I had California Closets come to my house on two separate occasions for two different closet designing projects. Each time the project was done efficiently, and quickly. I am thrilled with the design, and I can’t believe what a difference it made in terms of storage. I very much recommend California Closets to Design closet space, especially in those odd shaped, small closets.

Ive had my California Closet for about 2 years now and I am still so incredibly happy with the outcome.I am not an organized person naturally and tend to be very cluttered and unorganized. California Closets have helped me so much with my organization. This is actually the first time in my life that my closet has stayed clean.Not only has it stayed clean but I want to keep it clean because its so beautiful.The team that I worked with was amazing. I recently remodeled my master bath and wanted to also refresh my master walk in closet. Our designer, Tim, was amazing. He noticed things other competitors didn’t and he took the time to understand what I wanted. He was able to design the new closet on the spot! After a few small adjustments the order was placed. The installation was easy and simple, and Tim followed up to be sure I was happy. And I sure am! I LOVE my new closet. Sometimes I just go in there, standing there admiring the new space. It couldn’t have happened with Tim and the team at California Closet. I highly recommend!

California Closets designed two different closet systems for me and I couldnt be happier. The design specialist worked with me to ensure I had everything included in the designs that I wanted. California Closet systems are of high quality. The installation tech showed up on time, was very professional and installed the systems perfectly. My expectations were exceeded. Sure, I could have gone with a premade system that would kinda sorta fit my closets and then paid someone else to install them. For the money, California Closets is the best.

We shopped for a new closet system after our wire rack system collapsed. Going with California Closet was the right choice for us. We worked with Tim who was very open and responsive when designing the space to our needs. The installation guys were great and professional. I was very pleased with the final product and would definitely recommend and use them again.

We selected California Closets for five closets in our home; two bedroom closets, a linen closet, office and guest bedroom The results were beautiful and by far the best of anything we had done in the past (we have worked with a few other closet companies). Lynn was excellent! Not only was she highly professional overall and timely in response, she has a terrific eye for design and was pleasant to work with. She also took great care in her suggestions; for example she customized our teenagers closets for their growing needs. Built a new home and reserved my closets for California Closets who did work in a previous home. They did not disappoint. Helped me think about design and where to trim to stay in my desired budget. Came out to install with a professional who made sure closets were clean and ready for move in. Super delighted.

From consultation to installation, California Closets did exceptional work. We worked with Shelia and we really valued how communicative she was with us. Our project had a lengthier timeline due to drywall repair, painting and new lighting added prior to install. Shelia checked in on the progress to ensure we hit our install date. Love our new closet! Sheila our sales consultant was very patient and accommodating with us as we navigated through several redesigns in our 1880 home. Tom the installer was fast, efficient, clean and practiced safety protocols during COVID-19.

Our Design consultant did a great job of drawing the concepts we had envisioned for our laundry room and master closet. But more important, our installer took his time and really handcrafted the cabinets and shelving into the spaces for the laundry room and master closet. We had our master closet redone. It is so organized now and looks beautiful. Our designer had a lot of good ideas to add to what we were wanting to do. Would recommend California Closets.

We ended up with a beautiful looking closet but the drawers are not functional. Double check the size with with your rep. We were told they were just over 13 deep and they are less than 12. Sort of feels like a fake closet in some areas. I called out the drawer size with the rep and they talked me through how the drawers are only slightly smaller than what I had previously in another California Closet... and they really arent. They are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. Very hard to find any drawer dividers that fit. Hard to fit any clothes within. I was even given the suggestion by the rep of new ways to fold clothes so they would fit... not ideal when you are paying a significant amount.

California Closets in Columbus, OH was professional and did an amazing job. In one morning they completed our master closet and bathroom closet. They look amazing and are great quality.

We had a beautifully built in closet to help with the reduced house space we were adjusting too. They came and finished In 1 day. The closet is absolutely perfect.

Had two separate installation projects performed. Both jobs were completed as planned and on a timely basis. The installers were very professional and even helped to add features that created a better storage area.

So sad..Had Veronica Hairston working with us, did our both our master bedroom closets, bathroom storage, 4 bedroom closets, pantry in the kitchen, the laundry room, and two storage closets.. She leaves the company and the next rep sets an appointment with us and doesn’t even shows up.. Guess I liked our rep more than California Closets as a whole.. Sad to be treated like this from a company we spent with over $50K with in a year and then they forget about us.. 🥵

Had a great experience from the moment we walked in to the end of the installation. We love our closets and would highly recommend them always. They won’t disappoint.
