Been waiting for 31/2 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired. When I call no one is there and have left multiple messages. Was told it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday guaranteed. It is now Thursday at 4:30 and NO VEHICLE!!! No phone call, no response….NOTHING!!!’ Very disappointed in the way things are being handled. Will be calling corporate and talking to the Regional Manager. Enough is enough. Did I mention I live 35 minutes each way to and from work. 3 weeks of bumming rides that far out is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My appointment was made online. I received a confirmation of the appointment, but when I went at that time, they had nothing for me in the system. The representative I spoke with did find it in the online system and said those never get transferred over as if I should have known that. She said she would work me in that afternoon, but didnt until over 24 hours later, after the second deadline she had promised me. Then when I took my car home, I had to bring it back the very next day because it was running worse than before they fixed it. Obviously, the person who fixed one thing on the engine didnt test it because I noticed it running rough on the way home. The next morning the check engine light was on again. I had to bring it in for $400 more of repair that could have been done the first time. I have had to call multiple times to find out what was up with my car, and the customer service was poor. Ill be looking for a different shop to service my vehicle in the future. This is the worst service Ive ever had.

Took my car there to figure out what was going on with it and have 2 parts replaced that have known issues. The service guys lied and said I ran my car out of oil and I needed a new motor. That my car was not fixable without getting a new motor. Got a second opinion my motor was fine as I knew it was. Also FYI my car won’t crank if it is low on oil. I changed the parts myself. Fixed my car for a total of $50 after what was paid to Chrysler to get no answers and lies. I have attempted to reach out to the service manager several times with no response or call back. I bought my car there and now I will never take it back nor will I buy anything else from there. If I need something for my car that requires a dealership I will take it to Tupelo.

Took car in for service and a recall. Recall was not done, and the other issue wasn’t fixed properly. I had to take it elsewhere to get both things done. Was told I would be mailed a refund for only a partial amount of what I spent. Had to pay again to get my issue done correctly. The service manager didn’t even bother to apologise. I didn’t appreciate being lied to, and will never buy another vehicle from them. When I told the service manager this, he said ok. I guess they don’t need money. I neither want nor expect a response to this post. I’m just going to wait and see if they lie about my refund.

Nothing but compliments—completely satisfied. My sales representative, Mandy Hall, was awesome. I had a couple of aftermarket options added to my truck and they took care of it quickly. I ended up with exactly the truck that I wanted. I do not have a single negative thing to say. The entire experience truly exceeded my expectations.

I called Mary in the service department, from her office in the Columbus, MS Carl Hogan store when I was traveling in Wisconsin. I explained to her the message and flashing lights that came on in my Malibu. She calmed my panic, helped mr set a course of action to continue home to Mississippi, called back before her shift ended and gave me an appointment day and time to have my car checked out. I love that I can depend on Mary for sound advice and support no matter where I am in America. She deserves a raise. Car Hogan needs many more employees like her.

Horrible experience bad customer service. Wasnt clear on anything. Never answered the phone. Drove my car almost 200 miles. Brand new vehicle. I had to wait almost a week to drive it due to no tags or drive out. Only form of communication I received from them was through text message. I am not satisfied at all. I didnt get a chance to use my GM Supplier discount. That was almost 1500.00

The people were very nice. I just had to come back too many times because the wrong part was ordered then there was a part missing it seemed as though someone dropped the ball each time and I had to drive an hour to get there. I will buy a vehicle from there again that experience was great the service part just was not. I am not sure if I want to drive an hour for service when I can drive 5 mins to Larry Clark in Amory where I live.

Worse service experience ever! Took my car in for new tires and an oil change. They ruined all 4 of the wheels. Repaired them instead of replacing them. Also whatever they user to wash the car took the paint off of the SS emblem on the front.

I am an out of state college student, when I broke down on the side of the highway, I called Carl Hogan. They recommended a towing service for me that was very fair and reasonable. Once I arrived at the dealership, Quana was very helpful in setting an appointment as soon as possible for my car to be worked on. Barry, the service manager was very helpful and understanding of the situation and helped to get my car fixed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend them for all your GM service needs.

