Went to the Olentangy River Road location across from target this AM. The guy who took my order/was at the window was so pleasant, cheerful and nice. You don’t find that often anymore in the past year- thank you.
Bought a sandwich from here and when I bit into it, it was still frozen. I tried to call to get a refund and no one ever answered the phone. I don’t have time to go back and now used my whole lunch break to get a frozen sandwich.
Finally got the points system figured out. Originally I ordered a Chase prepaid debit card to purchase coffee and discover earning points for buying coffee seeing how I like it so much. Well the prepaid card does not earn points for you. You still have to use your phone to have them scan your Starbucks card to accumulate the point. Anyways its always nice to get a very expensive quadruple espresso latte on your birthday. I like the merchandise too every once in a while that looks interesting. Pretty much the same experience as any other Starbucks. Good coffee good service.
Always a great visit. Love the Toffee Nut Latte!
Question for management—would you guys consider getting one of those floor-runner electrical outlet fixtures along the bottom of the front windows inside? Right now, there are only 2 tables out of the 7 customer tables inside that have access to charging for computers, phones, etc. If you want an example of what I’m talking about for reference, the Starbucks at 9700 Sawmill Pkwy in Powell has one along the bottom of its windows. I’d like to come to this Starbucks more but usually when I am here I can’t charge my devices.
Ordered a simple venti coffee with nonfat. Got black, again. Drove off to come back 30 min later, and I told them when I last came through, and they wanted to just give me additional milk. So 45 later after waiting in line for another 15 min, I got a coffee. No sorry. I had to ask for a new coffee. Im never tipping again at that location.
It be better experience if they got my name right lol not even remotely close!
I absolutely love this Starbucks! They go above and beyond! I called today to confirm my order that I ordered for my Fiancé because the time seemed weird but long behold when I called they were already making the order! I then asked for a favor and asked if they could write a little love note for me and they said absolutely! This is warmed my heart and I will never stop coming to this Starbucks just for the service and hospitality! Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work!
Easy access Starbucks with plenty of room in the drive through for when the line forms. A lot of parking, so no issue getting a spot to go in. Nice employees that always have a smile.
Great staff and great drinks!
1st time I went there I felt really good I was going to the store for my boss to get her the type of coffee she likes so I decided to go back 2 days later rude awakening to myself the people some of them that works there looked at me like I was some type I disease .Paper front of me they was polite to them they even gave their money to them in their hands but when it came to me it was a whole different story they act like they did not want to give me the money and put it in my hand is there they laid it on a counter did not even tell me have a good day like the toll the rest of the customers but Thats OK were few but with me is not OK if I was your boss and I saw that you will be suspended for a week maybe 2 everybody deserve to be treated the same Hope to see you come in my store one day so I can show you how its really post to be done how to really treat a customer and treat everyone the right way to put a smile on their face
Closed even though the SB app indicated that they were open until midnight.
Everything was perfect, very nice and polite.
Im giving a 1 because I have been going here for a long time, quite a few years, and recently theyve gotten a lot worse, my fiance is lactose intolerant, almost to the point of being allergic to milk, so she ordered coconut or almond milk in her drinks, recently they have gotten really bad about making her drinks with milk which has caused her to spend some time in uncomfortable situations that couldve been avoided if people actually had some integrity left about doing their jobs any more. I was a barista for a time in my life, it can be complicated but its not hard and is a very great trade to know even if its for making your own drinks, its a fun world, if youre not interested in doing it then you shouldnt be working it starbucks.
Always fantastic customer service and great prices
Good service but the chairs outside are uncomfortable 😕
Very friendly staff some of them have learned my name and I only go like once or twice a month. The only negative is that the hours change up daily one day they are open till midnight, the next they could close at 8 some days they close at 9. When I do have to work overnight shifts I like to go to this location cause they are open late its disappointing to get there and they are already closed.
Okay, I must admit... I’m there every single morning getting my caffeine fix! The staff, beyond friendly! The beverages, CRISP! The decor, immaculate! The music selection, bop worthy! 10/10 would recommend this location! I order the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher every single day, as my fathers name is Barry and it reminds me of him. The drink is so soothing, chilled, and refreshing! The staff tend to all of my needs when i’m basically dehydrated... they quench my thirst.
