I take my 2 cars (2019 RAV & 2020 Camry) to Toyota Direct. Very courteous and very thorough. They make appointments in advance and they keep track of needed service. Cost is a little higher than some shops but I believe Im getting excellent service.
I went here a few days ago and I felt taken advantage of. First of all, the repair guy said my front left tire has a tread of 4/32, and need to replace all the tires to get an even tread. Then I got a quote which was outrageously high. Upwards of $1000 to replace all four tires using the high end option (Bridgestone). I was able to find the exact same tires at Costco for around $800. Later that day I took the car to Costco tire center and the mechanic showed me the tired tread was 6/32, not 4/32. This was from repeatedly measuring the treads on different spots of the same tire.On the actual service I got that day (50000 mile service) there was no attention to detail given.
I have used the Toyota Direct Service for more than 12 years and have never had a problem with the repairs being performed for the time of the work being done. Recently I had air conditioning repairs done and John Bucci (my service advisor) kept me completely informed throughout the process. The work was completed on time and we have had no issues with the AC going forward.. This service department has been great to work with over time and John Bucci particularly has been a gem. I will continue to use Toyota Direct for all required service for both my Toyota vehicles.
Friendly service. Well established waiting area for all customers. Extraordinarily astronomical repair cost quotes. Nice placebo visit. But dont get any work done there unless you have unlimited funds.
We have had the best service for our Toyotas at Direct Toyota. Joe Clark is both highly qualified and knowledgable when it comes to safely keeping our cars maintained. I highly recommend service at Direct Toyota.
John Bucci did a great job of finding the part my Tacoma needed quickly and making sure the repair was completed well!
I was having a minor emergency with my gate list on a Saturday mid-morning. I called Toyota Direct and although they were busy, they were able to fit me in and had my issues solved in a matter of a few hours. I was happy to go into the rest of the weekend without the alarm sounding that the lift gate was open. They also adjusted the height of the open liftgate as the previous owner must have been shorter! We are very happy customers of Toyota Direct.
Went to get oil change tire rotation offer other add on services decline did have coupon after that they change my order did not change oil did top off oil no tire rotation been going there for all business bought car there will not be going back there are other Toyota car dealership that will provide honest services I hope I realize its a business to make money but we should be honest to customet and kind.
Service began and ended on time, waiting room was comfortable, technician was polite.
Joe was amazing and so friendly and professional! Got in and out in a timely manner.
They will take advantage of you if you dont understanding anything about the cars. they recommended services, which I found out later, my car didnt need. quoted $370 ended up paying $500+ at the end. I would say to anyone, but especially, ladies, stay away from this place. I should of read reviews on yelp before I went there.
