The guys here have always been very transparent and honest about the work they do. I’ve gone there two different times and received service for free because they didn’t consider it a big enough fix to be worth charging me. That old-fashioned approach is hard to come by in car maintenance.

Randy was patient listening to my concerns and needs on the phone in the morning, and although they didnt have any same day morning appointment times open, he was certain they would be able to take care of my brakes by the end of the day if I could drop it off (unlike other stores closer to me that I called first). He kept me up to date throughout the day and made the inconvenience of needing car repairs much less stressful. He also applied a brake discount/monthly promotion that was going on that I was not aware of. Ive visited this location before for repairs and have always been satisfied with the staffs ability to problem solve and will continue to go to them even if they arent the closest shop to me. Thanks guys!

I have been going to this Midas for years. It’s truthfully more then just for oil changes. I trust them with giving me great service and answers. Not knowing much about cars, Randy is always very helpful and honest with what needs work.I recently had a big car issue, and he knew exactly was wrong, and got me an answer on a holiday weekend. I would recommend anyone needing a reliable mechanic to go here.

I went and had sway bar links put on my car here. Then a week later I got tires from another place and they showed me where my passenger side sway bar link appeared to be on incorrectly it had a big bulge in it and it clearly was different than the driver side one. I took it back and Randy said he did nothing see anything wrong with it but he could clearly see the difference in the driver side and passenger side. I’m dissatisfied and feel he should make the repairs to correct it but he did not. I wish I could post the pic but I don’t see how. I will not be going back.

Had appointment online for alignment and for a new tire that said available online got there early for my 10am appointment it toom them 4 hours to tell me I needed new Tie Rods and then when I said I didnt have that kind of money they tried to talk me into more tires, why would I buy new tires before replacing my tie rods that if they break the tires are useless, the Manager didnt seem happy then told me they didnt have my tires in stock and I had to wait 2 more hours. so 6 hours just for one tire that was priced at $70 but after all their fees cost me $113. Do not recommend

This Midas location is the only one I take my Saturn every time it needs maintenance. The guys are super nice and its affordable too!

My wifes car had a rear brake caliper that was sticking. It had created a groove in the rotor. I called around for prices on new rear brakes. After calling 3 other places, I spoke with Randy Monte. He was professional, knowledgeable and offered the best price by far. On top of that, he could do it that day. I knew the front brakes would need replaced soon, so I asked to have them done, too! It was 3pm and we had the car back by 5:30. He and his team stayed late to get it done! (They close at 5.) I dont mind working on my cars, but Ill be bringing them here again. Good people!

Customer service was outstanding but quoted services are high, break line replacement was quoted for $600 labor cost more than the actual repair, versus Tire kingdom only charge $250 for replacement, and flushing of fluids.

This place is great. I went to this place because the cruise control on my old Mercury went out. Their techs are super helpful at explaining the whole thing and they are transparent on the price. They ended up ordering a new switch from the dealership and found out there are more things needed to be sorted out. They worked on it for days and spoil alert, they couldnt fix it. Why am I still leaving a good review? It is the fact that they kept calling me and apologize for the delay. I also didnt pay a penny for their multiple hours of labor, no diagnostic fee or anything in that nature. They didnt even charge me for the parts that they ordered, unlike many other repair shops that dont do business at a loss. This place has tegridy. Go there. Nice people.

Midas on Henderson rd is amazing! My car battery died the night before. Midas got me in with a quote within minutes that was truly affordable. I worked with Dominic there, he was so helpful and so understanding of the situation I was in. My car was ready to go before noon on a Saturday! I recommend this Midas to everyone and I have already been raving to my friends and family about this Midas! I will be back to do services here from now on. Thanks to the whole crew for being so wonderful!

The first picture shows what it cost to have the correct repairs done to my vehicle after having to go back and forth from Midas for them to do nothing but cost me more money and time. There were even days I wouldn’t get a call back about my truck so when I’d call the next day they would tell me they were sorry and that the mechanic who worked on my vehicle had called off. A day later he went on vacation. If you want your oil fixed this is your place. If you want anything and I mean ANYTHING else done on your vehicles, take it to someone who’s certified to fix those parts on a vehicle and not just certified on brakes and oil. I’m not sure how they couldn’t see the real problems happening with my vehicle because they were obvious right away to the mechanic I brought it to next. All in all, huge waste of money and time. Severally disappointing. Now I am out over two grand.

