HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE! The customer service here has to improve. I will honestly never go back to this location. Not only do they not answer phone but I waited on manager for several minutes without getting any help. I would not recommend this store to anybody. Take the time to go to another location even if it’s a little further. I ended up going to Easton AT&T and upgraded to an IPhone 13.

Totally lied to about a free Hot Spot device which was provided when we added some phone lines. Now has been charging card every month for it and when you goto cancel after 14 days another $120 fee. READ ALL THE SMALL PRINT ! I dont trust these guys.

I left T-Mobile and became a customer with A&TT today and I’m already so pleased with the service. Terron helped me get into a brand new Apple iPhone 12! He worked very quickly and thoroughly. I went in the store and told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He hooked me up with the perfect plan. He didn’t try to pressure me into spending more money then I wanted too or pressure me into unnecessary accessories. (I still bought the 35 dollar case! Lol) Nikki, the store manager, was also in the store and was very personable. She talked to me about my plan and made sure I understood everything. This was a wonderful experience! Def 5 stars!

Our rep let us know what deals there were, ordered our phones and watches, and told us the prices up front. 10/10 the best phone buying experience Ive ever had. I had purchased my wife the new Apple Watch with the fall resistant feature due to her having seizures, about week ago my wife dropped it and it cracked the screen, I called the insurance got replacement, we went to the Canal Winchester Ohio At&T store and had protective cover put on, the next day my wife woke up and there was some bubbles in the cover, we took it to the S Hamilton Rd Columbus Ohio At&T store, we walked in and informed the gentleman we had just got the cover yesterday and could they try to get the air bubble out or put another one on, and the manager there said you can go on line and get one we do that as courtesy we don’t have to do it and I thought he was thinking the front of watch fell off and I said no it’s the protective cover he said yeah go online and get it, didn’t even look to see if they had one, then we said we will just go back to Canal Winchester AT&T store so they can help he said no I’m manager of that store 2, there was people in the store my wife said I hope you all see how they back the products they sell, he was very rude to be in position as customer service employee, we went to 900 S high st Columbus Ohio and meet Nikki the store manager who was fabulous, she helped us out was kind, friendly, helpful, went above and beyond, answered all of our questions, that’s why I’m giving 5 stars she went above and beyond, we’ve been customers of At&T for 8-9 yrs we have our cell phones and tv service with AT&T and the interaction we received at our first location I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, this is customer service field and I’m aware the customer isn’t always right but there are ways to treat them other than just being outright rude and disrespectful............... Switched to att bought 5 new phones and lines. One phone went in to update mode and now wont work att says they wont cover it. Now Im with out a phone and have to pay 500 dollars and buy a new phone insurance is BS. Just a selling gimmick....will be looking for a new phone provider asap.Nick

Top notch experience! I went into AT&T to figure out my options because my old phone just didn’t have the storage I needed anymore, etc etc. Bo was super knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond with keeping me in my budget comfortably PLUS walking me through activating my new phone. I could tell that he loves his job because the customer service I received and my overall experience reflected exactly that!

I was told a lot of misinformation between the store associates and customer assistance associates over the phone.Nothing about my experience in this store was pleasant or easy. I was told one thing over the phone with customer service and then told another thing in the store.Cesar, a store associate, had to talk to his manager on the phone in order to complete my requests.There’s just a clear lack of organization and knowledge at this store.I’m incredibly underwhelmed and dissatisfied.

I visited the store with my mother, hoping to get some assistance on either upgrading my current phone or creating a totally new account. We worked with Bo & he was not only completely honest, but insanely helpful throughout the whole process! We probably spent nearly over an hour with him & never felt bored or annoyed by the process! Getting a new phone can be a long process sometimes, but the crew here didn’t make the time drag on! GREAT SERVICE!!! Will definitely return!

