Cordial staff, clean waiting area, clean bathroom. Easy access.

People are not communicative. I cant reach them over the phone. They give you fake promise, but they never call you back in case of emergency.

Great customer service

So, I caught a flat tire on the HWY 82; it was raining so hard I didnt know what to do. So I called the nearest car dealership, and Thankful the nice gentleman helped me. He even let me bring my dog inside the service center as I waited for the technician to fix my tire.
