Richie is the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. Straight forward. No bull. Fast and efficient with my time. I will always go back to Carl Hogan Honda.

I wish I read the reviews online before making a service appointment. I have always used Honda dealerships for my service and have received excellent care. However, this was not the case with Carol Hogan Honda. When I showed up for my appointment for the current recall, I was told they do not have the part and need to order the part. They indicated they will call when the part arrives, which they never did. Once I contacted Carl Hogan, they indicated the part was in and scheduled an appointment. However again after driving 40 minutes each way for an appointment they indicated the mechanic who can install the part is not available today. The service agent had a non-apologetic tone and acted like they are the only service location in town, so Carl Hogan doesn’t need to have customer service. Once I asked for the part to be sent to another dealer, they indicated Honda will not allow such and the service must be done with Carl Hogan. Which is simply incorrect, my car will be service at House of Honda for now on. The service department at Carl Hogan needs training in customer service. My first impression of Carl Hogan Honda may not be the norm, butI will never trust them with my car.

Not impressed. My wife and I went to look at a new Accord. The salesman wouldnt even come and greet us. A service guy had to go and get a salesman. The car we wanted to drive wouldnt start, so we drove another one. We went in to see what kind of deal we could make and the salesman walks in with a piece of paper and said this is the best we can do. They wouldnt even hear an offer. I had a quote from Jasper Honda that was about 3k less. It was that price or not at all. Good job Carl Hogan. We are headed to Columbus Nissan.

When I say great people I mean great especially young Mr. Hill in the detail department. Hes humble well mannered fast and reliable. I dont know what his wages are but the young man needs to be compisated well for the job he does to your vehicle. Took my Honda in to this dealership a few months ago since I had an oil change coupon. When I came back to pick up my car they told me I had a busted steering column that was leaking fluid and that it would cost me $1,200. I couldnt afford it at the time so I drove my car around for months thinking it was busted and I felt terrible about it. I recently brought my car to a trusted local family owned auto repair shop for a separate issue. I mentioned the steering column and they offered to check it out for free. The steering column was fine and they said there were no leaks. Only thing wrong was that the steering fluid was getting a little dirty. Do not trust Carl Hogan Honda. If they say something is wrong with your car go somewhere else to get a second opinion. I could have been easily out of $1,200 for no reason.

I’ve had service performed here 4 times, and the service was phenomenal. Hunter was the employee that helped me last. Super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my car ready to sell. I expect to see that guy at the top one day. This is an excellent Honda dealership.

Very disappointed in Carl Hogan Honda while getting my CRV serviced today. Several staff people blatantly disregarding citywide mask regulation suggests they put personal political opinions over customer and staff safety.

I spent two days on the phone with a salesman. I told him of the vehicle I wanted to trade in and the vehicle I was looking to trade for. I sent him a copy of the Carfax trade in value of my vehicle which was also about the same as the Kelly Blue Book trade in value. It was $23,800.00 I also sent him my VIN number and all the info he needed to verify this. I told him if they were going to offer me $20,000-$21,000 for my trade in, please let me know and he would save us both the trouble of me driving an hour to get there because I would not take that offer. His response was No, we definitely would not do that. (he had all the info on my vehicle.) When I got there, I looked at a couple trucks I was interested in. He told me to test drive them. I said not until you tell me the value of my trade-in. He kept trying to get me to test drive a truck. I told him it would be a waste of time until he told me what he would give me for my vehicle. Guess what? Just as I expected, he offered me $20,000 for my vehicle. What the heck? Exactly what I told him I would not do. He then kept telling me to test drive a truck. I kept telling him No. I went to get in my vehicle and found that it was locked and he ad the keys. I asked him for my keys. He said, Just take a truck for a drive, it will Grow on You. Are you kidding. Three times I reached my hand out for my keys before he finally gave them to me. I will never go back to Carl Hogan Honda. This is why car salesmen have bad reputations. The sad thing is that I went to Carl Hogan Chevrolet just before this place and they were great.Never Again Carl Hogan Honda

I have bought my last 2 Honda from here. Actually, they were at a slightly different location this last time. I have bought my car from Ravi Aldridge and highly recommend him. He is easy to buy from salesperson. Anyone who knows me knows that I really dont like car salesmen. Usually I try to avoid them like the plague. I dont like being chased or corralled into buying a car. Ravi didnt do this. Highly recommend this dealership.

Took 2 hours with an appointment to get an oil change and coolant swap on a sedan. Parts cost is fair and at oem listed prices, not below or above. Labor is a little high compared to surrounding areas. 90 dollars in labor fees for just that work.Other shops in the area have made multiple mistakes and Honda seems to be worth the increase in labor costs. Just wish it was more streamlined and i dont have to wait as long with having an appointment.