Please save y’all the headache of dealing with AT&T… We made the mistake of signing up for six cell phones, residential Internet, commercial Internet, and cable. We spent over $900 a month with AT&T for whatever reason the residential Internet account is consistently being disconnected not disconnected in the sense of having mechanical issues disconnected in the sense that they don’t run the auto payment they keep trying to tell us we’ve never set up auto pay when we’ve set it up multiple times all of the rest of our accounts are paid in full on time why would we not pay the $35 Internet ? That makes no sense as a customer that utilizes multiple avenues of your offered services you think you would be willing to look into something for the van yeah your bills do because obviously I know the bill is due when it’s due but you guys never take the payment and it’s just been around and around and around and around and around with customer service their customer service is terrible. At the end of the day I do plan to take my services outswear we’ve already got spectrum and start up at the office, next will be the home Internet and cable, and then most likely switching to Verizon for all six of our cell phones. You guys are a mess and cannot handle or follow through with the services that you say you’re going to provide.

I was trying to port my number over from Sprint and Bo and Alice were extremely helpful! They worked with me a few times over the day to successfully port my number over. They even stayed a bit later since my phone was taking so long to set up.Update: After receiving my first bill, I have to bring down my rating. My bill is for 2 months due to the fact that AT&T charges a month ahead. Unfortunately I wasnt told that when in the store. I was promised after all fees that my bill wouldnt be over $80, when its actually closer to $100. I was also told Id have a Personal Hotspot with my plan, that wasnt accurate either as I dont have that option available without adding more to my bill.

Decent service, but the sales person did not understand how the Galaxy watch is supposed to work when you pay for it to have its own, separate phone number. Also didnt know what was in stock and had to keep asking the other sales person to help her answer our questions. She also wasnt very friendly, she seemed like she really didnt want to have to answer questions or spend much time trying to make a sale. I kind of got the feeling that she was more interested in chatting with my husband than answering any of my questions. My husband is the most loving, loyal and faithful husband anyone could ever hope to have, so he and I were simply amused and got a little giggle out of the whole interaction. Luckily, my husband is pretty knowledgeable, since he used to work for Radio Shack. This store also doesnt keep any of the Galaxy watches in stock that you can take home the same day, which in my opinion, sucks, because if Im paying that much money for something after making the effort to get in my car and drive to the store, park, walk around, etc, then I dont think that it is in any way unreasonable to want to take it home when I swipe my card and leave the store. If I wanted to wait to get it in the mail several days later, I would have just ordered it online (and probably saved money as well). Overall, the store at Easton has a much larger selection of products in stock, and the other location on High Street has much more knowledgeable staff, mostly video game playing college kids who can answer any question you could ever dream up about any and every phone they have ever had in the store! So I will give three stars, mostly for effort, as well as for the other employee, who definitely knew more than the one who waited on us.

Bo and his coworker who I unfortunately did not get his name but he had red hair and glasses, and was working on Friday November 22nd with Bo, were WONDERFUL!! they told me what the problem was with my phone and why it was not sending texts or making calls, jumped through hoops and did everything to fix it. Bought a phone here for me and my son. I was told one thing a d billed another... tried contacting the store manager a few times and never received a return call! Sent a text to the girl who sold the phone to me... Hi Emy, I received my first bill since we go the phones and Im very upset. Per my bill you lied to me. You told me if I bought 1 phone the second one was half off. I have called support and that is not reflected on my account. I have called your store twice and no response from your manager. I need this corrected. 3 days later I get this reply I apologize about that Kendra. You will be getting the full half off credits, unfortunately sometimes it takes AT&T 2-3 billing cycles to apply the promotions. I wo t be back! Not fair i have to chase down my discount but you receive your payment upfront. 🤔

I am only occasionally in German Village but I had had the opportunity to briefly stop at this AT&T store recently [2-16-2019] on my way to an event at the Parsons Ave. Branch Library.A different AT&T store in Columbus [I now forget which one] had disabled more of the functions of my third-party anti-virus program than I had requested that they disable; a staff member of the AT&T store at 900 S. High St. had been able to re-enable most of the features of that anti-virus program that I actually want to function.

This place is a joke. Snotty sales staff. Had to make FOUR trips to be told via customer service that I need to speak to my HR for an OSU corporate discount. Nothing like making ME do all the work. Phone rep promised a $99 discount for installation on internet modem and that was a lie. Called CS a few times to check on that and kept putting me off. Never trust ATT!