Can not say enough about how great the service is, they go above and beyond!Over the last month I’ve had a lot of work done here and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars, or annoyed when I asked a ton of questions, in fact Randy went out of his way to make sure I understood what they were doing and why.I appreciate how easy everyone is to work with and they have a customer for life.

Great location to get your car serviced. Very helpful and honest guys. Had my breaks inspected five months ago. Said I just needed rear breaks not front. Front still had some life. So they recommended to wait. Back now for front. Got that extra five months out of them. Check online for a coupon that might apply to what your getting done.

Saturday late afternoon, I got in my car for the first time in a couple of days (thanks to the pandemic) and discovered that the splash shield was dragging on the road. I tried to hammer it into place or pull it off, but with the tools I had without being able to lift the car, I couldnt do it. It was a real problem because I had to drive someplace the next day, and I couldnt drive any distance with the car in that condition.I called the dealer, but they were about to close. I got on my phone and found the only shop that was still open was Midas on Henderson. I called and even though they were close to closing, they told me to bring it in.They were friendly and efficient and pulled the damaged splash shield off quickly. I maybe was there for a total of 20 minutes. And after all that, they didnt charge me for it! I will definitely bring my car back to Midas!

Great place and friendly staff. Every time I have been to this auto shop I have left a happy customer. Weather its an oil change, break replacements, battery change or an entire rear light fixture needing replaced the head man Randy and his crew have great communication and do great work. Highly recommend.

My splash panel was dragging and I stopped into this UA Midas to see if they could help because they were closest auto shop. They got me in right away(on a Saturday afternoon) and screwed it back into place. They didn’t even charge me, they said they had nothing that they could charge me for. I felt like they could have charged me for their time or took advantage of the situation. Made my day.

I found a nail in my tire. I called around and Midas said they would fix it free of charge! I brought my van in that day and they fixed it in between appointments. Wonderful customer service!

I brought my vehicle in for general maintenance and left with more problems leaving then I did going in. The only thing this place is good for is changing oil and that is it. They also told me it wasn’t them that did it but nothing was wrong with it before I brought it to Midas . They don’t have any actual mechanics only oil changers who think their mechanic.

Randy was great! Extremely professional, he’s a cool guy. Forgot to check their hours and they were nice enough to allow me to pick up my car after they were supposed to be closed! Highly recommend, friendly mechanics

They was very up front with me. And they didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t needed right away like other places.

We scheduled an appointment a day in advance dropped my car off for over 4 hours. They called said it would be ready before close and we went to pick it up around 5 come to find out they didn’t do the alignment said they didn’t have time, and needed to make an appointment a day in advance which is what we had already done. Used the excuse that the website was messed up yet they called us before 12 when our appointment was to say wouldn’t be done by 2pm which was the window 12-2. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I would never go back here again.

Went to drop my car off and received no customer service at all. I waited at the desk for 20 minutes while the three guys were in the service bay doing nothing. Two of the guys kept walking around and just looking at me while the other just sat on the phone. Out of all that time no one said we will be with you in a little while or anything. I didnt even get the work that I was scheduled for.

They were helpful with fixing my car. I was very disappointed that they allowed customers to come in there without masks on. There was someone in there for a couple hours without a mask on and they did not say one word to her. It made me feel unsafe during covid.

While the staff were polite, it took almost 2 hours to complete an oil change on my car for a scheduled appointment.

Randy was very communicative and helpful. We came in with an issue with our brake light and it turned out to be a only small electrical issue. They reconnected the cord free of charge and we were in and out in 20 minutes.

I took my car in to have it looked at and subsequently repaired after some Cylinder Misfire and/or Ignition Coil issues. The employee that I spoke with explained in detail how the issues I mentioned Gould even the vehicle, how they would go about confirming the issues, and how theyd be repaired. Very well spoken and helpful.I expected to have to come back tomorrow or the following day, but I was pleasantly surprised to recieve a call from Randy only a few hours later informing me that the repairs were done!Also had a noticeably clean garage, so that was nice.