I drive out of my way to get coffee before work because they open at 5:00 but for the last month they haven’t been open. Change your times online if you’re not going to be open.
I come to this location every day. Honestly, sometimes TWICE a day. And wow, every time is a wonderful experience. I’m not gonna lie, it gets very busy, especially during the school year, but the staff is so well equipped to handle the rush. Whether it’s In store or drive through, I am ALWAYS met with a warm welcome and pleasant conversation. It is the highlight of my day. I know there are Starbucks on every corner, but none of them create the wonderful and spectacular experience that the Olentangy river road staff bring.
Constantly making my drinks wrong. Very inconsistent when I order the same drink
Awesome service very nice people
Nice servers but constantly running out of food items. I’ve been there 4 times in a row and each time I was told they ran out of items I wanted. They never ever have impossible breakfast sandwiches stocked.
This place is slowly for make the order every time I visit need 30 min or more
Fast and delicious, always there to satisfy my need for caffiene
The drivethru line took some manuvering but the breakfast sandwichs were good and my daughter loves their iced coffee💖
Service was fast in the drive through even though there was a long line, and the drinks were delicious
It was SUPER busy at like 8am. Cars in line were out in the road, and that was the worst part. I got through the line quickly though and the barista at the window was very nice! I got the iced Caramel Brulee latte and of course it was delicious.
I will say, I am extremely picky about how I like my caramel macchiato and this Starbucks location gets it perfect, if not better, every time. The window cashiers are very personal and polite. I have had some great conversations while also getting an amazing coffee. Highly suggest this location!
Polite staff. Helpful and did their best to make me happy even when stuff I wanted was out of stock.
Slowest starbs in town
I have yet to have a bad experience here! Only negative is the cafe size (which can’t be controlled lol) in normal times it’s full a lot (rn not really cause you can’t sit) the late hours of this store is super convenient. Normal drive thru wait times!
The girl who took care of me was very polite at 5 am, and my venti iced americano with a bunch of add ins was so mM. PERFECT. I’ve never gone to a Starbucks that makes it strong enough and this is the first starbucks I’ve been to that serves strong, mucho flavor coffee. Yay!
Slow staff, incorrectly made drinks..
Good as the others
Amazing as always.
Love that you guys are back open. Always quick, accurate and friendly. Best Starbucks in Columbus for sure :)
This is by bar far the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to in the Columbus area! The staff is so friendly! They always put a smile on my face! Quick, friendly, and lovely!
Only giving 2 stars because the customer service was terrible. Ordered a Kiwi refresher & they were out. They suggested a 🍓 refresher. Pull up to get my drink and they didnt have all of the ingredients!!!!
Carlos is a wonderful asset to your company. I ordered and paid for blueberry oatmeal, but they were out of blueberries. Carlos recommended dried strawberries in place of blueberries, which truly worked for me. Thank you for hiring such pleasant and knowledgeable people.
Best Starbucks in CBUS, hands down! Friendly, quick service and your order is always right. I’ll drive 15 minutes out of my way to come here vs. any of the locations in Reynoldsburg. I wish they were all this good.
Ridiculously overpriced average drinks.
Could not find a table to sit at because all the students had the tables. 2 people took up a table with 7 chairs. Would not share it with us. I student per table with 4 chairs. I do not recommend this Starbucks just to sit and relax and enjoy your coffee
I GET MA DRINKS
This store regularly closes or closes early without providing any updated information to customers, it is very frustrating.
The best morning 🌄peeps
Super friendly baristas. Clean environment and as always the best way to start a crazy day.
How you going to ask me my order 5x and still mess it up and close up shop after that like noo charged $5 for a $2 cup of tea
Service is great and quick. Nice people too.
Never been there, unless someone else is buying. Whos got $5 bucks for a cup of coffee? You can buy a lb. of coffee and a can of whipped cream for a little more, and be good for awhile!
