I’ve been Best one customer for YEARS. Before, when they were known as Indy Tire… I use them religiously. They’ve never steered me wrong. Very fast and reliable.They do more than just tires!

We have a Ford Edge that has a 20-in sport tire on it. These tires are uncommon and hard to get. We got a flat tire and best one attempted to repair it however due to the tires design the repair did not work. Best One told us up front that this repair may not work and did not charge us but still attempted the repair. We then went to our local Ford dealership to check on a road hazard warrantythat we bought from Ford since the tire needed to be replaced. Ford was rude and wouldnt even look at the tire for a week. We went back to best one after this.Best One was able to get a new tire within 24 hours plus they dealt with our warranty company to get it paid for.

My first experience at Best One was excellent. I was referred through a friend who was a regular customer. They were fast, diagnosed issue quickly, accommodating, efficient, good customer service, and inexpensive compared to other auto repair places I have been to in the past. I highly recommend them and will be returning.

Best One has been a good place for me --- they get things done quickly & I had planned on getting a taxi once, but their staff offered me a ride home. That is a very nice extra to their good service.

Went in for a wheel alignment and noticed it still pulled to the right they told me to bring it back and they were able to fix the pull drives straight now and there very quick service took about 30-45 minutes for the wheel alignment

We had two flat tires on our camper.The first occurred on the highway and we replaced the tire with a spare.The spare may have been old, we aren’t sure why, but after 5 minutes it was flat as well.Luckily we have a two axle trailer!We limped home on 3 tires.We were able to order 4 new tires at a great price and they came in quickly.We replaced two on one side and were able to bring the camper to the shop.They replaced the other two and put one one the spare. While the camper was there they inspected the brakes and packed the bearings.I couldn’t be happier!My camper is ready now for a big trip this weekend.I would highly recommend using these guys. Very professional and the price is right!

Took my truck in for vibration work in the front end. Took longer than they said to get done and then they forgot to do the rotate, balance, and alignment. I may seem wrong to some of you reading this but when you do front end work on a vehicle shouldn’t an alignment be standard procedure? Anyway, the vibration still exists and I have since gone to another shop to resolve the problem.

Friendly place that provides accurate and professional service. I use them without thought of other places for tires balance and alignment. They get it right the first time whether it’s my personal vehicle or work vehicles. Pricing is very fair for their professional services. Some people provide recommendations I say this is where you need to go.

Had a nail in my tire and brought it in just before close. They quickly repaired the tire and sent me on my way. VERY reasonable price.Also, I could tell by the playful banter between the employees, and their well wishes to each other for a good weekend, that it is probably a very good work environment.

I was driving my son to Nashville from the Chicago area for a summer internship. The car experienced clear problems driving. While another repair shop fixed that late on the day on a Friday, warning lights came on but it was too late for them to fix it. We stayed with a friend in Columbus that night and they recommended Best One for all the great service they had had there. Best One squeezed me in on a busy Saturday morning. Outstanding service and quality of work. Had me in and out the door in an hour or so. I had problems with my tire nuts being on too tight, I stripped them and didnt have the proper tools to take them off. They got it done no problem and gave me a good price on a new tire. Will definitely be back. To avoid a problem with the tire nuts being too tight the gentleman ensured me that the nuts would be hand torqued and that I shouldnt have that problem again. Quality job! Super grateful!

I was in a situation where I had a flat tire and my roadside assistance through insurance was going to take 90+ minutes before someone arrived. I could not wait that long.I purchased my two (2) most recent tires at Best-One. I called them and asked if there was any way they could help me get my spare tire on so I could get my truck to the shop. They promptly sent someone to help me. I am so appreciative of this great customer service.

Well, best one was the 3rd tire shop I went to trying to get my foam filled bobcat tire replaced with a new tire. I was very pleased when they told me no problem! I watched the technician work extremely hard on it, (the tire had to be sawed off). Not only did they mount the tire, they invited me back to do the other one I need mounted!

I had a tune up and oil changed. It didnt take long at all. Very knowledgeable and professional. They called me to inform me that i needed a new battery and told me the price up front. I had bought my tires from them and they rotated them for free.

So kind and friendly. They were quick and did a really good job. I plan on coming here everytime for my tire need from now on.

