Some rough patches but our bathroom looks beautiful.There were some issues with ordering our cabinets and they came in damaged multiple times. However, I was reimbursed by Tyler for the damaged cabinets and he apologized. It wasnt his fault in the end and the blame should lie with the distributer.I would have given 4 stars because of the hiccups and we would have liked some follow up along the way but the company deserves 5 stars based on design.Ultimately I really need to leave a review on how the project turned out and the reason we hired him. His design was fantastic and we absolutely love our new bathroom and how it looks. Would highly recommend in the future based on his vision and design expertise. Delivery errors can occur any designer.

Tyler was wonderful from the start to end. His attention to detail, flow, functionality is stellar. He provided just enough options that he felt would work based on what we told him we where looking for making the decision-making process a lot less painful. Our meetings were efficient and always accomplished what was intended. Tyler is also very prompt with returning e-mails/calls. Also, he would not hesitate to let us know when an idea of ours would not work with the reason why and always provided an alternative that did work. So happy with our kitchen!! Loved working with him!

What a lovely shop! The associates were all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Tyler was so wonderful to work with throughout the design and installation of our first floor remodel. He took the time to understand what we wanted and added his insight and designer style to make it the best experience ever. If I could do it again, there is NOTHING I would change. We are so happy with the renovation as well as with Tyler! We can’t wait to work with him again in the future.

Tyler is amazing! He has such a talent for design & offered just the right amount of options to choose from when selecting items. Tyler has designed two kitchens and a library for me and my wife. His designs not only reflect our ideas, but also his own. His attention to detail, color, construction and flow ensured that all of his designs were just what we hoped for. If ever asked to comment on working with Tyler, I would simply say that I wont work with anyone else.

Tyler has helped to transform both our kitchen and master bath. His ability to understand my style and preferences and match that to his own unique ideas is amazing! His creativity is so fun to see come to life!