Very slow. I waited 13 minutes for a frapp
Always experienced friendly service but over the past 6 months their service time has steadily declined. Waiting 15+ min in the drive thru is now expected on each visit. The 24/7 drive thru has also been discontinued. As an overnight driver, this was my go to place for coffee at those early morning hours so Im pretty disappointed in the change. I wont be visiting this location as often.
I have repeatedly visited this store due to proximity to my workplace. However, after today that will stop. Every time I utilize the drive thru, the wait time is never less than 15 minutes and today I waited only to learn at the window they were out of what I ordered. I understand that happens on occasion, but I also noticed the cashier handing out gift cards for the wait. Not only did I wait but didn’t even get my order and I barely got an apology. The customer service and extended waits are ridiculous.
The duve-thru is always slammed here, but pick-up/carry-out is always under 2 or 3 minutes.
One of my favorite shops
Love this place and all the Batistas they are so friendly. I love that they are open 24hrs as I work night shift. I go here almost nightly 🥰
My go to drink spot
I was using the bathroom at this location and the bathrooms were so dirty and on top of that I saw I mouse while I was in there. I was so BEYOND DISAPPOINTED at this location on how the staff is treating it and when I told them about how the bathrooms were dirty and seeing a mouse, they just acted like they didn’t care. DON’T RECOMMEND going to this location.
Latte was good. service was good. staff was very pleasant as always. Prices are a high. Nice atmosphere. Good internet connection.
I have been here a few times now to work in the afternoon and consistently had bad experiences. Not only do they get orders wrong, but the front counter staff is unexcited to the point of being rude. The store is also always dirty. I understand they are a high volume store but maybe you should train your front counter person to clean tables when no one is in line. Also wouldnt hurt to clean the bathrooms once in awhile. I felt like I was at a gas station bathroom, minus the graffiti
Great drinks, fast service, nicely crafted beverages. This location is open. 24/7
Fast service and good coffee. Liking the color scheme now of the new menu no. It really fits in with it being March and the season of the green. Service was great and it was quick
Good coffee and tea.
Always a quick in and out for this location, not a huge fan of the parking lot though. Its sometimes inconvenient to pull in and out of because of its location along Olentangy. Still, the staff is friendly and the coffee is great as far as Starbucks standards are concerned.
Always fast friendly people. Have gotten our orders correct every time.
They were fast and friendly.
Tomas has one of the kind best service in all starbucks Ive ever been. He is the delight at night while all the other starbucks are closed. His positive attitude made a long day pleasant. 😊😊😊
Seriously so disappointed... I’ve gone to this location for years and just recently the service has been horrible. I’ve visited this location back to back and they have gotten my order wrong twice. Each time I ordered Peach Citrus White Tea with Lemonade. The first time they gave me the drink that I asked for but it wasn’t sweetened. I thought you know what, everyone makes mistakes. The second time, I order, drive up, and I was expecting to get the drink I ordered. Little did I know that they did not have any peach, the barista did not make me aware. By this time, the cashier had inserted my card and rang me out. As I proceeded to tell her that this wasn’t what I ordered, it was too late. She made no accommodations, I left upset, and my money was wasted.
Had the most energetic barista at the window today. Funny and energetic - made my colleague and I get a good laugh in this morning. Wish I would’ve caught his name but whoever he is needs to work the window everyday!
Very bad customer service
Had to wait 20 minutes for my drinks, they were completely focused on the mobile orders and drive thru orders, not the in store orders.
Made me the wrong type of coffee and wanted me to go ahead and buy it or buy another one... Waited 20 minutes in line.. drive-thru
The best location in the world, they are breaking my heart when they close for a few days. Hope everyone is OK.