Sadly enough i hit another curb on the holiday weekend. Called on Wednesday and they tell me to bring it in. I couldn’t get a ride until almost 400. When i arrive they were busy so i asked if it was still okay to leave it! Ron, was working the counter and said it was no problem! I left my car there and came back after they were closed to pick up my car ! I swear they have the best guys working and they are so customer-oriented! They’ve helped me out more times than i care to admit!! Highly recommend these guys!

BESTONE in Columbus was an excellent experience. I am on military orders for a few months in town and work past their business hours. I had them perform a wheel alignment on a brand new custom suspension on my van. They did an excellent job. Not only was it the work they did excellent, but they also did it super fast! I will be revisiting them all the time.

After trying multiple locations to get my Jeep Gladiator alignment done I stopped in to Best-One of Columbus and they went above and beyond to get the job done. Since my Jeep is a 2021 no one’s alignment rack had an update to support it, not even the Jeep dealership. Best-One of Columbus called a technician in to update their system so they could align my vehicle with a lift kit installed. Friendly, professional business that will get the job done!

Customer service is top notch. They will communicate findings up front and won’t surprise you with something you didn’t request. I will recommend them to anyone.

People who actually know how to do there job and professional.Had alignment done and fixed my problem of inner tire rubbing on something?Adjusted upper control arm as part of alignment and no more worries!!!Had next door and paid 80$ at Neils about a week ago and they did alignment and suggested wheel spacers as to fix problem but when I went and paid guy at counter said he doesnt recommend spacers which I agree.Stop by Neils to let them know next door fixed with alignment and guy says I need to talk to manager Monday if I want any reimbursement and they did there job. WOW! He comes out and looks at front of truck and told me Best One couldnt have adjusted anything because there is nothing to adjust and you cant adjust control arm theres only 2 bolts and he knows Logan next door.Well maybe Logan and the Dudes at Best One can give him some tips so he can actually do what you paid him for...I Google upper control arm adjustment when I leave there and gives you the info maybe he needs to study YouTube this weekend so they wont be stealing peoples money when they are supposed to be alignment and suspension shop as the sign states...GO TO BEST ONE AND GET THE JOB DONE!!!THANKS GUYS!

Got my car worked on yesterday and pretty sure I paid for the electrical system to be checked out along with the battery and other things to see what the issue was I was having w my car ....but anyways it turned out to be the serpentine belt so I had them change that and i paid them a total of $250 and when I was driving home from picking it up my whole dash lighting system and sterio and gas and speedometer and turn signals does not work at all so Im not very.happy bout.that part but.other that. They was ok

GREAT prices, GREAT service!They started putting on my new Firestone tires on at my appointment time, and it was done in less than ONE HOUR!!Most surprising of all: When I called for a price check and said I wanted Firestone Bridgestone tires, the staffer gave me TOTAL price (including tax! No company EVER does that so WOW!). And I get FREE balance and rotation for the life of the tires. Then he said, Would you like to know how much money you could save if you choose a different type of tire? (Again, no company EVER does that! AMAZING!)Nice waiting room with comfy chairs, set up for social distancing (VERY important tome!). Free water, coffee, and soda pop available.I had been going to the previous owner of this tire service for YEARS, and I was worried about the change. There was a large poster explaining Best Ones relationship to the previous owner and the benefits of the change. Best One is even BETTER than it was under the previous ownership. Was having braking issues pulling to the rightHad already replaced calipers and pads at home ... dropped it off . With in a hour .. which was 3 hours before my actual appointment.. they call with a diagnosis of collapsed brake lines .. had them do the work .. and it’s prefect again.

Bought 4 new tires, they got me in and out - however they didn’t give any follow up information after the sale.I should have asked what is the warranty, rotation schedule etc, but this is the first time I’ve bought new tires without the new car coming with them.

The service was fine and fairly priced. I got my oil changed and tire pressure adjusted. The stars are off for several employees not wearing their masks properly (wearing masks under their noses, removing masks to talk on the phone or to each other) nor enforcing the mask mandate with their customers.The pandemic isn’t over yet. I am doing my best to only support businesses that understand and enforce current best practices, both with their employees and their customers.

Everybody at best one was so informative and professional and did an awesome Job on my truck and, I recommend best one for anybody’s alignment or if they have any questions for tires or breaks. I’ll never go anywhere else!
