received the wrong order. Also what appeared to be a manager, was complaining to the other employees that she was supposed to be gone by 11 at 11:15 as she was cleaning or putting some kind of trays back out. These things also didnt contribute to the already not great experience...After posting this review I also saw that other customers had issues with the Sunday crew. Very sad. Tim Hortons needs to step in!

Food was just as I expected, very good and their coffee is the best.
I like their tim bits, otherwise I would not go there. My husband hated the omelette bites. They dont sell chai tea latte so you are better off going to Starbucks for that.
They messed up our coffee 3 times, great price if you have time to sit and wait for them to correct your order. The lady was very nice but she didnt seem to understand English very well.....I dont recommend coming here.

Went there today and got a medium cafa mocha ( i get them all the time in the ciry im from ) so its not something new to me..it was just hot colored water. I go back through the drive thru and she takes it from me and said it was watery from the little bit of ice i asked for..i always get a few pieces of ice in it..i told her that something was wrong with the chocolate that goes in it so she just makes me a hotter brown water ( heance no ice) and hands it back...i really didnt need the attitude on my lunch break so i just trashed the drink ..worst few dollars ever spent ....dont go to this one ..worth the drive to go to the one down sawmill...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Every time I go here I always receive the wrong order, sometimes they even stop taking orders almost an hour before they are scheduled to close. They are never helpful in trying to sort out their mistakes they make it seem like its my fault and they think thats okay because they wont give you receipts either so you cant prove anything. When I went through drive thru today the girl very crudly told me my total and never said a word after. I was a dollar short when I originally gave my money to her I realized my mistake and pulled out another dollar before she asked me to and was ready to hand it to her. She gave me the most disgusted look even though she didnt even need to tell me I was wrong......in addition to all that they gave me yet again a wrong order. (today - Thursday, June 20 around 1:30pm) I always say that Ill never go back to that location but end up trying to give them another chance since this location is the closest to me. After this last time I will gladly drive way out of my way to go to either the 6850 hospital Dr location or the 7493 sawmill Rd location because they always get my order correct and are extremely friendly.
Was here few months back not so good baut all new crew very friendly, quick and all around good place ro step out of cold sit down to good cup of coffee and the food is not half bad. Will be back a lot more often now.

The employee mentioned it is against the policy to give coffee from an other pot if customer asks, as they have to finish the first pot before going to the other. Kinda rude... customer service sucks. Would rather drive an extra mile to get good service.

I stopped at this location two to three times a week and I order the Oreo iced Capp every time. In the last few visits my ice cap have not been correct. The first ice cap was very dark and a lot of coffee and hardly no Oreos. I wasnt happy but I drank it and decide to give it another chance today when I received my ice cap got home it started to drink it, it was mostly cream and hardly no coffee flavor. With this happening twice in one week I am not likely to return to this location I will drive the extra couple minute to the other locations either on Sawmill or Bethel. Also at this location every time I come the service is extremely slow. Even though the service is slow the people are very nice but not putting out good product. Due to the last two experiences I am unlikely to return to this location due to poor product and service.

This location really needs some covering at the drive thru for when it’s raining. Over the ordering station and drive thru window. What surprises me is that this is a brand new location so it should have already been completed.
