The guys at Katz Tire are amazing! They fixed my flat tire in less than 10 minutes and charged me almost nothing. They were friendly & very helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I first found out about Katz Tires about ten years ago, through a recommendation from a coworker. I have been going there ever since. Fast service for a low price, and Ive never had any issues with their work or staff. I hope to be able to continue to be a patron for many years.

I’ve been to Katz Tires twice now, and it’s been a great experience both times. First time, I wasn’t there for longer than 10 minutes and they patched my tire right up. Recently one of my tires popped (Columbus roads, everyone) but thankfully it was nearby! They offered me a used tire for a pretty good price, and got me out of there in about 20-25 minutes. They charge a tire recycling fee, but it’s worth it to not have to drive all the way out to a tire recycling center. The staff was friendly, and they didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things, which I appreciate as a woman who has to deal with that sort of thing any time I have car trouble. Ok so I bought tires from you but for some reason they seem to not be able to balance the new tires. I went back to say tires not balanced right car shaking at 70 miles hour the comment was do 69 miles an hour so when I went back to get tires balanced again balance was off so they balanced them for second time now car shake at 60 miles hour my car rode better before I bought tires from you because your shop is incapable of balancing your brand new tires.

Katz did a quick and simple plug on a tire that had a nail in it. 5 min in and out! Saved the day. I first stopped in at Grismer down the road and they said they would not be able to get to it until tomorrow, which is ridiculous considering how easy/quick it is to plug a tire and they didn’t want to help a stranded motorist. Oh well. Katz Tire for the win!

Best experience I’ve had at any auto parts store ever. Went in because my tire kept deflating, asked if they could see if there was a hole, if not Ill get a new tire. The guy took a look, found a nail and plugged the hole in maybe a minute or two, I havent had any issues since. Paid, it was much cheaper than I thought, (10.75) and left. maybe a 10 minute process. My roommate said she has gotten a tire put on by them and it was similarly quick. Highly recommend!

Customer service office excellent job although as my tire this time the worker said it couldnt be fixed it could be fixed just because its on the side if its just a pin hole you cant fix it I work with mechanics other than that I dont have any problem with kats tires my son fix thetire thank God I had a spare to put on my rim thank you

Was in and out in 15 minutes. Went in just for a patch on my full size spare so I could change out a dangerous tire and they recommended that I get a used tire instead. The used tire was very reasonably priced and in very good condition and they still patched the spare for free! So now I have a much better tire than I came in with and still have a spare. Very happy with the service I received.

I have went to Katz twice now and have received excellent service both times. They have fair prices and take time to explain what needs fixed in a friendly way. Definitely recommend.

Quickly in and out. This shop is no longer owned by the old Katz family, but they do a great job, are courteous and they carry a lot of brands. The quote I got for a whole set for my truck was much lower than I expected. I will keep coming back…the best compliment you can give is your continued business!

I got to my car after working a night shift and found a completely flat tire thanks to a big nail. After security came to fill it up, two different security officers recommended going around the corner to Katz Tires to get a patch. I pulled in right after they opened around 8am and left within 15 minutes. It took longer for the computers to boot up to do the $10 transaction (because they had literally just opened) than it did to actually patch and fill my tire. The guy who did the patch apologized several times for the slow computer, which was really no big deal at all. Friendly service from every single employee I encountered.

Exceptional. They didn’t have the tires I needed at the location I went to. No problem! They quickly sent an employee from another location to the one I was at with the 4 specific brand new tires I needed. They also worked with me on a price we both benefitted from. The entire process may have taken 45mins maybe a little over but not by much. Keep in mind, this is including the time it took to bring the tires I needed from another location.Katz tires is the real deal and they’ve gained a lifelong customer and many recommendations from me here on out. Ive been using Katz tires for over 35 years! Ive never had problems with the tires they sold me and they get me in and out lickity split. So if you dont want a song and dance waiting in lines Katz tires is the place to go!

Value is good, but customer service definitely is lacking, its hard to get them on the phone and stay there through your whole inquiry. Quick in and out though once your work is done.

Had a bulge in the side of my front right tire from a pothole most likely... Everyone else didnt have my tire as I wanted to match what came on the vehicle, Katz was able to get my tire delivered in a few hours and quick change. Very friendly service and reasonably priced... Yo Katz tires always good service. Always greeted before you walk in the door, it’s tough to keep track of the order in which people pull up but they work diligently and efficient. This is a great place to get tires. I stopped by on Wednesday 6/16 around 3 and was out of there by 4:00. The manager that was working that day was incredible. Extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!

Great service!! I needed my tire repaired after I got a nail stuck in it. I called 4 other tire places and no one was available to get me in to fix it. Luckily when I called here they were able to get me in asap and repaired my tire quickly and it was a lot more affordable than the other places I had called. I dont usually leave reviews but I definitely reccomend them!!

I needed wheel locks removed from all four tires and it took only fifteen minutes!!! Afterwards new locks were installed with no problem!!! Very satisfied with Service.

Very fast service! Found one of my tires had gone completely flat at work in downtown Cbus. Pumped it up enough to bring it to Katz tires. It took a while to diagnose, but they listened to my observations and concerns. Once they found the problem, they patched it up and added more air. All done within 20 minutes. Katz Tires is a hidden gem for anyone in the Downtown area. Always prompt, knowledgeable service with anything related to tires; and pricing is always fair.Some may be put off by the lack of a flashy storefront and waiting area, but Ill sacrifice those any day for quality service and convenience.

I was in a real bind and the guys at Katz Tires were excellent.While driving down 71 I hit a pothole and immediately realized I had a serious issue with my right front passenger side tire. In a bind, I needed some immediate help and called Katz. I’m glad I did.The guys squeezed me in before the end of the day, diagnosed the problem, and had me on the road in time for me to make it home in a reasonable time with no problems.Very thankful for the experience. Got a flat in Sheila E (the Miata). Luckily, Katz was inside my AAA free tow range. After the kindly wrecker driver transported my precious baby, the good sirs at Katz had her back on the road in an impressively short amount of time. Katz Tires is honestly the ONLY tire service I use in Columbus. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is lightning fast. The last one is fantastic because MOST of us have spent HOURS being stuck waiting at a tire store during an emergency - I think their motto is something like ‘fast service for busy people’... and it’s true. Cant recommend enough. A+++ service.

We needed a tire plugged and my regular tire shop couldn’t get us in for a couple days, I remember driving by Katz, gave them a call and within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone I had pulled into the lot, they had my car jacked and began removing the wheel. The repair continues to be good, the service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. This is not a place where everybody’s wearing the same golf shirt with a company logo stitched on it, but they know what they’re doing and we will be back!

I had a tire blowout on the way to work downtown and finally realized I needed new tires as they were gone. The staff at Katz got me in right away that morning and located the tire brand I wanted. Slow leak in a tire. This guy jumps out of his chair and dives right into fixing it. None of the usual “Ok we’ll try to take a look at it”, just then and there. I knew from the reviews it had to be a good shop but I didn’t think it would be in and out so fast too.

It was easy to walk-in and get someone to look at my two tires with slow leaks. One was able to plug, one needed a patch. I appreciate the honesty and not trying to scam me into buying new tires or extra charges (again, like a lot of other car places do). Katz took great care of me and my car.
