I personally, bought my new Atlas of Germain Volkswagen, but I can tell you, you will not be disappointed with Germain. They have the biggest inventory count on the east coast, and are happy to serve you. Keep in mind, you do have to book an appointment, but they never have a line for appointments. Very exceptional service and I would definitely come back.
They would not honor the warranty on a car battery.1 hour and 50 minutes(with appointment)To check a battery...They cla battery was good.I took it to AutoZone and they tested it found it to be bad. Can only assume toyota wast lied.
I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Whats the purpose of even making an appointment?
The service techs were very nice and made sure to explain things that were wrong with the car in detail, but in a way so that I could understand what they were talking about. The service guys who did the work on the car made sure to keep the inside clean and not to get grease everywhere. They have a waiting room available, so that you can sit and wait for your car in comfort. It had nice comfortable furniture, free coffee and water, an espresso bar, a snack machine, and cable television. They gave me an estimated time in which i could expect the car to be done, and it was done not long after that time. I would recommend Germain to anyone looking to have service work done to their vehicle.
Sold me the wrong oil filter. I even questioned them at the counter and I was assured they pulled the correct filter. Big difference between spin on and cartridge.

Nice dealership for Subaru. Salespersons were nice. Makayla took care of us and she was great. She was very courteous and helpful. The financing guy, which I forgot his name was also very nice but pushy AF on his extended warranties. I was firm, I did not want their extended warranties so he just shifted to convincing my wife. I had to tell him to cut it off. Everything else was great, including the deal, they beat the price of other competitors in town.

Dealerships wanted more money down, wanted my credit score higher, my payments were outrages, there was always something wrong no matter where I went. Not only did I walk away with my own car I DIDNT NEED A CO SIGNER EITHER! He made my first car purchasing experience so smooth, and enjoyable!!!!! STRESS FREE!!!!!!! I went with my wife to get her Elantra fixed. The service manager approached us to let us know the issues. He proceeds tell me about what they need to do and I had to stop him. I told him Ask and talk to my wife. Its her car! The car is in her name. I had to walk away to make sure he was talking to her directly. After the work was done. He once again approached me to tell me how much the total cost was and what they did. He then just waved to my wife. She then walks up to the cashier and pays the bill for her car. He was wrong on many levels. UPDATE: After getting new brakes, rotors, low air sensor, (4) new tires and an alignment. Now the low tire pressure light is on and all tires are at the proper tire pressure. Now...back to the dealership so they can fix it right! Its not the first time we have had issues with tires and the warning light with them.
Nothing was clearly marked! Seen their sign saying Cars $5000 and under. But couldnt find 1 clearly marked in the price range as advertised. Felt like I was on a goose chase. No, help from salespeople as I watched others being helped.
I had my car in for service and I can only speak volumes about how wonderful the Service Department has always made me feel welcome, and feeling as if I had received the best service possible. I am always greeted with a smile and it shows that provided excellent customer service is their primary goal and they take such wonderful pride in demonstrating it.Yes, I pay a little more for service at a dealership, but the service alone is worth more to me than saving a few dollars. There are a lot of places that do not take price in customer service and charge much less. Excellent customer service in my opinion is far greater than saving and being treated rudely.

We have purchased 3 different vehicles there, however the service dept is crooked. I had my wifes vehicle in for an issue while out. I spent $123 on a check to find the problem. They diagnosed it as needing the lifters sent out. They said it would cost over $1,500 as we did not have an e tended plan. Had to tell the advisor we DID have a plan and it was purchased at THIS DEALERSHIP when we bout the car there. Ended up taking it to another dealer, also KIA, it was diagnosed as absolutely nothing wrong with the lifters. They found the pro lemon as a timing chain. We will NEVER EVER purchase OR suggest anyone to purchase there. I have spoken with numerous other former buyers through various conversations and they experienced similar issues/problems. They also purchased their replacement vehicles at other KIA dealers in the Columbus,OH and surrounding area.

Salesman I had was very good got me to buy. But was very disappointed with the detail shop. I left it there for a week to get detailed and they didnt get all the marks out that they said they could and didnt clean the door jams or where the glass open in the back. The interior still had dust on the dash and I could see where they wiped and where they missed on the dash and seats. It was not a good job a detail shop should be able to do a better job than someone that doesnt do it for a living.
Great service especially at Hatfield Subarus parts and service departments much better than there competitors in every aspect from buying my car through maintenance. Ive been dealing with them since 2015.If any issues arise bring it to their attention and they immediately go above and beyond to fix the problem!I have recommended them to everyone I know.
Just a normal car dealership where the managers and salesmen insult you if you try to talk them down on price. I did not buy a car here because they insulted me for trying to knock off some of the price tag.

My car was to be placed over night for service. Due to the fact that I would be without a car caused a problem. The lady Natasha said shed see if I could get a loaner but didnt know how much it would be. She came back with a multi section contract for the car, most of which had nothing to do with me. She insisted I was only to fill the tank up prior to returning and that there was no fee for the loaner. The car was not comprable to mine and was missing a hubcap. But most importantly, when I tried to redact portions of the agreement with an x (the same portions she said did not pertain to me, like for instance, daily rates and fees box) she refused to let me sign. But when I cried wolf for a manager she childishly ripped the contract and pen from me and scribbled over most of the contract, ripping the paper up in the process. Ive had all of my services completed at Hatfield. This will likely be my last. Its a lame part of town anyways. The only positive part of the experience was Nick the mechanic who was super polite and respectful; he keeps this review from going to 1 star.
Its just ok, I stopped in and tried to test drive a used car. We didnt get to far bad tire Tim was supposed to call me when it was available. That was a week ago never called. In his defense maybe the tire never got replaced.

We purchased our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from the Hatfield Automall and we extremely impressed. The staff, including our salesman, Anthony Filio, were very friendly, the building was clean and there was a wide selection. We had be shopping for an SUV or quite some time and visited various lots, Hatfield was by far one of the best.We were impressed with the Hyundai as soon as we saw it. It was spotless inside and out. After our test drive, my husband noticed a small nick in the windshield which they missed during detailing. They agreed to fix it upon our purchase. They negotiated to match our price range. We asked for second set of keys, which they made for us.After we purchased the Hyundai, the service engine light came on after only about an hour of drive time, we contacted Anthony, our salesman. His supervisor instructed us to bring the vehicle back and they would check out the problem, even though we did not purchase any extended warranties and they were under no obligation to do so. A few days later, we brought the Hyundai back. The light was simply the gas cap not being screwed on completely. They also fixed the nick in the windshield and now we cant even tell where was. Anthony even came in on his day off to make sure we were completely satisfied.Hatfield went above and beyond or expectations. Ive been driving my Hyundai Santa Fe for almost two months now, and Im loving it as much as I did when I drove it off the lot.We highly recommend Hatfield Automall.

Sold me a whole sale car that had critical issues on it. At least one of those were life threatening. I asked them to look at it during the test drive. The sales rep offered to have it looked at.I go to pick it up a week later and told me; They didnt have any work order for it. I needed a car so I took it. I called back to let the sales manager know about the issues. They told me they wouldnt have sold me the car in the conditions I bought it in. Now they just want to sell me another car. I will never shop at any Hatfield lot ever again.
