Jim and Lisa were fantastic to work with-they helped with a full kitchen remodel and flooring throughout. They were both incredibly patient and helpful, and we could not be happier with our remodel. We saved quite a lot by going through ProSource, and the process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Great experience working with Jim Brown at ProSource ! Our church needed help doing a stairway and hallway in our parsonage. Jim listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some options. He discussed the advantages of each option. We ended up deciding to redo the carpet on the stairs & hallway. He did an excellent job selecting a carpet that matched the texture and color that we had before. He then hooked us up with a good installer and the project looks great! I would highly recommend coming in and talking with ProSource if you have a special project!

Weve worked with Adam several times over the years, most recently to replace our stair runner and hallway. We thought we just wanted a simple solid color, but Adam helped us find a great printed pattern that gave us a perfect contrast while pulling out the color of our walls. The recommended installer was very talented & reasonably priced as well.

We are looking at buying a fixer upper and stopped in to look at options of what we might be able to get. Reasonably priced kitchen cabinets, the best prices for quality wood products (we are trying to avoid made in China), the carpet selection was overwhelming, but we were able to narrow it down based on our budget. I ordered my kitchen cabinets in the spring and they are great! Lisa is really talented- she designed the space exactly to how we needed it. It can be intimidating to remodel but she made it easy- and did all the work of figuring it out! I should have done this years ago. Ill be back for my basement. I have given this place several opportunities, as a contractor, and have gotten nothing but either the run around or have been given the feeling that I am interrupting their lunch hour, or something.. I have done a ton of business with other prosources in other states, and never received the low quality of customer service as his one.. I do not recommend anyone using this place ...

Do not go to this business!!!! They suggested a tile installer to us. We scheduled him to install at our house and he did not show up. We rescheduled with him on May 03 for this morning--- June 06---- And again he just cancelled . Said he was backed up. Twice we took time off work and twice he does not show and did not give us a notice. Pro source said they are not responsible. Then I say why in the heck do you recommend Him for work ???? I will never spend another penny with this company. I advise you to stay away.

In my search for new kitchen cabinets, I was a walk-in to Prosource of Columbus. Im so glad I found the place! I ended up working with Don and Lisa to design my kitchen remodel and just placed an order for new cabinets. I will definitely be back for a new countertop, hardware and sink very soon. Lisas skills as a designer are excellent - not only is she professional, she knows her suppliers and the options available and she listens to the customers wishes and wants. Went to see and visit places a contrator that I hired uses. Since he uses Prosource of Columbus West, we visited. We were greeted and offered help by Penne, who seems very knowledgeable about the products sold to and used by their contractor members. (She took the time to explain that it was a membership place used by contractors .) I thought the prices were good compared to others I had seen while doing some research on my own. I was pleasantly surprised by Pennes customer service, since we visited several places and were not treated nearly as well. She was able to answer any questions I had with her knowledge and respect.