That dealership have been the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. I was coming from Canada and my AC stopped working on my way here. So I decided to go at the dealership since my car was still under warranty. Once they inspect it, they make up a story saying this isnt covered under warranty and that I must pay $2600 USD + taxes to get the entire AC system replaced. After reading the paper more, they were saying my brand new brakes was more used that the brake I had to change. So at this point I told my self this cant be true.Thats not the worse part. The worse part in all that is they were saying I somehow made a hole my self into the AC compressor when its impossible. Once I went back to them, they honestly told me that they lied to me... So I asked them to rewrite the diagnostic with real information.So they charged me $148 USD for something that I shouldnt have paid and attempted to sell my an entire AC system. Also I wouldnt suggest anyone to get a car from them since they are selling your information to third party to get yourself in an extended warranty even if you have currently active. How do I know you may ask? I have someone in my family who bought 2 cars from that dealership including the extended warranty that Honda sell and they keep receive extended warranty from third party so this is not normal... That dealership is the biggest scammer in the history of dealership.To finalize the story, once I came back to Canada. I went to my usual dealership and they said the compressor and condenser was defective and that they will replace them free of charge since it was cover in my warranty. So I did not have anything to pay. Ive attached a picture of the diagnostic they gave me. (Before and after)

I purchased a car in February of 2019. I lost my car in the storm that struck on February 23. A car worker referred me to Ravi Aldridge. I purchased the car and I have had nothing but problems. Don’t do business with them. They will get you approved and over charge for cars that are not reliable

My parents who are in their 80s purchased a car here and purchased an extended warranty through National Auto Care. They later sold the car and went to the dealership and cancelled the extended warranty for a refund. They tried numerous times to contact the dealership to get an update on their refund and no response. I had to contact the dealership and they are still giving my parents the run-around about their refund. It has now been over two months and still no refund. Seems as if this is the kind of dealership who likes to prey on older people. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Still no refund to my parents.

We went over here to purchase a new vehicle. Wed shopped all the Honda places closer to home, but they either didnt have what we wanted or wouldnt post their prices online. This dealership had prices clearly posted, and they were very competitive. We were done within a couple of hours and on our way.

Affordable oil changes. Remember they are closed on Saturdays. Consider Wal-Mart for a similar priced oil change if in a bind.

I had a leak involving the drain tube to my sunroof. I took my car in to get looked at, and I had to bring it in the next day due to busyness. Next day I brought in, dropped it off, and they called me back later that afternoon to notify me for pickup. Overall, the service team was generous to me and treated me fairly well. Wasnt disappointed.

Fast and friendly service. Was a little nervous about being told to do additional unnecessary maintenance on my car (typical dealership service shop horror stories, experienced exactly that at a few dealership in Houston TX), but these guys are on point, up front, wont screw you over.

The experience was horrible. Service manager was rude and when told general manager he didnt seem concerned because its his son. They do not have to worry about servicing or buying a car from them.