Had a bit of work done and seems to be done properly unlike so many shops. Transmission work and they put in the proper wiring on a tow hitch I have for the lights. They did their research. They put brake pads on the front as well and Cadillacs can be a little problematic with these $1,200 Bendix front brake calipers.

Got oil change & brake service. Feel good that brakes are the best they can be.

Randy and his team are absolutely first class. I got my brakes fully replaced and serviced within 3.5 hours without an appointment. Very fair prices for being able to avoid the ridiculous run around at a normal dealership. Randy gained a lifetime customer today. Highly recommend.

So ive been going to Midas for a couple of months now and Daryl has always been willing to help. Hes extremely professional and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He will tell you what needs to be done and then do it if he can. He is highly recommended. If you need your car fixed ask for Daryl

I had come here after 3 days of work on my car trying to figure out what was wrong. I had called multiple places on Monday around 12 to get a alternator done, as thats what I was told was wrong. Randy offered not only to fix it that day but to match my lowest offered price! I later find out that a hose was loose and it wasnt the alternator! Randy and the guys could of just replaced the alternator as i asked but they did the right thing and diagnosed the problem. I left with a fixed vehicle and didnt spend a dime!! Idk about you guys but honesty and trust in your mechanic is HUGE...needless to say, Midas will be fixing my car from now on. Great group of guys and a damn good manager. Thank you again Randy!!

This is the place to bring your car!! Brought my car in for a fairly common issue and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Randy was very helpful in explaining the issue and they didn’t charge me a dime! I will definitely be back here again.

Excellent customer service. Randy the GM is a pleasure to interact with. His integrity and commitment to customers is outstanding. I have been taking my 2011 Range Rover Sport Supercharged to Randy’s store for over a year and there hasn’t been one issue that he and his staff has not been able to fix. I use to always go to the dealer for repairs but that is no longer the case I always trust my car with Randy and his team!

I love this shop. The guys are always so nice and me being unfamiliar with the mechanics of a car I feel like they never take advantage of me and are very reasonably priced. They always get the job done the first time and no reoccurring issues.

I can’t say enough about this location. They always give me great service but the other day I had a flat tire and Darrel went above and beyond to help me out. He saved the day, patched my tire, and stayed well past his shift to take care of me. Great customer service. I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are honest good mechanics.

These guys are great and I will continue to give them all of my business. I religiously have them change the oil for my two cars plus other repairs. Randy was extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure to call us each time there was an update. My car recently broke down, and I figured with the way it was acting and operating, that I needed a new alternator for my car.Upon inspection by Midas they were able to determine that I only needed a Alternator Belt and the Tension Pulley Replaced, and not an new Alternator.They even recharged my Drained Battery for free as they made the repairs.I thought I was going to have a much bigger bill total to replace the alternator, but with their assessment on the inspection check, I was very happy to hear that the bill would be much lower than expected!Great service provided as always by the Henderson Rd. This is a great place for all your car/suv/truck care needs! Manager Randy, Assistant Manager Darryl and the rest of the team do a great job of helping you understand and get what you need and do not push things you dont need, unlike many other automotive service places. I called Midas this morning after the battery warning light of my car came on last night. Randy was very courteous on the phone and stated he could look at it right away. The group at Midas checked my car out within a few minutes of me arriving and determined it was my alternator. My car was fixed in a reasonable time and I have my car back and it continues to drive GREAT (without the battery warning light being on!!). THANK YOU for GREAT service again!!

I have brought three different vehicles there over the past few years and have had exceptional service every time. During my most recent service visit, the staff was kind enough to diagnose my vehicles problem at no charge. Furthermore, they learned my vehicle was still under a factory warranty and contacted the manufacturer and a local service provider to expedite the repair process. Randy and has staff went above and beyond what was necessary or in their business best financial interest. I feel comfortable explicitly trusting their advice and guidance on all vehicle repairs and look forward to taking my vehicles there for years to come.

Randy was Really helpful in deciding the best course of action for my 2001 Toyota. He didn’t try to hide that it would cost a lot to fix my old clunker and instead gave me the best info even though that meant I wouldn’t be fixing my car and instead letting it go. This is the kind of service that gives me confidence that this shop is looking out for my interests and not just out to make a buck off of me and my ignorance.

