I will be the first to say I probably spend to much time in car dealerships and even sold cars for a little myself and this is the first review I have even written.. Dee Jones at Twins Buick GMC, has by far given me one of the best experience i have ever had when purchasing Anything.. Almost even made me forget I was parting was with my money lol.. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a car, used or new to come by Twins Buick and visit Dee Jones..

The nice thing is they really dont care if you buy a car or not, so there is no pressure. But therein lies the rub. They dont care.I like the car I bought and overall it is excellent. The main issue is when we looked at the car, took it to lunch, and came back, it was in great shape. We signed everything, and they sent it to detailing. This is where I believe the problem happened, but I cant be sure. As I drove it home, I noticed that the passenger side mirror had been broken. However, it was not broken when we drove it back from lunch. So I am guessing it was broken sometime between detailing and being returned to us. I addressed this with them, but of course, as I mention, they dont care.Also, the manual was missing. I didnt notice this until a week after I had the car. When I wanted to read how to use a few things, it had been there when we took it to lunch.The car is nice, so I cant complain about it, but I dont appreciate that they damaged it after I bought it. But, of course, I dont expect them to admit to anything.My suggestion would be to take lots of pictures as you look at the car. And inspect it before you leave the lot. Although they will say as I have read from others complaints. The customer was offered an extended service contract and refused it at the point of purchase. The reason we offer every single customer a service contract is for situations just like this. hmmmmm?

My salesman Javier was great and the owner of the dealership is a great guy. I am giving them 5 stars because I believe my salesman and the owner made my experience great. With that said, even though I was buying a brand new truck, the man in the Golden room I was dealing with was apparently the used car sales manager. This individual made the buying process less than desirable and really needs some customer service training. Treated us as though he didnt need or appreciate our business. Mind you, we were buying a $67k truck... which really should be a non issue. I would have expected to be treated with some level of customer appreciation whether the vehicle was 1k or 100k. He almost lost the deal because of his attitude towards us. At the end of the day, we got a great truck and my experience outside of the used car sales manager was excellent. They rest of the staff, the owner, and my salesman made sure we were happy with the vehicle and have continued to support us since the purchase.

Edit: I’m updating my review to show that after a month of waiting to have my purchased vehicle from here serviced and inspected by it’s OEM dealer, I have to spend over $8000 to have all of the services and repairs performed. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle and speaking with the service manager I was informed that no services had been performed on the car I just bought. I was offered to leave the car with them to have it looked over however I declined. Definitely have any used vehicle from this dealership inspected by a 3rd party BEFORE buying.

They said my first payment was 2 months later after purchase date. Instead I made my first payment and it went to interest and 10 dollars on principal. Dealership never mentioned that interest will incurr from purchase date and date of first payment. Also, bought car july 23 and its now october 13 and still no title for tags. As fat as they are concerned, they mailed it in August 2 and its not their problem. So I had to pay and drive to get a title to get tags before September 25. So is is reimburse my time and money? They are shady, nust like mark whlburg3 its all about the sale and thats it. They dont care... Do not buy from them...