Richie.... hahahaha typical salesman. I was looking online at a vehicle at Carl Hogan Honda. I called, asked about it, and made an offer. Richie said Ill have to ask the sales manager and Ill call you back. Ten minutes later he called and said they could not accept that offer. Did not make any attempt to negotiate. He said it was priced as low as they could go. I said okay well I cant pay that price. Told him to call me back if they decided to drop the price. Richie said okay. So maybe 2 days later they dropped the price almost a 1000 dollars. Richie never attempted to contact me about the price reduction. I called back and made another offer. I told him drop the price another 500 bucks. Yeah 500 bucks on a potential $31,000 sale. Richie had to ask his boss again.... hahaha yeah right. He called me back. He said man I hate to tell you this but we just cant do it. Thats as low as we can go. I said okay. Give me a call when you are ready to negotiate. So a week goes by and the vehicle is still listed. I call back and make another offer. He has to ask his boss again. Calls me back 30 minutes later and says come get it. I said okay. But I work off and told him my wife will have to come the next day sometime. He said okay. So I call my finance company and was in the process of getting the loan situated. Richie called me back and said oh man, we are super busy now and this truck probably wont be here long. (Even though it has been sitting there for about 2 months already) He said is there any way she can come today? I told him that she works until 5. He says oh thats perfect we are here until 7. I said well maybe, Ill have to ask her. (I knew this was typical pressure sales tactics) But I asked my wife if she would go. Being the loving wife that she is, she said she would go for me. So I called the finance company back and continue getting the loan set up. Richie calls me back again and said hey man another salesman has a guy coming to buy that truck at 5pm. But he is going to try and finance through Carl Hogan Honda and may not qualify. He said he didnt want my wife driving 1.5 hours unnecessarily. (How nice of him) So by this time I was extremely aggravated and dissatisfied with how everything had been handled. So I told him I tell you what man, Im tired of this back and forth, just take me off the list. I dont want the truck any more. Its too much hassle and I dont want to deal with it anymore. Even if that guy doesnt buy the truck, dont call me back. I dont want it. Richie got bent out of shape and said I was just letting you know so your wife didnt drive here for no reason. I told him I understand and I appreciate it but I dont want it, dont call me back. We got off the phone. 6:40pm rolls around and Richie text me, hey man that guy never showed up for his appointment to buy the truck if you are still interested. (Hahahahah of course he didnt, there probably never was a guy) I told Richie na man, I already found another truck thats cheaper, less miles, and closer to home that Im going to buy tomorrow. Unless you come down on the price a good bit, I dont want it. So... he threw away a for sure +$31,000 sale with his pressure sales tactics and a guy that might show up and his financing might be approved. Very dumb Richie. Very dumb. Carl Hogan should fire him for talking his way out of a 31k sale and hire some better people. And learn to actually negotiate with people. Carl Hogan Honda is the only dealership in the history of dealerships that wont negotiate. Will never buy another vehicle from them. Will never recommend them to anyone. Sorry for such a long review but I wanted to put in all the detail of this terrible experience. Hope this helps somebody.

We always go to Carl Hogan Honda for services. Great experience so far...just one request guys, make sure you guys put back the oil cap after you Change the oil. I felt some thing was wrong...the van was not running right. I said I just had an oil change... Maybe it will go away or be better. When I checked under the hood today...OMG the oil cap was placed on top of the radiator, just beside its cap. From now on before I will leave the shop Ill check under the hood for the cap. Ill try to call Carl Hogan tomorrow about it too. Thank goodness It was still there for me to put back. Tsk tsk tsk.its just one of those days...Just came back from autozone buying a quart of oil to top off...guess what, no wonder were driving weird all this time...there is no oil in my car!!!!! We checked the oil level...Way below the gauges last line!!!!!! Thank God my engine is not Damaged! I will definitely be going to Columbus tomorrow.lThis is my follow up. Went to Carl Hogan Honda today...I told them the issue...they said sorry. They did a very quick action. They checked everything... Did the service correctly. No charge for the oil change... Because of the prompt fix...I change the stars to 4 stars! THank you!

BEWARE!! Recently traded in a car for a better used car- only gave me $500 because mine was listed as ‘totaled’ on carfax (actually was reported stolen, no damage, in 2007) sold me a car, was certified pre-owned & inspected- showed me a perfect carfax. They sold my trade in for $4000, and my newer car had issues I brought to Nissan dealer- IT HAD BEEN WRECKED! They sold me a wrecked car!!! My radiator is smashed & leaked - $1500 repair!! Carl Hogan Honda refuses to help or even talk to me!! Crooks!!

Having been away from the Golden Triangle for 2.5 years now, I can say that I miss this dealer (not their awful commercials). I’ve had nothing but problem with my new local dealer, and have called back to Carl Hogan to verify if what my local dealer is telling me is correct. They were always a pleasure to deal with (always worked with Drew). Their work and pricing was always great (they surprisingly killed everyone else in the area on tire prices for my Accord). I was most impressed when my wife’s CR-V had a rough idle and they determined that the throttle body needed cleaning. Instead of trying to sell me some fancy engine flush or just try replacing the entire thing, they took it off and scrubbed it with brake cleaner and a brush; that’s just old school mechanic work (worked great since). They also gave loaners to us when having major work done, something most dealer don’t do anymore (especially if you didn’t buy a car from them). My current local dealer could learn some things……..

He would say that he was going to call us back and he never would, also he had us drive all the way from our house to the dealership and when we got there to purchase our car no one was in sight they had closed for the night, we did go with Carl Hogan Honda but only because we had went to far with the deal to not go through with it

I would drive an hour and a half to the Tupelo branch before ever going here again. I really value the Honda brand and its a shame that a dealership like this represents them - both car service and sales. Sales staff is unprofessional and the repair team is either inept or lazy. Ive had several experiences with both departments, but never had one that I was pleased with.– Never again

The service department is horrible and a rip off. The manager of the service department was very rude and smart mouth..I wouldnt recommend a dog to this place but one thing I do know is my God will handle this man and this service department.... will never be back...
