I dont think Ive ever written a review, but I feel I need to write about my experience here. I am very particular about who does work on my truck, so I do 95% of it myself and have a lot of time and money invested. However, there are some things I cant do without certain equipment. I purchased 4 new mud tires and needed them mounted and balanced. I dropped the truck off for the mount and balance only. I picked it up close to 6 (closing time). While driving I noticed noise and vibration where there should be none. After investigating, I found one of the simplest mistakes (a new employee had done the work). I was a couple miles from home and knew that driving more would cause more damage. I called the shop and no one answered since it was just after close. I limped my truck home with plans to call the next morning.After calling and speaking with the manager about the situation, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make everything right. He even sent his tow truck to get my truck to the shop and avoid more damage. Got to the shop and we looked at the issue together. He corrected the issue and evaluated any damage. This is a man that truly stands behind his work and his shop. He did EVERYTHING possible to make sure that I left happy. I will, without a doubt, be returning to Big T for any needs I have. I recommend this place to anyone, especially those with lifted vehicles that want quality work from a shop with integrity. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!

Big T always takes care of us. Yukon to Mercedes and big trucks they do it all. Highly recommend. Call ahead and schedule a appointment, automotive shops work best when you give them the heads up!

I visited first time after reading good reviews but my experience was unpleasant. I was quoted a price for wheel balancing and was charged almost twice. I trusted & didnot double check the work order print. When I collected the car, the man at the desk said, the work I told you in the morning was needed, the work we did was needed and we are charging for the work we perform. They are diplomatic. I advice everyone to pay extra care when at their workshop.

Had a nail in a tire, brought just the rim and tire, called ahead to see if it was a good time to get a patch, they literally had me in and out in about 7 minutes, great service, Joe runs a great place and they do it all while its busy and still make you feel important.

Great place! I had a flat tire and was ready to trash it, John Madden found out it was just a hole, he plugged it and put it back on my car. There’s more than one way to skin a cat and he proved exactly what that phrase means. Great service, great people. 10/10

I know now why this place is always being referred to as the place to go. Friendly and very competent staff. They will take the time to answer all your questions and let you make the best choice for your vehicle. Brought in my truck and walked out with a 4 lift and 5 sets of tires and rims. Took them one day to set my truck up.

Had a great experience, staff is awesome great group of guys, they will go out of their way to help you out. Had had 37x13.50r22 mounted and balanced on a F250 for the cheapest price of all the shops I called. Quality work! truck drives like a dream zero issues. I’m not one to do reviews but this place impressed me and I Will be back for any work needed done on my truck.

Great and knowledgeable folks. They have good prices and quick turn around. During the repair they made a mistake. They quickly acknowledged the mistake and fixed it. They apologized profusely. That honesty and frankness makes me trust them even more in the future.

I was in need of an oil change and was in the area. I googled search the nearest oil change place and decided on this business. If not for Google, I would never have known this place was here. You cant see it from the main road.Upon arriving, I seconded guess Google. It did not look like a place to do an oil change on a small BMW. There were lots of huge tires and big trucks around the business. But I went in to asked if they service BMW and was told yes but about an hour wait. Since I did need an oil change, I opted to wait. But after a 5 minutes wait, they were able to pull my car in for service and it was done within 30 minutes. My only issue was high expensive it was. $96.48. Yeah, its a BMW. I get what I pay for.

Always excellent service at a reasonable price. I had a screwdriver stuck all the way into my tire. When i finally got the spare on a few minutes before 6pm i called and Joe stayed until i got there. Unfortunately i had to order a new set of tires but the price was extremely fair and i will never use anyone else in the Columbus GA area.

Rude and refused the even sell me rims and tires unless I let them install a lift kit which my truck didnt need. If the guy that I talked to was any kind of mechanic he wouldve known my truck has torsion bars. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is a great place

It took them 28 hours to put a starter in my car. Kept over promising and undelivering, over and over. Even found out they told me the part came in at one time, when it actually arrived two hours earlier. Will NEVER go back here.