Had a reflector fall out of the bumper of a 2019 xts with 3,000 miles on it. Had parts department order part and it came in quickly. I asked when ordering part shouldnt it be covered under warranty. I was told to speak to service manager. I left him 3 messages and a I never received a call back. I go to dealership to pick up part and was again told to speak to manager who never came out but instead I was sent a lady from the warranty department. I was told oh your gaps dont line up it must have been hit. There is zero damage to the car it has never been hit. Car is 100 out of 100. So carl hogan has lost my business over what I found out to be a $17 part. I couldnt believe it.

I had recalls on my car called them to setup a an appointment and they gave me an appointment for the recalls and a oil change, when I got there they could not find me, then they did but it was for some date in 2023. They said that they work me in and get it done and to the oil change as well, well they did the recalls.. BUT NO OIL change!! Okay then I ordered a fab for my car it took them 3 months to get when they told it take 3 days .. it was first sent to some Place in North Carolina, had to resend it back they gat it 2 1/2 weeks ago and I just called them today and setup a appointment!! I’ll never do Business with them !!! BAD BAD Service

Easily the most unprofessional dealership Ive ever done business with. I took a car in for service and was told that the repair would take a day or two. A week later they still had my car and hadnt called to update the status or let me know what was going on. I called numerous times to inquire and I finally had to drive to the dealership to talk to the service manager in order to figure out what was going on with my car.For charing such a premium for repairs ($120/hr for labor) you expect a level of professionalism and service, but they cant seem to even get the small things right. My car wasnt washed or ready to go when I got there - neither of which are a huge deal, but those are nice gestures that most dealerships extend their customers.Bottom line, the terrible service is costing the sales department. We are in the market for a new vehicle but after this experience I would never shop at a Carl Hogan dealership.

I brought my truck here to have a small issue fixed before I sold it. If all went well, I was planning to buy a new Tundra with the company. I called prior to bringing my truck by and they said come over and we will fix it. After waiting they came in and said no we cannot fix it and we will bring your truck back around. They then made me wait 30 minutes for them to pull my still broken truck back around and then proceeded to tell me that even though they fixed nothing and only hooked it up to a computer that I will be paying the labor cost for the whole time it was sitting in the bay. I will absolutely not be considering Carl Hogan for my future truck purchase and discourage anyone from getting their car serviced here.

I’ve been in and out of the dealership for over a month because no one could figure out what was wrong with my car. Then I was told on November 25th that my car needed a part ordered. I assumed the part would be ordered then, but no. The part wasn’t ordered until December 12th, after I’d called and asked about the part. I’m sure it would have been ordered earlier if I had been able to reach any of the service reps when I’d called earlier that week. The part finally came in today (December 16th), then I’m told that it can’t be installed until the week of Xmas, which is the worst possible time because I have to drive home for the holidays. So now the part won’t be installed until December 30th. Considering I first brought my car in for problems on November 18th, I would have expected it to be completely fixed by now but that’s not the case. I also live 30 minutes away, but since I have to take my car to a Chevy certified dealer, I have to make an hour drive each time I visit. I’ve missed a lot of work having to drive to Columbus and back so many times. It’s just very frustrating.Some of the workers are very nice, but it just doesn’t make up for the poor service I’ve received these past few weeks.

My daughter took my 2016 Cadillac XRS for repairs to the touch screen and most importantly she had 2 nails in a tire that needed to be replaced. I purchased a tire warranty that would replaced the tire. They kept the car for three days with no updates on the process unless we called. And calling is a whole new issue because no one answers the phone. I left 3 message for the service manager and did not receive one call back. At the time my daughter picked the car up, she was told the tire has been replaced. THIS WAS A LIE. GOT A WARNING THE TIRE WAS LOW AGAIN. THEY ONLY ROTATED THE TIRE, FILE MY CLAIM, BUT DID NOT PUT THE NEW TIRE ON. We are heading back there this morning for the third time for the same tire.

This is now the Carl Hogan Jeep and Chevy service center. I made an appointment to get a recall addressed on my car and added an oil change and 5-tire rotation figuring the dealership cost was worth the convince. I will never take any car there ever again! After 4 hours with my car, it was very obvious upon pickup that my tires were not rotated; I mark them before rotation in order to check. When I informed the attendants, I was met with an incredibly rude and angry reaction from the mechanic who was ordered to actually do his job. Go figure. With the same lack of professionalism, he took my car, rotated the tires, and returned my car to me. I have very little faith the recall was actually addressed on my car and have zero intentions of ever using any Carl Hogan services, dealerships, etc.