I had a low tire and stopped in to get it filled. Randy helped me and also found a nail in the tire. He and his team were very quick and efficient on patching the tire. Will 100% return here for oil changes and other maintenance!

They were SUPER helpful when I had a flat tire recently. Firstly, they got me in and back on my way to work very quickly, and secondly it was free! Overall just really good and friendly atmosphere.

I had the best car experience here! The manager was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the staff. Everyone worked as a team, and made sure that I felt comfortable at the auto repair shop. There were more problems to my car than just a standard oil change. However, the manager pointed them out and explained them to me, in English, with NO pressure; I was in complete control of my decision. I could see, in his eyes, that he wanted what was best for me and my safety, and did not care much about getting more service out of me. He built a trusting and lasting relationship, and not just a one time rip off like I have experienced at other places. I also knew that the manager was trust worthy because he was consistent with treating other customers with patience, kindness, and integrity. As an accountant, I knew if I was being lied to or not, and this place did NOT rip me off. Plus, the manager sets the tone at the top, and did it show with how his staff handled themselves. I highly recommend Midas for your next auto repair trip.

I had a great experience here the other day. I had a bad battery on a Saturday and was looking to get a fixed the same day. They fixed my battery and had my oil changed in 40 minutes. Keonte helped us get an affordable price and was super friendly. He went above and beyond for the customers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fast and super friendly service. Went in for an oil change without an appointment and was finished in around an hour. With the complementary inspection they were able to give me an update on the life of my brake pads, etc. I will return to this location from now on. Thanks!!

I was in a few months ago after just getting a jump start a mile or so away and needed a battery bad i drove down to this Midas and made it in around 6:00pm as they were closing but they still took me in and stayed past hours to do it! They did a test to make sure my alternator was doing good and a general look over the vehicle, I could tell the assistant manager Randy was great and honest and could answer all the questions i had about my truck. I plan on taking my truck to this location if i ever need anything else done!

Randy and his team are outstanding. We have taken five cars to this midas over the past few years. Randy always shoots straight and has a tendency to UNDER charge me. I have to ask him to charge me more!

This store is the best Midas I have been to. The manager Mark Earhart is a great guy. He has always been honest with me about issues with my car. He runs the store with the intent to ensure that your getting the service that you need/want without trying to hustle you for money like some places I have been to. He is very knowledgeable and willing to do all he can to help and satisfy the customer. I couldnt get over the fact that it took 2 hours to look at my breaks and tell me if they needed to be replaced or not. Nothing else, just looking at my breaks took 2 hours!! I didnt walk in either, I made an appointment. I expected that to mean someone would be free to check my breaks at that time.

The service I received here was great! They took my car back at the scheduled time and kept me updated throughout the service. They also provided me with recommendations on what I needed to get looked at in the near future, if not on that day. Everyone was extremely friendly and good-humored. The manager had me laughing for almost 20 minutes from his jokes and stories. I had a very positive experience here. I will go back when my car needs more servicing.

I came in just to get my car charger fixed. I didnt even know if the company would be able to fix it, but wanted to give it a shot. Damon and his crew got me in and out in 10 minutes, and I had no wait in line. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy I stopped in, because after months of not having my car charger working, they fixed it in no time. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. Had the pleasure of working with Craig (the district manager). I came in for an oil change and a check engine light. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner while I waited and all issues were shown to me on my car. Great customer service, great mechanics, and highly recommend this Midas.

Best Midas in Columbus. They repair my tire for free and they did really good job .

I have been to this Midas multiple times and every employee treated me wonderfully. And I mean ALL of them. I have also never had any issues with the work they did. Damon, the manager, really cares about his customers and makes sure they leave with a safe vehicle and are happy with the service.

I went in to get an oil change. I told them my car had a weird ignition and gave them instructions on how to start the car. They said they would figure it out as if that were no problem. I received a call about two hours later saying that there was an issue starting my car and that they could run a diagnostics test for $110. A diagnostic test I could probably run to Advance Auto and get for free. Otherwise they could not work on my car because they needed to start the car. I told them they didnt need to run the diagnostic because the car starts everyday. The last three places that have changed my oil havent had an issue. I had to come pick up my car with no oil change, went in, got my keys, got in my car and started the car with absolutely no issues. Pretty peeved about my experience and probably wont be coming back to Midas.
