Hard to find, slow service, inaccurate inventory. However everyone that I talked to was friendly and polite.

The guys who came out to get our paperwork AND the guys who loaded our mattress and base were friendly and incredibly efficient. Im super impressed with Mattress Firm as a company. Their customer service is honestly fantastic (a rarity in many cases!!)

Wow the customer service was great the professional young lady really knew what she was talking about and selling. I will be going back soon from Cleveland Ohio to buy there because of her knowledge and the greatest customer service she gave me and my son who did make a 350.00 purchase l thank her and my son Derick also.

I went to pick up mattresses at their dock. Everything went well, friendly staff.

Beware of Mattress Firm - particularly the Mattress Firm that sells at the Ohio State Fair. I bought a bed frame/mattress there and was told it would be delivered and set up. The mattress arrived via fed ex, dumped in front of my door rolled up like a dead person in a body bag and twice as heavy. I could not move it so there it sat in the weather until 2 weeks later when the installer arrived. The installer, with whom we had set up a day/time, brought the bed frame. But he would not put it together because we had cats and he said he was allergic. So he left - now this was a HUGE problem because we had disposed of our bed that morning and my husband is DISABLED AND BEDFAST so he did not have a bed at all until nearly 2 weeks later when they finally sent an non allergic person to install it. At the same time we bought a hot tub at the State Fair. We were shown the model, told the price and signed the agreement. That was not the model that was delivered. The salesperson switched us to a different, smaller, cheaper model and we signed the paperwork to purchase it because we trusted that it was the model we were being shown. There was nothing we could do. We were also told that the purchase would be financed like a car - it was NOT. We were given a credit card which because it was charged to the limit dropped our credit rating. Finally, we were told that it was an interest free financing but it was not, we are paying 25%. I was goning to have a fram and box springs deliver today . No one knock at my door no one called . Wen you call the 1800 number they want you to open a chat . But when you open chat . it is a auto chat bot . no one is every avable for chat . . they just want to have it reschedule it . only they will not try to have it redeliver today

Takes for ever to unload

Kind of hard to find even with GPS and a map from the mattress place. The entrance is on the north side of the building. Staff were quick and polite.

Somewhat hard to find but went smoothly and dock guys were great.

The guys here are awesome. They even stayed 20 minutes late to make sure we got our mattresses.

Horrible business messed up my hallway and the number listed isnt in service go figure last time I use this company. I suggest others do the same