Its Chestnut Praline Season and all is well!!!!♥️🎄
Its Starbucks... there is a reason its popular. plus we had to wait and they were super apologetic and gave us a free drink. The lady was so nice, I love her
Each cup of coffee is made with love. I can taste it. It is magical. It makes me sparkle and twinkle throughout the course of the workday. After my first sip I am swept away to a land of fairies and dragons who are also vegan and let you ride upon their back way up high into the clouds where they give you tours of famous historical sites and dont charge you for the souvenir map. Before landing we break into song, belting at the top of our lungs that timeless class, SAFETY DANCE.Now I sit at my desk, working late. It will be another hour and 28 minutes before they open their doors and welcome me into their loving mocha arms giving me the will to carry on. And I will think to myself Heroes dont wear capes. They make coffee.
Not open for dine-in, contrary to the listing details.
Always crowded, understaffed, and long delays when ordering or picking up. As a Starbucks partner for almost a decade, I know this store can do better.
I had to wait quite a bit longer than others, for my drink (not anything anything difficult, crazy or Frappuccino-ish about it, just a Black Iced Tea Unsweetened). BUT, the Blonde Male Baristas upbeat & kind attitude made the wait tolerable. He was very positive & friendly - and seemed as if he truly enjoyed his job.
Everyone seems to have a different way of making coffee. Some are Really good and others are so so. Friendly service
Whoever was the team at 1pm Saturday July 27th is the epitome of teamwork and proper training! The drive thru had about 10 cars so I decided to go inside. The team was working so efficiently around each other and communicating SO well and their customer service was not lacking due to the rush. I’m so impressed with those guys, I wish every Starbucks ran like that!
This Starbucks is so hit or miss. Sometimes their drinks are good and sometimes theyre not. As of the morning of September 15, 2018, it is disgusting. Also, employees are nice (hence the 3 stars) but customers are rude. I guess what can I expect from a Starbucks so close to campus?
Its a good atmosphere, plenty of space to sit down and study!
Nice place because it’s the only Starbucks open at night near me.
The bad. The turn in for the parking lot sucks. Its a busy road and people move too fast so it hard to turn in without disturbing traffic. The people are amazing though. I came in with a bad drink from another location and the fixed it, no questions. They even apologized that it wasnt made right the first time. Store as well staffed, clean and running great
Very friendly staff, honestly made my day just conversing with them. I hadnt went to Starbucks in a couple months and didnt know much of the new menu and they were completely patient with me and helped find the perfect drink for me. I will be returning to this location often.
I never had it my sister drinks it an she likes it i think she gets a vanilla bean coffee idk
Its your average starbucks. Good coffee, clean, friendly and cozy. The real treat is the outdoor patio. Little constructive criticism would be regarding the cream station. It was fairly messy and looked like it hadnt been attended to for most of the morning. Not a huge deal but room for improvement.
Do not even bother to go inside. Mobile and drive thru orders come first. While we my stop at this location again it will be for pick up only. Even the barista were giving excuses why mobile orders and drive thru orders were first. If that is the case hire more baristas.
The staff at this Starbucks location continue to impress me - its one of just a handful of locations where I am still greeted if Im only coming in to pick up a mobile order. I appreciate the positive moment created by that greeting!
I really wish I could do zero stars. This is one of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. They are super slow and the workers are rude and sarcastic. The drive through must get priority. I saw about 5 cars go by before I got my plain black ice coffee. Not a frap, not a latte, just plain black iced coffee. I timed it yesterday and stood at the handoff for 11 minutes after I had ordered waiting for my iced coffee. There was no one in the store behind me and I waited that long. On top of that the little boy that made my drink took personal offense when I asked him for a flat lid. You would have thought I asked for his dog as a blood sacrifice. Then he couldnt have been more sarcastic and rude after the fact when handing me my drink. I know it sucks sometimes working retail, been there done that, but thats three times in a row I have gotten horrible service here so I will never go back to this Starbucks.
Service is usually good, but it has to be the slowest Starbucks in the city. Drive thru lines are always 10 miles long. It’s busy but not busy enough to warrant perpetual waits.
This place can get a little busy and turning left out of their parking lot can be a disaster during rush hour, but the baristas are friendly and efficient and theres usually enough table space to go around. Less comfy chairs than you might find elsewhere, but overall its very efficient and utilitarian.
Lemon Cake was great but the coffee sucks. Even speedway coffee was better than what Starbucks served me..
