A great place for phone upgrades, quick and easy

I was here earlier today for three hours attempting to upgrade to the iPhone 7. The entire time was spent standing there talking to employees and on the phone with target and Verizon customer service. With both sides telling me that the other was a problem that I couldnt upgrade. Employees had very bad person Personal hygiene, one smelled like body odor and cigar smoke. Other guys uniform was covered in animal hair.Asset protection was standing there watching us during this also, which I personally thought was stupid, because if we were doing something bad why not watch us on the million cameras in the store instead of standing 35 ft away with you target radios clipped to your hip acting like your shopping? After leaving the store Verizon verified that target wasnt indeed the problem and the employees were incompetent and caused the problem here. I quickly filed a complaint also right after getting off the phone with them. I wont ever go back to this specific store.
